The only downside of this branch is the lack of stuff in the pharmacy itself..There happen big lines and only 1 person serves..WHY??? ffs

I've only ever come to this location to grab photo prints but you usually have to wait for someone as they always seem to be short staff on the main floor. They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? I will say though besides all the common sense issues, the staff and pharmacist are all really nice. Parking lot is big, drive thru for pharmacy around back. read more

Wish we could give zero stars. Place REEKS of Corporate double speak and has employees from the STEPFORD WIVES. You know the glassy eyed half smile while they refuse to help you? Urgent Care sent us to them to buy a nebulizer to help with bronchitis. 130 bucks. Set it up and it worked. Then 6 hours later it didn't work. Thought we were doing something wrong so we took back to Urgent Care who verified it was broken. So my wife goes into this Walgreens (19266 Soledad Cyn) and gets a very rude and snippy heavy set 20's Hispanic gal who basically said to take a long run off a shirt pier.Refused an exchange and said we'd have to call the manufacturer and deal with them. We didn't buy it from the Manufacturer in China - we bought it FROM THEM. We had the box and all the packing materials.We were not asking for money back just an exchange. So I went on their corporate site on the receipt to tray and get some help and they would not allow me to log on to file a complaint. I'd click on a tab and it wouldn't take me anywhere. No one location can stock every prescription so I can't blame Walgreens for being out of stock on my medicine, but I can blame them for making me travel down there to find out I had only wasted the trip.... Twice! I have an active account on the Walgreens website that lists both a current email address and cell phone number so they could have told me they couldn't fill the prescription before I traveled down there. CVS would have sent me text me about the problem and likely offer another location that did have what I was looking for if I wished to travel some. But what really was upsetting was that this was the second failed trip to the Walgreens on Solidad. I had gone there earlier that day to pick up the prescription and I was told they didn't fill it because they had a problem with my old insurance. OK, that happens but why not looks into the stock at that time? I was told everything would be ready in an hour after I cleared up the insurance issue with the correct info. When I returned that afternoon I was then told it out of stock and nothing could be done for the next five days because of the Labor Day weekend. There was no offer of help to find another Walgreens that had my prescription, just a "Sorry, see you Tuesday". The experiment of Walgreens was a failure. I'm going back to CVS. read more

I've pretty much always been happy with Walgreens pharmacy. They call me and let me know they're friendly and fast. I can't really think of a time that I was really bothered maybe because line is too long but that would probably be the time that I went there like on a Saturday afternoon or something. I think they're great and I used to have Walmart and I prefer Walgreens. read more

I want to leave a 5-star review specifically for the customer representative, Art. A few weeks ago, I was in a jam to print photos late at night for an appointment early the next morning. I called in to make sure this Walgreens had a photo printer that could print while I was there. I made it there about a 15 minutes before closing, logged into their photo computer and put in my photo order... but upon confirmation of my order, the computers said my prints wouldn't be available until after 9am the next day (after my appointment). Art saw I was concerned. He and the other customer service representative (maybe the manager? Not sure), agreed they would print the photos for me right then and there. I got my photos in time for my early appointment thanks to their help! read more

Just came to say that the supervisor Mika/Meeka (not sure how to spell her name) is such an Angel. I was sitting at the computer loading photos and could overhear her interactions with customers and her coworkers. She is just so so so kind. Customer service like hers is very rare. Mother's Day is tomorrow so she was very busy printing, however she got my few photos printed for me immediately after I loaded them. I really appreciate her. Give that lady a raise. read more

Terrible. This location is advertised as a FedEX, but don't be fooled because they'll turn you away even if you bring in a FedEX package with a prefilled and paid for label. They made some weird excuse I didn't understand and the person at the counter didn't even smile. They recommended I go to a FedEX location that was on the other side of town with the gas prices the way they are I think that's so inconsiderate. They might as well have told me to drive my package up to Sacramento myself. Don't waste your time with this false advertising "establishment". I'll never bring my packages or buy my deodorant from here again even with the deals and savings they offer. Walgreens, you've lost a loyal customer. read more

FedEx should consider hiring a permanent staff member to their Walgreens location. I felt sorry for the guy having to cover both counters until he was rude to me. All I wanted to do was drop the package. Kept saying they already picked up, which was not my concern, just dropping so I could note for my customer. First off, this location is no longer open 24 hours so don't be fooled by the old advertising. This review is for the pharmacy only. This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. The automated phone system never works, so I always end up getting transferred to a human. These humans immediately pick up the phone and then put you right back on hold. Half the time, I'm holding so long that I eventually just get hung up on and then I have to go through the entire process all over again. Pharmacists are never friendly here. I get it. I work in public service too. People can be very difficult to deal with when they're sick or needing medication. But you went into this field knowing what you're selling and who you're assisting. So do better, Walgreens! I'm moving pharmacies to Target since the only reason why I came here was for the 24 hours advantage. Now this place has no more reason to make me come back. read more

When you press 1, an operator answers and the only information she has is that its temporarily closed.. for an unknown reason and she was unable to tell me whether the location will re-open. Bad customer service here . I spoke with a rep at this location over a western union was told the limit to receive was $300.00 max . I was told to wait 30 min which I did outside and I was receiving the 300.00 once I waited and came inside to receive my money back a refund they stated they couldn't assist me because after taxes it was $308.00. BEWARE curbside pickup is nonexistent. Shopped online with curbside pickup. Parked, texted I was there, waited over 10 mins, called store, was put on hold then disconnected. Went into store, was told they were busy (person responsible for curbside "didn't have her phone with her"). Had to pickup my order myself. I specifically ordered online with curbside service so I wouldn't HAVE to go into the store during this COVID mess. If Walgreens can't provide curbside (or other) service don't advertise it!! I have been going to this location for 4 years. Can I just tell you that the only reason they have kept me coming back for the last 2 is because I've been working so much that I haven't found the time to completely switch all my medications to another pharmacy. This pharmacy has THE WORST customer service, half the time I'm given the wrong prescriptions. Thank God I have great insurance, well, this last prescription I needed filled my doctor wrote it in a way my insurance wouldn't cover it. Most pharmacies call the doctors offices and ask them to fix the problem. Not this one they want you the patient to call the Dr. and try to explain how to send in the prescriptions. I'm not a pharmacist I have no idea how to write or what's needed on a prescription???? However, they expect me to do this every time. Then, when I try to explain to them that I already called my Dr. and explained to him what they wanted he ask me "why did they have you call?" Are you kidding me??? The straw that broke the camels back was they gave me a prescription knowing that it contradicts with another medication I take. I've been taking it for 4 months and haven't been feeling right. So I did my own research and sure enough, it should have never been taken together. Two different Dr. gave me the medication but the pharmacy should have caught it. Anyway, after using Walgreens for over 20 years it's sad that this location is the reason why I'm taking my business elsewhere. All of their employees need to go back to customer service training. They also need to understand that medication is unfortunately how people are able to survive. I suffer from a very rare disease and without my medication my body is literally debilitating. If I go to get prescription it's always drama. My wife and I joke about the fact that we can not drive up and get prescription without wanting to scream!!! They always say the same thing( we are waiting on your doctor approval ) yet when I call or email doctor my doctor says they already approved and the holdup is not on doctor. I have dealt with this for years but no more. We are switching to CVS. I am also going to email Walgreens Corp just to let them know I am not the only customer seeing this. I go here once to twice a month to grab a prepaid phone card and also little things here and there. Richard who usually always helps me out in mornings when I go, has the best attitude and is really friendly not to mention very helpful !! I wish there were more people like him working everywhere. He always, no matter what has a great attitude and is super friendly and nice !! It's a pleasure to deal with people such as Richard !! If there's anybody out there from Walgreens management listening, let me tell you that he is a valuable asset to your corporation. Why do you never feel a uti coming on during the convenience of day time hours when things are open? Nope, they gotta come on right before bed and you soon find out that while your doctor will call in a prescription, finding a pharmacy open is another challenge. Luckily this is a 24 hour store. I don't usually write reviews for the big chains because you kind of know what to expect when you walk into a Walgreens. There's a photo center; I actually use this a lot to order prints online and pick them up. There's always a sale going on so they're cheap, though not always an employee standing in the photo section so sometimes you have to wait a bit, especially if the front desk has a longer line. I've seen manager types see me standing there and go hide in the back before. There should be a button to summon someone! Walgreens also has small grocery aisles, candy, toys, booze, seasonal gifts, cosmetics, and over the counter medications. Though I do browse these sometimes as well, I come mainly for the pharmacy. I worked in a small business pharmacy for many years as a technician, so I tend to dislike the way chain pharmacies operate, but this is literally across the street from my apartment and they take my insurance so I caved. It's smart to get all of your prescriptions in one place so they can see if any of your medications interact with each other, they know all of your doctor's phone numbers in case you might need them, and you kind of get to recognize staff so you feel more comfortable asking questions about some personal things about your pills. I've been coming here a little over a year now and there is almost always one particular woman working when I come in (or drive through; I know it's not a McDonalds but I confess I am lazy at times), and she is never been pleasant. I get it. Having people scream at you about their workers comp viagra (really?) and how they're going to die if they don't get their thyroid pill right this second even though they don't have any refills left (they won't), is not the easiest job in the world (those and many more have both happened to me on the job, read some pharmacy worker Reddit forums, they can be funny). But if you're constantly in a bad mood, short with customers, rude, and throwing my pills across the counter in front of me, you need a new job. I try to be understanding, people have bad days, but every time I go in indicates to me she's had more bad days than good. She's ordered me to sit down when I'm mid sentence, walked away when I've been about to say something numerous times, and ignored me while I'm standing at the counter when she's clearly seen me. What got me the most though was my last encounter when I had told her when I got there I'm only picking up two, she's walked away before I can tell her I have more than two on the shelf and I can't tell her which two I want, brought them all to the counter, then curtly ask me which ones I want as I have to interrupt her ringing me up for all of them, literally throwing the remaining prescriptions I'm not picking up to the side. You've seen her if you've been there. Her hair is usually some form of grey and purple (which I've wanted to tell her looks cool af but she's always mean so I don't), wears glasses, dresses up for holidays, and never smiles. If anyone in charge around here reads this, you should say something to her about her 'tude because if she pulls any more crap like that with me I certainly will. read more

If you're sic, in pain, or looking for a little bit of customer care, run as far away from this pharmacy as possible. They are the most absolute useless and uncaring pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using. The pharmacists don't care to them you're just a customer making them work. I have been using them for about a year and every time I need my medications they always manage to mess it up. Fernando is very rude he has no customer service skills. There is absolutely no sympathy when it comes to getting medications on time and they don't call you if there is a problem with the insurance. The last problem I had Last week I got charged doble for my deductible when I asked them they told me to call my doctor because and send them a new prescription and he did but, when I went back today the little girl pharmacist told me she didn't remember me that it wasn't her I had spoken to. When she finally remembered me she told me that no she wouldn't be able to help me with a refund because they don't do that. But she promised me she would if I contacted the doctor. I asked to speak to Stephany the one in charge and she talked to the other girl and came back telling me the same thing that there was nothing she could do.
