I want to warn everyone: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They are essentially a scam, trying to take people's money with their overpriced products. I plan to file a complaint with Orogold directly. While the product might be good, the staff at this location are borderline crazy. Last year, I bought a package of facials. When I went in for the free one, the relaxing experience was ruined by a pushy salesperson trying to sell me another package for their red light technology. It was ridiculous and completely took me out of my relaxation. She was persistent and basically harassed me. I never booked any of the facials from my $600 package--a lesson learned about purchasing service packages. I even tried disputing the charge with my credit card company but was denied twice. A year later, a salesperson approached me in the mall, and I decided to see if they could do anything about my unused $600 package. They were nice and booked me for a facial. However, the next day, they called to change the appointment time. We agreed on a new time, but then they called again the following day to change it once more. After multiple calls and changes, I expressed my frustration. A woman then got on the phone and was rude and forceful. Neither she nor the previous caller would give me their names, which I need to dispute this again with my credit card company. unfortunately i fell for their free sample trap on my way into the mall. the lady outside asked me if i wanted a free skincare sample and i said sure, expecting some kind of packet. next thing i know she's sitting me down and putting some kind of cream on my face and talking about my eye bags. after about 30 minutes of putting products on my face and trying to sell me $200 worth of products, i told her no, i can't afford that right now im actually out christmas shopping. once she understood i was not going to budge and buy her products, she became very rude and short with me. i told her happy holidays on my way out and she replies with a short "ok." not even looking up from her computer. funny thing is i actually liked the cleanser she used, it smelled nice lol and the products she used actually felt pretty good on my face. i told her i would take a look at their website or probably come back another time when im not holiday shopping, and again she was short with me. had she not been rude to me at the end i would've probably bought that cleanser from her another time. so i'm going to continue using my affordable "mass produced" products that i've been using with no issues for years that she claimed are horrible for your skin and cause cancer. not everyone can just drop $200 on skincare they've never heard of before! and for her to have an attitude with me over that? very insane vibes from that lady. this place needs to get real. read more

My husband was taken by their sales pitch and bought me the eye deep wrinkle cream. He was resisting the pitch until the price came down to $150, which is when he purchased. I was so excited as I have huge bags under my eyes and have found nothing to ever work to decrease them, so I had great hope. The product does seem to tighten skin a bit, however, the minute you begin to perspire, or your skin gets oily, the tightening effects are gone. Also it can leave a white film. Terribly predatory sales tactics, the employees were insulting and pushy to my mother, who had fallen into their 'free sample' trap. I wasn't around at the time of the interaction, but walked up as they were applying some sort of anti-wrinkle product to her face. The product started to burn her skin immediately upon application, and the best they could offer was a cotton pad with water. Didn't even take everything off, the product left a residue and pieces of the cotton stuck to it. It wasn't until the workers noticed I was there to remove my mother from the situation that they let up their sales tactics. Come to find out, the worker that was applying products had insulted her many times in an effort to make her feel bad about herself so she buys something. My girlfriend and I came into this store because we were referred by a dermatologist. My girlfriend has a skin condition that dries up her skin, and every other product she ever purchased made her skin look oily and just too much... the Orogold products that Shir (such a knowledgeable cosmetician) had demonstrated to us gave my girlfriend the perfect balance between dry and oily. The glow that my girlfriend had was unlike anything else that any other product was able to achieve. The product was great, but the FEELING that my girlfriend had after realizing this product was the best on the market for her, truly priceless. The sales people were very pushy, a refund was not allowed at a different oro gold (or the original) despite what they told me when I bought it. The product is unopened. I have to take them to small claims court now. I was promised a refund and never got it. I was also promised a call back and never got it. They are in violation of state law by not telling people what the return policy is except in tiny print after you buy it on the receipt - this is illegal. They downright lied to me and the product burns my more sensitive skin. My face was red as a tomato for days after using the trial product. F- Also, the phone number of this Oro Gold doesn't work. I came into the store knowing this product has worked on a friend of mine... her skin looked noticeably smooth and younger looking after using Orogold. I didn't even know what Orogold was until I asked about what she uses on her face. I am hitting 30 next month so I figure I start using anti-aging products as preventative. So I picked up a couple samples of the moisturizers and I loved them. You can apply a little bit on your face and it's just as effective. I like how it smooths out your face so when you apply make up it doesn't get cakey. I finally come into the store and Tony took care of me. I like how Tony didn't really push to up sell me with products. I was actually more interested in the more expensive ones but he was honest enough to tell me that I didn't need them for my face type. Tony is very knowledgeable about skin care and passionate about making you look good. He then gave me a mini-facial with the collagen mask, serum, and cream. He also added the 24k gold mask at the end. My face felt amazing. My face was smooth and clean enough that I didn't have to wear make up afterwards. Amazing products!! Been here with my mom after Gali gave us a sample of a day cream for the face. She showed us the eye products on my mom and literally all of here wrinkles around here eyes were gone! On top of that she showed us a peeling that takes off all of the dead skin from the face. My mom ended up getting the eye stuff and I got the peeling and a day moisturizer which make my skin feel like a baby skin!! I walked by your store in Valencia,CA and was approached by one of ur sales representative. She demonstrated some of the products on me and explained the prices. I couldn't afford it cause I was truly at the mall to do some Christmas shopping and explained this to her and said if I had enough money I would come right back and see what I could get, she was giving me samples and a voucher for a free facial and asked for my id and credit card to make a profile and save an appointment for a facial, never once did she confirmed what she was about to do before she charged my card and never did she explain and return/exchange policy you have until after she charged my card and she never took me anywhere near where the policy was posted. I was there to shop for my family for Christmas and she took my money even after I explained this to her. This is a scam and fraud especially during the holiday season. Benjamin was my initial contact and sales person and I purchased some products that are really quite good. They are quite expensive, yes, but look them up on Amazon or other sites and see what you would pay there. Buying direct from the store actually saves you quite a bit of money. They are able to offer deals. Then there is Mina...she did my facial...incredible human who knows her stuff. She will absolutely tell you about all the products and packages they offer but wasn't pushy at all. The reviews assuming that everyone who works there has the same country of origin and that they don't speak English? Not a fan. First, they don't have the same country of origin.
