I LOVE this place. Always super clean and organized. My favorite place for lashes and nails because there's such a large selection for different vibes. Workers are always so kind and helpful. read more

Terrible customer service from the Asian man. He should never be seen because he is going to get his business shut down. He is rude and will never help you find anything but hes in the store every day. The items are over priced sometimes double, the braiding hair is old and smells moldy. His products are double priced. Every thing is old styles and smelly. The Latinas are yelled at and treated like slaves, don't support this business. read more

À very big assortment to choose from. The staff also helpful.. They helped with all my needs

Great prices .They have everything here . Everyone is friendly. They had a variety of products . Thank you .

I have been going here for so long ! I feel like they have such a big selection and for a good price !

Fox Beauty has always been the place to go for my hair care needs. The prices have raised and even though I feel like items are a bit overpriced, products are overpriced everywhere. I rather shop where I know. read more

Unable to leave negative zero stars. Owner put his hands on me, pushing out of store without an explanation. I had to practically beg for one as I was completely confused. He finally said "you touch items and you no buy". I was reading the ingredients first. I did not want to carry the items or a basket around with me as my arm is still recovering from surgery. I chose to read the product labels prior to making my purchase. I used one "tester" and got yelled at after being accused of Asian man behind register yelled at me "no trying on product!". I politely replied & showed him the (ONE & ONLY) "tester" I tried. Police officers were called out and he was charged with a battery report. However, the owner's reply to my Google review was completely false. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, I was accused of "using brushes all over body and they had to discard products". Mister Owner/employee...you & I both know the truth. I am more than happy to provide you with the battery case no. The Police officers charged you with. Its truly sad you chose to go after the customer with false accusations versus owning up to how rudely you behaved. Take responsibility. There was no reason for you to place your hands on me, nor should you EVER put your hands on ANY customer! WE are who keep you in and help your business. Best if luck to you! read more

they had what i needed, good store: ) has a pretty big selection of products and employees are willing to help as well!

Nice first time here today. Open up later than other beauty supplies. Nice customer service. Clean. Highly recommend!

I've Never been treated so poorly in all my life. I was gathering things to buy and ready to spend a couple hundred dollars and was suddenly accused of stealing and asked to leave! I had been there for 30 minutes and spoke with a girl who worked there a couple of times to locate the things I was looking for. She was great. And I always read every ingredient on the label before I buy something. Then the manager, I'm guessing, came up to me and said I was about to steal everything I had in my shopping bag. I don't look like or act like someone who is trying to steal. I do not steal and have no need to steal. I was trying to purchase gifts as well as my needed items. I even wanted to buy the products still and she wouldn't let me! Im a new mom and was so excited to be out of the house shopping! I even got a baby sitter! As my hormones are still wild and emotions are high I sat in my new Audi in front of the store and cried for 10 minutes. The security guards she called on me were out there trying to make me feel better and apologizing for her. Sadly I came home empty handed. She is a miserable woman with zero people skills. She should not be in retail at all and the owner should fire her immediately. I feel sorry for everyone else that works there. read more

My hairstylist Joreen was the one who referred me to come and check this place out and see if any of their extensions is to my liking. Well, with Fox Beauty Supplies big variety of extensions how can anyone not find anything at this store. They have a whole lot of extensions to choose from. In spite of this whole COVID set-back, Fox Beauty is able to maintain their stock and some. I ended up buying 3 bundles of human hair 26" ombré extensions accessories and such. Check out this store.. and I promise you; you won't leave empty handed read more

Only reason I come here is because they have the only conditioner I use. But, everytime I'm there, I sense judgement. The ladies will watch you like a hawk and when I mean they watch you, THEY DO. Sometimes they'll even follow you around and make you uncomfortable. There's only ONE kind worker there, the rest are so snobby and act entitled. Also too I'm black, so I've notice they treat me different from their own kind. I ask questions and they act like they don't want to answer me but let someone of their race walk in then they all run to help that person out!!! The sales there are false as well!!! They say one thing and when it's time to pay the total is double of what I am told!!! The owners too are very rude people. They just need to have a whole new ownership and new employees!! To save yall time and money just go to WOW beauty and make a trip to LA, they have the best deals, service and overall shopping experience. I never once had a good shopping experience here neither has my friends or family. Smh read more

5 star service Diva I believe is who helped me. The two young ladies are absolutely amazing five star service and top quality merchandise they have everything there I think one of the best beauty supplies in the valley that I have been to anyway. Especially if you are looking for hair extensions anything along the line, I thought I was one color but Diva took one look and Boom handed me some super nice thick weft spot on color for a great deal. I work in the entertainment field where wigs are essential....and I got to say this place not only has AMAZING WIGS and assorted hair pieces but a amazing staff.for the OTHERS who say they were grouchy or rude is absurd...you get what you give.. .I NEVER once had rude or incompetent worker there..in fact they would run back and forth to make sure I got EXACTLY what I was searching for..for those who SAY they had a negative experience there,...I could only wonder why....I mean what store in today's world would want to have a customer HAVE a NEGATIVE shopping trip...?!for one the internet would acknowledge such a behavior and that business would not survive very long....TWO....what person doesn't have their days of being grumpy...its a shame some didn't have the shopping experience as I have...they have been there a number of years and I guess you can't WIN THEM ALL...but for new customers and even the ones who SAY they experienced a negative time...you can't just give up ..communication is key..if you feel like someone isn't giving you the best a employee can offer..if said cordially..why not approach the employee and say something like ..."we all have days were we might be having a difficult time...but I feel its taking out on me.is there ANYTHING I CAN DO ..I just here as a customer needing assistance...but if you need someone to talk to....etc" not only can it change a person day to hopeful...itd make you feel better..and possibly youre customer experience WAY BETTER ..TWO BITTERS only will continue to THREE AND FOUR...u get my point.now some may say a employee should leave their "baggage" home..but in my opinion if we all can give or make a persons day a little better.. why NOT...just by showing a little empathy can take youre shopping experience OUT OF THIS WORLD... SO 5 stars to fox's beauty supply..you are amazing ...and for the customers that have had a unpleasant experiance..please try shopping there again...you shouldn't give up on the first time...sometimes you can change a life or even save a life ..just by letting someone you dont know ...that you acknowledge their attitude and see if YOU can change youre shopping experiance..by showing u care... Respectively to all, Miss Roxy Holliwood. read more

The selection is good. However, my friend and I had a bad experience. We were followed through out the store. We were asked like 5 times if we needed help finding something. Couldn't shop in peace because this young employee would be constantly hovering over us as we browsed through products. Do they really think people can't afford to pay $4.99 for one of their products? I like supporting small businesses but I was saddened by my experience here. Bad service. Don't treat customers like this or you will end up with none. read more

Need a wig? Fox Beauty Supply gots you! We stopped by to check out some wigs. They have signs everywhere stating that only serious shoppers are allowed to try those bad boys on. Honestly, how do they know if you are or aren't? Is the $1 cap fee supposed to really deter anyone? The lady working behind the desk was awesome. She answered our questions, gave us some privacy, and let us try on as many wigs as we wanted. Overall, we had a good experience here. We felt that the prices were pretty much in the same ballpark as others and appreciated the variety they had. read more

The young girl working here is extremely rude, and argued with me because I told her I was sold defective bleach. The product literally didn't lift, she told me it was because my hair was dark. I was blonde at the time of use. She had to get the last word in after I told her I've used the bleach multiple times, and it always worked prior. She was snarky, rude, and had no customer service skills. Then while my friend was still in the store she proceed to talk about me after I left. read more

I have been coming here since my high school days when I would dream of owning a fabulous wig and extentions lol. So much has changed over the years in this shopping center but I'm glad Fox Beauty is still alive! Their selection has grown tremendously on all products. I like this place a lot. However, the customer service can be a little off sometimes. There have been a few occasions where the ladies working, probably should have taken the day off b/c they were grumpy (which came across as moody, as if they did not want to be bothered).......my reason for only 4 stars. For the most part Fox generally is well stocked with a good variety of items I like / want. read more

I have been shopping here for probably three years now. It has been at times hit or miss when it came to customer service. I have written in the past about a nasty employee or two and had written this place off for a while, choosing to order online. I invariably went back and started asking for the manager /owner when I go in. HE has always busted his butt to fix errors and to give me quality customer service. So, I have continued to go back with the determination if treated poorly I would just ask for him. I also feel I should write when an establishment or employee treats me above and beyond the call of duty. I went in yesterday and before I went in I called and spoke with Cindy. She was so kind and cheery on the phone. I drove over and she had put my items aside. She had not only done that but tried to put aside the best pieces they had. ( I had gone in for wefts). I asked to see more as I am picky. She found me other bundles and she HAD actually picked out the most beautiful pieces. She then got from behind the counter and helped me find other products I needed which blew me away. The owner always treats me this way, but i have dealt with some employees popping gum and not wanted to help me in the past basically not going above and beyond standing behind the counter. Cindy you are the best and thank you. This old lady was very depressed upon coming into the store and your kindness made me smile and brightened my day. I gave this place four stars only because of a few bad apples who have come and gone. Otherwise this place is stocked and affordable. If you cant find what you want in there the owner will try to accommodate you. Thank you Fox Beauty for hiring Cindy and let her be the gauge of future employees. read more

This place is a lot bigger than Ok Beauty supply store, but they are similar in the fact that they barely have any actual cosmetics. The focus is on wigs, and hair care products. I was disappointed that, although they did carry NYX cosmetics, they didn't have any of the newer items such as the eye brow pencil with the brush, or the jumbo eye shadow pencils. The only things that caught my eye were their extremely limited selection of OPI, China Glaze nail polishes, and Kiss fake lashes. The prices are good. Staff was very friendly. I was asked by 3 workers if I needed any help, and seemed really eager to help. read more

My new favorite beauty store in LA! Great selection of hair and surprisingly fantastic customer service! I say that because most beauty supply stores especially ones specializing in selling hair, are extremely rude and have no business being in customer service. I went to fox beauty a few days ago and bought 2 packs of 18" Indian hair in a 613 (super hard to find), at 89$ a piece. Awesome price for the quality of hair. I also purchased a product I saw on the counter, that the associate recommend, called shed stop. Its a liquid you apply at the weft to keep hair from shedding. When I got home I realized that the shed stop liquid was BLACK and obviously the hair I bought was super light blonde. I called them to see if they could let me return or exchange the shed stop, not expecting much as most beauty supply stores are very strict about all sales being final. They told me to come in to the store and they would be happy to exchange it for me!! I've never experienced such accommodating and friendly customer service at a store like this! I'll definitely be back to fox beauty! read more
