This salon is honestly a hidden gem. It's always super clean, and every stylist I've met has been friendly, professional, and really good at what they do. They've been around for over 25 years, so you know you're in experienced hands--and it shows in the quality of their work. My sister's also a regular here--she comes in every month to get her roots redyed and is always happy with the results. It's nice knowing we both have a place we can rely on. I also really appreciate how easy it is to book with any stylist. It makes fitting an appointment into a busy schedule way less stressful. Okay service I made an appointment for 6pm and arrived 10 minutes early. I did not sit until about 6:40. It was a bit frustrating because other men were coming in and getting called in before me. I understand that a men's cut is shorter on time, but my appointment should've been acknowledged. The cut itself was fine, and a good price. I payed $25 for layered cut, but skipped on the bloody because I just wanted to leave at that point. Gina was very friendly and knowledgeable about products for my hair type. My first time here and all I have to say is I'll be coming back ! customer service is amazing, didn't ask for the name of the lady who cut my hair but she was the first chair coming in. She did amazing cut my hair and styled it just how I wanted. She worked with what I had and I ultimately did not think I would be able to achieve this hair style because of my hair length but she made it happen. Definitely recommend ! read more

No no no please do not come tho this place if you want to dye your hair. They use cheap hair dye and give you hot roots. The "hair stylist " that did my hair her name is Josefina ruined my hair I asked for a simple chocolate brown and she gave me RED! Instead of admiting that she messed up she blamed my hair. Saying I had dyed it prior and that's why my hair was picking up red. Little does she know is naturally us Latinas already have red tones in our hair. I haven't dyed my hair since 2015. I was so excited to get my hair dyed but came out disappointed and ashamed I felt like I looked like a clown. Instead of her calling me back to fix her mistake, I had to cal her back and she admitted that she knew she messed up but still wanted to charge me . She added a toner but a toner only last for 3 days and your hair goes back to that same color. Never will I come to this place they are inexperienced with no lack of hair treatment knowledge. I hope the salon owner sees this because until now I haven't gotten a call back for my root touch up not that I would go back but that's how I know they know they messed up. Gladly I went somewhere else where they are professionals and they explain A to Z what is going to be done to your hair. La "estilista del cabello" que me hizo el pelo que se llamaba Josefina me arruinó el pelo. ¡Pedí un simple marrón chocolate y me dio ROJO! En lugar de admitir que se equivoqueó, culpó a mi cabello. Diciendo que lo había teñido antes y es por eso que mi cabello se estaba recuperando de rojo. Poco sabe ella que, naturalmente, las latinas ya tenemos tonos rojos en el pelo. No me he teñido el pelo desde 2015. Estaba tan emocionado de teñirme el pelo, pero salí decepcionado y avergonzado de sentir que parecía un payaso. En lugar de que me devolviera la llamada para arreglar su error, tuve que recuperarla y ella admitió que sabía que se equivocó, pero aún así quería cobrarme. Añadió un tóner, pero un tóner solo dura 3 días y tu cabello vuelve a ese mismo color. Nunca llegaré a este lugar, no tienen experiencia sin falta de conocimientos sobre el tratamiento capilar. Espero que el dueño del salón vea esto porque hasta ahora no he recibido una llamada para mi retoque de raíz, no es que volvería, pero así es como sé que saben que se equivocaron. Went here for a haircut, waited for over an hour and still no haircut. All while other costumer were entering in after me and getting their haircut done after a few minutes of waiting. The ladies would go up to people and ask if they've been helped yet all while I've been sitting there for over an hour. Even after I talked to them I still waited for an extra 45 minutes just to get the most mediocre haircut in my life DO NOT GO HERE!!! I made an appointment for my son & when I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment (to be courteous), the stylist had just started doing a color treatment with another client & told me I had to wait an extra 20 mins for my appointment. If I can give a zero, I would. Theses ladies are stupid. I called Sunday to make an appointment for Monday at 11:30am. I got there at 11:10am. There were two "stylists" and one lady waiting and then me. One of the so called stylists finished up and called the lady that was waiting before me. Some man walked in then the other so called stylist got done with her client. She called the man that came after me over. Some older lady walked in who brought in two coffees and donuts was then called. I asked if they did appointments just to see what they would say. They were baffled at my question. I cussed them out and told them I had an appointment at 11:30am and had been waiting for 40 minutes and how they took two people ahead of me. These bitches had nothing to say. This business is ran poorly and is very dingy. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I went there for the 1st time for color and Lily worked on my hair for 5 hours. She did an amazing job and the best hairdresser. I was so happy and satisfied that I will have her as my new hairdresser from now on. Very professional, friendly and sweet and all the other hairdressers were very kind too. It really depends on the hairdresser you get Amada and Mitsy are good. i don't know the other ladies' names and most of them are good except for an older lady with glasses. She's cut mine and my sister's hair and she always cuts more length than we ask. So we never come out satisfied. Three stars for the quality of the salon, its sort of run down and really small. The hair dressers are pretty unprofessional; a very casual environment. The skill is very average. read more
