      After searching and reading reviews from many sites, many shops both on Yelp and Groupon, I finally made up my mind to make an appointment with Alex yesterday. I told her I normally fix my brows only once a year when I go back to Thailand to visit my family and I have my thai friend do it for me and I just continue shaping it myself. I am very picky about it. I don't want to look like a monkey or have a wondering face all the time. After I met Alex who is so professional, friendly, and kind, I know right away that she will be my brow expert from now on. I will totally recommend you to my friend. I want to be clear that Jazlyn herself was very attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout my appointment. I understand that miscommunications happen, and I did not blame her for the situation. My frustration was with how the front desk attendant, Zoe, handled it. I was told I had to pay the Brazilian price even though I had booked and communicated that I wanted a Bikini Full. When I questioned this, Zoe brought Jazlyn to the front to discuss what happened in front of several other customers. Given the personal nature of the service, this made me extremely uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of the booking/miscommunication issue and a private, professional attempt to resolve it. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated over how the situation was handled. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to provide additional training on customer service, discretion, and de-escalation.

I came today (03/27) and it was super dead. Regardless i came in with thick eyebrows and i have not gotten them done since february. I left with thin eyebrows when I asked for them to be left thick and straight. Ladies don't compromise and go find a better spot. You might not think the price difference is a big deal but it most definitely is when other places are charging way less than that and you could probably get two services in with that price. ‍ like damn bruh this is sylmar smh
