It was my first time coming here. It is cleaned as they state. The receptionist Josely is friendly who provides great customer service. However, during my interaction with the nail tech, Maria, it was different. Maria was sloppy with her work and kept asking me if I wanted gel nails after i had mentioned I did not. Additionally, she dropped nail paint on my shoe. I didn't noticed right away, but after i had paid. The young man kept gaslighting me. Telling me the paint was part of my shoe when it was not. Worst experience , dirty tools calus remover wasn't clean i asked the older lady who was doing my pedicure is it sanitized she didn't talk then I saw her washing it in my foot bath (dirty) and placed it in her cart, and went to next customer like that, which she never sanitized it, she cut my to skins and I was bleeding , next day my toes are so sore. Wow wow wow! Honestly best way to describe this place. We came here on a whim and we found our nail salon! Will always be coming here from now on. I did not get the names of my manicurist nor my pedicure lady, but they did FANTASTIC. The massage on the legs? Do die for! My legs and feet were so soft when she was done. Okay I quit. I'm just going to find a nail tech instead. I had builder gel nails. She tried drilling it all off. I asked if she could soak it as that's how I normally got it removed before the last few times where they had made errors. Nail lady said no to soak off and drilled to the nail bed. That literally defeats the purpose of using builder gel on your nails. This place clearly doesn't care for their clients nail health ;/ so disappointed read more

I've now been here 3 times and have had mixed experiences. Each time their receptionist has been fantastic, she's patient and try's her best to get you scheduled. The first time I made an appointment for 3 pedis and we had a great experience, the nail techs were great, the salon was slightly busy but overall quiet which we liked as we prefer a quiet experience. I had Maria who did a fantastic job on my French tip pedicure. The second experience was terrible. We had Martha for 2 pedis who had a terrible attitude and complained the entire time. I again asked for French tip pedicure to which she complained about doing it with a regular polish, did them and then wiped the all off and said she needed to do gel. Which wasn't my choice but is what I ended up with. I've also had bio gel done by Maria twice. The first time was a little lumpy for my liking but I'm a perfectionist. The second time was much better. But she will not do any designs anything I show her she says no. I came here for convenience because it's so close to my house. But the second experience was so bad my sister refuses to come back. read more

Made an appointment online for gel mani, regular pedi, eyebrow wax. Third time visiting the location and always so impressed with their attention to detail on nail designs. Abigail did a great job on the manicure. Pedicure was great too. Eyebrow waxing was good too, but I did notice after I left that there was wax left by my ear and in my hair even though I pulled it back. Maybe it was an accident but it's never happened to me before, anywhere. I'd go back for nails, maybe another place for eyebrows. I don't think I've ever given a place 1 star, but wow I had a horrible experience here :-( I came here twice. The first time was great I got they're 2nd level pedicure and my pedicurist was so sweet. I get very ticklish and she was so nice and accommodating. So great first impression of Vida Spa. Second time my sister made an appointment for me and her. They advised they could only accommodate my sister with the same nail tech for pedicures, but that it would be doable. It was horrible. We both had Marta and I don't know if she was overwhelmed that day, but as soon as I sat down I was waiting for her while she did my sisters pedicure, when she finally got to me, she immediately was rushing me. This immediately gave me red flags because its literally called vida "SPA", they even have massage chairs while we get pedicures. So I fully expect to feel relaxed, but this was the complete opposite. As mentioned earlier, i am ticklish, she was not a fan of this. I can tell she was annoyed by this and getting irritated that I was moving my foot because she verbally told me I need to train myself to stop being ticklish. I also requested the 2nd level pedicure, i only got the first level. So by the time all of this occurred, I was just so over it. I am low support autistic and have ADHD so I was incredibly overstimulated by this interaction. I've never felt more embarrassed and ashamed, I wish i had i told her about my disabilities so maybe she might've showed me a little bit more compassion. At this point, I just wanted to leave without the polish, but i stuck to it. By the end of this quick session my nails had not done drying, she also did not apply top coat. She tried to put my sandals on and the polish smudged. She did not fix it. At this point, prior to my first time here it was the first time I have received a pedicure in over 10 years, because of this experience I really never want to get a pedicure again. As a yelper, i just want to share my experience here, take it with a grain of salt. I just do not recommend the employee Marta. read more
