Wow wow wow! Honestly best way to describe this place. We came here on a whim and we found our nail salon! Will always be coming here from now on. I did not get the names of my manicurist nor my pedicure lady, but they did FANTASTIC. The massage on the legs? Do die for! My legs and feet were so soft when she was done. Also they did fantastic work with the color. Also got my eyebrows waxed and she was very good. The vibe here is amazing and can't wait for our next spa day :) read more

It was my first time coming here. It is cleaned as they state. The receptionist Josely is friendly who provides great customer service. However, during my interaction with the nail tech, Maria, it was different. Maria was sloppy with her work and kept asking me if I wanted gel nails after i had mentioned I did not. Additionally, she dropped nail paint on my shoe. I didn't noticed right away, but after i had paid. The young man kept gaslighting me. Telling me the paint was part of my shoe when it was not. Geez..unbelievable. I thank the young lady who removed the paint of my shoe. I regret it left me disappointed. I won't be returning. Neither will my daughter. read more

Worst experience , dirty tools calus remover wasn't clean i asked the older lady who was doing my pedicure is it sanitized she didn't talk then I saw her washing it in my foot bath (dirty) and placed it in her cart, and went to next customer like that, which she never sanitized it, she cut my to skins and I was bleeding , next day my toes are so sore. And didn't do a good job , the receptionist was just sitting and eating snacks, I won't return and don't recommend to anyone , filthy salon read more

I've now been here 3 times and have had mixed experiences. Each time their receptionist has been fantastic, she's patient and try's her best to get you scheduled. The first time I made an appointment for 3 pedis and we had a great experience, the nail techs were great, the salon was slightly busy but overall quiet which we liked as we prefer a quiet experience. I had Maria who did a fantastic job on my French tip pedicure. The second experience was terrible. We had Martha for 2 pedis who had a terrible attitude and complained the entire time. I again asked for French tip pedicure to which she complained about doing it with a regular polish, did them and then wiped the all off and said she needed to do gel. Which wasn't my choice but is what I ended up with. I've also had bio gel done by Maria twice. The first time was a little lumpy for my liking but I'm a perfectionist. The second time was much better. But she will not do any designs anything I show her she says no. I came here for convenience because it's so close to my house. But the second experience was so bad my sister refuses to come back. read more

First time coming here and it's very clean. The staff was also welcoming. I asked for the deluxe pedicure and the person who did my service was Thomas. He tried to get me to do the basic pedi instead but i told him no that I wanted the deluxe because it had the callus removal option. I could tell he doesn't normally do pedicures because he didn't even clean the corners/side walls of my toes. Okay I quit. I'm just going to find a nail tech instead. I had builder gel nails. She tried drilling it all off. I asked if she could soak it as that's how I normally got it removed before the last few times where they had made errors. Nail lady said no to soak off and drilled to the nail bed. That literally defeats the purpose of using builder gel on your nails. This place clearly doesn't care for their clients nail health ;/ so disappointed read more

Made an appointment online for gel mani, regular pedi, eyebrow wax. Third time visiting the location and always so impressed with their attention to detail on nail designs. Abigail did a great job on the manicure. Pedicure was great too. Eyebrow waxing was good too, but I did notice after I left that there was wax left by my ear and in my hair even though I pulled it back. Maybe it was an accident but it's never happened to me before, anywhere. I'd go back for nails, maybe another place for eyebrows. This was my first time back since they renovated the front end of the spa, it looks beautiful and very clean. read more

I don't think I've ever given a place 1 star, but wow I had a horrible experience here :-( I came here twice. The first time was great I got they're 2nd level pedicure and my pedicurist was so sweet. I get very ticklish and she was so nice and accommodating. So great first impression of Vida Spa. Second time my sister made an appointment for me and her. They advised they could only accommodate my sister with the same nail tech for pedicures, but that it would be doable. It was horrible. We both had Marta and I don't know if she was overwhelmed that day, but as soon as I sat down I was waiting for her while she did my sisters pedicure, when she finally got to me, she immediately was rushing me. This immediately gave me red flags because its literally called vida "SPA", they even have massage chairs while we get pedicures. So I fully expect to feel relaxed, but this was the complete opposite. As mentioned earlier, i am ticklish, she was not a fan of this. I can tell she was annoyed by this and getting irritated that I was moving my foot because she verbally told me I need to train myself to stop being ticklish. I also requested the 2nd level pedicure, i only got the first level. So by the time all of this occurred, I was just so over it. I am low support autistic and have ADHD so I was incredibly overstimulated by this interaction. I've never felt more embarrassed and ashamed, I wish i had i told her about my disabilities so maybe she might've showed me a little bit more compassion. At this point, I just wanted to leave without the polish, but i stuck to it. By the end of this quick session my nails had not done drying, she also did not apply top coat. She tried to put my sandals on and the polish smudged. She did not fix it. At this point, prior to my first time here it was the first time I have received a pedicure in over 10 years, because of this experience I really never want to get a pedicure again. As a yelper, i just want to share my experience here, take it with a grain of salt. I just do not recommend the employee Marta. read more

I had the most relaxing and enjoyable From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a calm, clean atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, and both turned out flawless. The nail technician took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me choose the perfect color. My nails have never looked better, and the massage was the perfect finishing touch. The spa is spotless and beautifully decorated, with a wide range of polish colors and high-quality products. They even offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch service and a bit of pampering. I'll definitely be back! read more

I came for mani and pedi . First the place is nicer then I though , nice and clean. Price very reasonable they made me feel comfortable. I got massage with free hot stone, facial with age lock that really work, then I got manicure and pedicure they did taking their time to make sure all done well. I though they will kill me when come to paid my bill. Wow ! It much cheaper then I though. This is the new place to get relax and affordable that I can afford . I am giving them 5 stars for that. read more

Don't come here. I had a bad experience with Martha. I went with my one-year-old baby, who stayed in the stroller the whole time. After a little while, the baby started crying a bit, and she told him to be quiet. Then, while she was doing my pedicure, she answered a call--apparently from her boyfriend--and kept working on my nails without ever stopping the conversation. She was rude, and my nails turned out thick and looked horrible. I definitely do not recommend this place. read more

I had been going here for a while and had recommended several friends to this place. All my friends would complain about the receptionist Jessica. They said she was very rude. Thought it w would be great to treat a friend for her birthday. When we arrived my friend was treated under my by Jessica through out our visit. I was so embarrassed to have taken my good friend there. I will never step foot there again. They have lost a great loyal customer. read more

This salón is shit, I went in yesterday to get a last min pedicure when I get there I let lady know…read moreI have acrylic on both my big toe nails as they had split they are nearly half way grown, if she can please remove it and shape my natural nails. She then says okay, soaks my feet for less then 1min and proceeds to cut my nails, this lady clipped my toe nail that had acrylic without putting any acetone or further soaking it... my toe nail then breaks almost half way and starts to hurt like hell, I immediately let her know to which she responds "no worry, I do it for you With acrylic" with attitude as I was upset and in pain I tell her "I wanted the acrylic removed not filled or for you to redo it with acrylic" she ignored me and proceeds to do the other big toe nails and does the same thing! Once again I ask "why would you do that without soaking it in acetone first" now she wants to put acetone after the fact, as she's putting it obviously it starts to burn and I let her know as I pull my foot a lil. Of course she doesn't care continues then tells me "I fix both nails for $10" at which point I was upset and didn't want to be rude so I didn't say much beside "it burns and this is not what I wanted" her not caring shortly after continues to trim the nail with 2 different clippers.. then remaining toe nails she did not clip what so ever instead she filed, mind you nor did she clean under the nails. For the remaining of the service it's burning/painful and I'm letting her know yet I'm being ignored. When she proceeds to put on the polish it's running everywhere and she take forever. Before leaving I did tell her the acrylic doesn't feel right, and obviously she did not care. I paid and left, and yes I did not tip! Today 10/11/25 I call with the intention of going in and having them remove everything as it's been hurting all night. When they answer I ask to speak with the manager, the person who answers asks "why, what do I need" I simple said "I need to speak with her, I went last night and the service wasn't good, my number is..." to which I'm interrupted by her saying "I have your number, who are you, what do you want" I simply respond with "can you please have her call me back" the lady says "okay" I then asked "when can she call or when will she be in" she then says "I don't know" I say "okay what's her name" "she says "my name Lindsay" I said "okay, but what about the manager, I can come in when's she in or I can hold on the line for you to contact her and ask when she can reach out to me or will be in" she says "no" and starts to go off on me. I again ask for the managers name and she says "I am the manager, you want to keep secret from me I keep secret from you, you can make a scam" I'm like "what?!?!? If your the manager why are you denying to speak with me, it's in regards to a service from last night that I'm not happy with nor was it healthy" this lady is not listening nor. So I'll be going in! Pics posted will show the big toe nails being cut wrong, look at the other toe nails and see how they are long enough for her to have done a good job on my other toes oh and how on my 2nd toe of my left foot she added acrylic to another split toe nail without consulting or even asking if I wanted that part trimmed .

Very disappointing experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I specifically asked them to use cuticle nippers because I didn't want an electric file used on my natural nails and was concerned about them becoming weak or damaged. Instead, they insisted on using the electric file. It felt like they simply didn't want to take the extra time to properly soak and soften the cuticles and use the nippers. To make matters worse, the polish on my toes was done very poorly and looked messy. At that point, I was so disappointed that I honestly just wanted to leave. This was a very disappointing experience, and I don't think it's worth coming here. I will not be returning.
