I took my girlfriend to get her nails done at this place and they tortured her doing her nails. She said that she had never experienced anything like this. The nails were OK but afterwards like a month and a half she tried taking her nails off and it was just painful it seem like they put the nails on with superglue. I called over the phone specifically stating that I have GEL X nails that need to be removed. I reiterated it several times. She said $5 for removal and reg mani and pedi was $40. When I get there and picking my color she said oh no it's $20 for removal. I was very upset because she wasted my time and I wasted my gas. Never again!! Horrible service. I don't remember her name but she was wearing glasses. Anyway I asked to get my eyebrows done first and she messed up my left eyebrow making it thinner than the other. When I noticed it she said "Oh you just have to pencil it in to make it even" like what ?! And actually grabs one and fills it in for me. As if that will solve the problem. She charged me $10. Then i asked for a pedicure but without the spa chair and she was not happy about that. I feel it's safer and hygienic to do a pedicure the old fashioned way. So while she's doing the pedicure she actually kept hurting me even after I asked her to be careful and kind of brushed off my suggestion like I was lying about the pain. Then when she wanted to file my toenails she took out the little drill thing and i told her I didn't want that either and she rolled her eyes at me. From then on as she was finishing up the pedicure massaging my feet she kept giving me dirty looks. I wish I was lying. Today, I was around here so decided to give it a try since I needed a Pedi. I was their first client. They say they open at 9:30am but they opened at 9:55am. I had Gel in my toes, so they charged me $5 to take it off. By the way, the removal was a bit painful :/ I had the regular pedicure with regular polish: $14. Plus the $5 for removal. My total $19. They have the Spa special: Mani and Pedi for $26, not bad.... She overall did a really great job. She massaged my feet for about 6 minutes!!!!!! :) Felt GREAT! I really do enjoy it here. Everyone is pretty meticulous and really pays attention to the job they are doing. Not a lot of small talk happening but it is fine. Be warned they do get pretty busy and I think most are just walk-ins so if you can make an appointment or go at a less busy time during the week I would say do that. What I like the most is they seem fairly in expensive I paid $25 for a gel manicure and to me that doesn't seem like much but I am just going based off other places where I have paid more for a gel manicure. So I had an appointment Friday July 3rd for pedicure and my mother in law had one for pedicure and manicure,as we arrived we were handed some forms to sign.The forms information was about the COVID-19 and we can't sue the salon if we become positive to the virus.While we waited for lily to clean up a pedicure spa chair I notice a lady getting a pedicure by Cindy now let me just say NO face mask this customer was sitting there with NO mask on she kept touching her face.I am the person who will mind her business I don't like drama so I didn't say anything BUT if I had my business especially now the number one policy would be no mask no service.I am 100% sure the business can be shut down just because of that ONE customer not following store policy.My mother in law did like the service lily provided.My pedicure was done at the same chair were the lady with no mask sat on.Cindy gave it a quick wipe down and trust me when I say I was screaming I was screaming in my head No No No please not that chair if I have to wait another hour I will. I've made appointments for other times as well and without fail they always take anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes to see me after my appointment time. First time here - just wanted a simple Gel manicure. It was extremely affordable ($15 for color) and the older man who did them was excellent! He truly took his time and made sure they were perfect. Horrible horrible! I'm not one of those people who only go on yet when a place is terrible I give lots of good reviews and this place is terrible. I went in there to get a fill on pink and white tips (which I had done at Malibu nails in valencia and they did a great job) so they made the nail flair out, my other nails are not flaired out. 2 they used a white tip so the white is way lower then the rest of my nails. You can definitely tell that it was done at a differt place. Also the lady started it and filled all my nails then aftere 25 mins the man came over and redid them all and they still didnt look good.
