I've been coming here off and on for at least over 10 years because prices have been reasonable and l've always been content with my nails pretty much each time. I'm not a frequent flier in getting my nails done but this place is my go to or back up when another salon isn't available. I recently went since I needed a pick me up self-care and was surprised to see only the owner and a guy who ended up doing my nails....on a Friday afternoon when it's usually busy at a salon. They truly have gone downhill as it's not nearly as sanitary or busy as it used to be which says a lot. This is surely to be my last time here for the sanitary issues alone. The guy even used cold plain water to soak my nails and a dirty gel machine he previously used on a pedi before me! It makes me sad but I would hope if they ever can get back to what it once was and improve the salon, that they can still stay in business. read more

Terrible place to get your nails done. Came to get my very important event nails done here and she cut up all my fingers. Didn't do the design how I asked. She told me she was able to do the nails I was asking for and then stuck stickers on my nails. After k had corrected her twice she still proceeded to do whatever she wanted on my nails. Male nail tech called a customer to try to postpone the nail appointment due to either running behind or new customer came in, not sure. But, he was trying to delay the appointment. The appointment customer answered and said she was already on the way, asked if she should head back home? Knowing there's a risk the customer may find another nail salon to go to, he said to come still but she thought it meant she could be seen still at the original time but she wasn't told the truth that when she arrives, she will have to wait. Gave off money hungry vibe. Also, $10 to use an electric file to take off gel-x tips and soak in acetone was overpriced. They also do not accept Apple Pay. I was overcharged for a pedicure I received the basic and was charged for a specialty pedicure. The only reason I knew that was because the women next to me who received a specialty pedicure paid the same as I did. Additional the technician cut me in several places and over trimmed the side of my nails to the point where me toes are in pain today. I will not return to this establishment again. read more

I came here by random. Their customer service and the way they did my nails was PERFECT! Here is why I give the four stars... I chose a color. Same for my hands and feet. They did my toes a completely different color and didn't tell me. They just did it. When I asked why they look different, they said it was "very similar" and after I left, I realized they weren't even close. I typically do different colors but today I wanted the same. Bright pink. Instead I got a cool undertone pink. They offered for me to come back and change it with no problems, but the problem is I will need to spend another 30 to hour to get something fixed that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. read more

First time here, last time here. Parking is hard due to the restaurant next door. Made an appointment a few days ago, got in for a regular mani/pedi. Walked in and noticed that there is no regular color, other than the DND and gel duo polishes. I asked if they had OPI, they said yes. Great! Get in the seat, they offer me just the gel duos. No OPI? No. Should have left right there. Just be up front, please. I hate that because it indicates that you're being cheap on supplies. Case in point the color on my nails is old and the tech had to leave three times to spin it and put nail thinner in. Just throw it away! Instead, back in the box for the next customer. Nail tech doing my nails was ok, bossy, asking a million questions. No, I still don't want gel, and I don't need callous remover, you haven't even looked at my heels. The gentleman doing my toes was great! He put in the work and was meticulous! I appreciated his attention to detail, unlike my manicurist. She didn't even clean up the nails after painting. $40 for mani pedi, pedi was worth it, mani not so much. I tipped them on my way out, manicurist counted the tip in front of me and her new customer she was working on, then obviously wasn't happy and talked to everyone in her language, rude and unprofessional. Gentleman was sweet and said thank you. In all my years working in nail salons and being a patron, I've never seen anyone count the tip in front of you or in front of other guests. It really depends on who did my nails but for both my mani and pedi to come out disgusting was what made me decide that I will no longer come here. They weren't busy on a Saturday afternoon (which is super duper hard to find), the take their time with everything that they do - making sure the cuticles are clean, ensuring the gel is only on the nail and not stuck to my skin and more, they even were so welcoming and were able to do my moms nails even though I made an appointment just for me AND they are reasonable with prices. Okay so I used to come here years ago because I lived close. Once I moved I still came here a few times and so did my mother and sisters. So one time my sister and mom made me an appointment for 6:30p to get my nails done. So we get there and wait. Then I see people coming in and Anthony knowing we're waiting and have appointments just sits the person that walked right in. I was like okay. Whatever. But then other people get helped before us and at this point I'm over it. I had a VERY tough day at work that day and I just wanted to get my nails done and go home. My sister and mom were getting pedicures so they got helped leaving me still waiting. I got very frustrated and I just left crying because of how mad I was. Well fast forward to the next day.... My boyfriend proposed to me the next morning. And that is why my sister made me an appointment and why she was upset when I left the salon crying. The guy on the phone asked for me to go now, so I got there and he greeted me with a nice cold water bottle and began to do my nails. I asked for square nails and he offered to do ombré and to give me a narrow shape so they wouldn't look so bulky. I agreed. He cleaned up my cuticles so well and was very gentle. He was very patient with me and at the same time he was doing a fast job. He asked me what I wanted and I told him. I got exactly what I wanted, actually I got more than what I expected!
