Honestly soooooo happy. My nails were raggedy! Amy and MY brought me back to life. Sad I didn't have before pictures. They were so nice they took me in last min! MY cleaned up my toes sooo damn good! That's the main thing for me is cleaning and taking the extra skin off my nails and they took their time with that. Loved it! Very professional and super nice and clean! I've been trying out a few salons in my area. Most have left me disappointed because the gel would chip or my nails would break. My friend recommended me this place because she got a great price for a full set gel. I arrived with 2 broken nails and gel chipped off after 9 days since my last nail appointment. Amy was very helpful, sweet and listened to my concerns. I wanted a full set acrylics because my nails weren't strong. She recommended I do the powder so I can keep my natural nails. Amy is amazing! It was a lot of work, but I loved my nails after my appointment. She was able to do the design I asked for and I have had them for 15 days without any chips or issues. Thanks Amy! After being a loyal customer for almost two years, I can't honestly say I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I was ten minutes late to my appointment for a fill and pedicure, when I made the appointment told someone would do my pedicure first and Tammy would do my fill after my pedicure... when I walked in ten minutes late they told me I missed my chance and they could not see me at all. I asked if I could just get my fill as I understood if my pedicure lady was no longer available but my fill was not supposed to be until later anyways... Tammy told me to go to another salon because I was late and she would not take me. SO RUDE. I would expect that after being such a loyal customer they would at least try to work with me to make another appointment but no, they pushed me out the door and told me to take my business elsewhere so that's exactly what I did. Please DON'T come to this nail salon. I got a gel manicure less than a week ago and my nails are already chipping, scratched, and look horrible. The lady was also very rude to me and especially to a customer that had walked in. She finished my manicure in 30 minutes and extremely rushed since she had another customer. This review is only based on one visit. I have had horrible experiences with gel manicures/pedicures, which is a blessing in disguise because it led me to start doing my own gel nails, saving me a lot of money. However, being 35 weeks pregnant and not able to reach my toes, I decided to say a prayer and get a gel pedicure for an upcoming wedding. Tina did suuuch an amazing job, I couldn't be happier with the results. Partially through my pedicure, she had another customer to attend to, and then came back. I was a little worried because I thought she would do s rush job, but she really took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the color choices that she recommended. I've found my new nail place!! The shop is nice and clean as well. They have a water dispenser and complimentary coffee. They have a ton of regular and gel polish to choose from. Came here because I saw recommendations on yelp for Amy and she definitely did not disappoint. I wanted to get a full set in coffin style and they came out absolutely perfect. It's also about $10 more expensive than my regular place. I called to complain and they literally hung up on me, it's been 1week 3 days and I paid $70 for a full set/mani w/gel and she gave me a good looking set but today my skins literally falling apart! I moisturize religiously so it's not dry skin or the constant washing of my hands due to corona prevention!
