At the beginning of my appointment, I told my waxer, Jazlyn, that I only wanted the Bikini Full. There was already some confusion because only the eyebrow service was showing on her screen, but we agreed to proceed with the Bikini Full. Somewhere along the way, there was a miscommunication and I ended up receiving a Brazilian instead. I want to be clear that Jazlyn herself was very attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout my appointment. I understand that miscommunications happen, and I did not blame her for the situation. My frustration was with how the front desk attendant, Zoe, handled it. I was told I had to pay the Brazilian price even though I had booked and communicated that I wanted a Bikini Full. When I questioned this, Zoe brought Jazlyn to the front to discuss what happened in front of several other customers. Given the personal nature of the service, this made me extremely uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of the booking/miscommunication issue and a private, professional attempt to resolve it. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated over how the situation was handled. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to provide additional training on customer service, discretion, and de-escalation.

My brows were naturally full with longer hairs, and she trimmed them extremely short and tweezed them, completely changing the look of my eyebrows. If she had simply asked me beforehand, I would have made it very clear that I wanted to keep my brows full and did not want the hairs cut this short. The service is listed as approximately 20 minutes, but I was in the chair for about 8 minutes. The entire appointment felt rushed, especially for a first-time client. I left extremely disappointed, and now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back. For a first-time client, I believe there should have been a consultation before making such a noticeable change to my brows--especially when the person providing the service is also the manager. Sadly, this was not the experience I expected after reading the reviews, and I would not return for eyebrow services.

I never do reviews but this place was so amazing, i came in spontaneously they immediately helped me out and explained pricing for me and what i would be receiving for my pedicure. I've always struggled to find a place especially for the girls that may feel a little vulnerable believe me it was a very comfortable experience. Let me start by saying that Hailey is the best nail tech I've been to. I recently started my journey in growing my real nails and Hailey is the one to thank. I don't take any vitamins (which I should) and my nails have grown significantly. She uses the biogel on my real nails and my real nails have never been this strong. My nails are going on over a month and they're still in tact. Shes seriously the best. read more

When it was time for the pedicure, I met Kathy who was equally as sweet and fun to talk to. By the time the pedicure was done, it was almost 8 so I didnt mention the eyebrows and I think Mary forgot. Just as well, I felt bad enough they kept me an hour past their closing time!! But they were extremely gracious, kind, and took their time with me. They gave me their card and told me to call next time so they can wait for me. I definitely dont want to go anywhere ever again.
