Just no!! Probably the dirtiest nail spa I've ever been to. The lady who did my nails didn't swap gloves between me and the girl before me. The bottom of the foot tank was so dirty and had tons of sediment I could feel through the nylon bag. The owner and another girl were gossiping with a customer about past customers and you can tell they are just so rude and don't give any effs. I had a great pedicure here. The salon is nice and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and kind. I asked for a gel French tip classic pedicure with callus removal add on. On 5/7/25 that was $60 before tip. $25 for regular pedicure, $15 for gel, $10 for French tip, and $10 for callus removal add on. They turned out beautiful. Very quick service, only about 30 mins. The worst experience ever! Hailey ( the owner) is the rudest and most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. If I could I would give a zero start to Hailey ( the owner ) and the services that I received I would. I had an appointment with Hailey (the owner) at 4 pm. It was my very time to her salon. Although I made the appointment specifically with her she had another tech do my nails without communicating that with me. When I asked if she was Hailey and she was going to be doing my nails she caught an attitude and started to speak her language then aggressively and rudely told me me that she and the other tech works together and I needed to just relax and let her do my nails. I complied although I was not happy. The worst yet to come. The lady she assigned to do my pedicure gave me the WORST pedicure ever. Not only she did not cut my cuticle the way I asked her to she butchered my toes and cut into the skin on my two big toes until I bled. ( please see attached photos) As a result it has been a few days and I can't even wear shoes. I voice my concerns 3 times during the pedicure and Hailey did nothing about it. The lady started to polish my nails without even cleaning under my nails, I politely asked her to stop and asked Hailey if she could have someone else finish my pedicure because I was extremely dissatisfied. Hailey told me no snd told me if I don't like the way my pedicure was done next time I come I can pick someone else. After she told me that I politely told her that if she would not have someone else finish my pedicure I would just leave with my nails without polishing them because I would need to go to another salon do get my pedicure redone. I was baffled when Hailey responded and said " okay your total is $95 "and asked me to pay for the full services .since I am A business owner myself I decided to talk to her in the most respectful way possible and told her how I truly felt and told her that she is handling this very unprofessionally and she should never let a customer leave her salon dissatisfied without making an effort to resolve the issue. She started getting very defensive and raising her voice at me . At that point I realized that her customer service and standards were really poor compared to what I was used to so I just paid without saying anything else and just left. Cc was great! Her artistry is on point, and she is very friendly. I returned in the same week because another gal did my nails, and one of the Gel XS came off, and two decorative strips fell off. The person who did my nails was busy with a customer. When CC looked at my nails, she mentioned that the Chrome did not cure correctly, so they looked off. I asked for it to be fixed as it was not done correctly. The owner said she would charge me $20 for a color change. I said, "Why?!" The owner said she would charge me $20 because I wanted a different color. But why would I pay if something was not done correctly the first time? She said that the original girl was busy and did not want me to wait, and since CC was helping, I needed to pay. The owner repeatedly reprimanded the gal who had done my nails earlier this week, questioning why she had forgotten the nail polish and chrome color. The vibe became very hostile and uncomfortable, hearing the owner abuse her employee in front of all of us. The owner asked me if I knew the name of the color. I said I had just shown her a picture, and she understood the color. The owner complained to her current customer that her employee did not remember the color. (The owner was sitting next to the employee she was representing!) How f**** RUDE! I felt so bad for the employee. I advised the owner to talk to her one-on-one. I was astonished that she reprimanded her in front of customers and coworkers! I told the owner that I work in the HR department and that her handling of this situation with her employees is inappropriate and unethical. The owner favors employees of the same race. Everyone who works there seems afraid of her, and she is not accommodating. I don't blame the employee for not remembering. She probably has many customers with different designs and colors coming in and out. Heck, I wouldn't remember! Most customers chimed in and said they didn't even remember the name of the last nail polish they used! One said, "This is not relaxing, hearing the owner yell so much!" I am not coming back as I do not support owners being on a high horse and abusing their employees. My review is based on the owner's lack of professionalism. Everybody else here is very friendly and does a good job. I hope better opportunities come their way, as I do not think this owner understands the meaning of being a professional with her employees and customers. read more

If I could give this place a one star I would, Horrible service Hailey sucks I had an appointment at 3pm for a basic manicure I got here 15 minutes earlier they quickly say my cousin down for her pedicure and waited for them to attend me until someone who walked in after us asked what was going on if she was going to get serviced they also sat her down quickly until I asked Hailey why I'm still waiting for my service after waiting 30 minutes.
