When I went in for a consultation, the owner Brittlee was an angel. She explained that I was going to need to remove what was there so that we had more of a clean slate to work with. I went to two sessions of tattoo removal at another business for my eyebrows, and had a few months of healing time in between. I was so anxious to get back to Brittlee to have her help me. Today was the day! Today Brittlee gave me a brand new set of perfect, matching, beautifully done eyebrows. She made me feel calm, and was super receptive to my concerns and fears. She took extra time to make sure I approved the shape and strokes. She was wonderful about my whole experience. I was so grateful I was crying! When I looked in the mirror that final time following the session, I was overcome with gratitude and excitement. My self confidence can finally return. I look like the best version of myself again, after so long of having crooked, blobby eyebrows.
