When I went in for a consultation, the owner Brittlee was an angel. She explained that I was going to need to remove what was there so that we had more of a clean slate to work with. I went to two sessions of tattoo removal at another business for my eyebrows, and had a few months of healing time in between. I was so anxious to get back to Brittlee to have her help me. Today was the day! Today Brittlee gave me a brand new set of perfect, matching, beautifully done eyebrows. She made me feel calm, and was super receptive to my concerns and fears. She took extra time to make sure I approved the shape and strokes. She was wonderful about my whole experience. I was so grateful I was crying! I had a lash lift here recently and it was my first one. Valeria was very patient and good at explaining everything that was going to happen. She kept me comfortable throughout the entire process. The results look great and depending on how long it lasts I will likely come back again. One thing to watch out for is that I did get a parking ticket when I had left, even though there was no sign on that side of the street and plenty of other people were parked there. So that was an extra $75... I wasn't happy about that so be careful where you park around there! read more
