Honestly they saved me today bc i was so persistent on getting my eyebrows done but it was a very quick 5-10 mins..didn't even bother to pluck some tiny hairs out . I came on a Thursday and it was open for me to sit. I went in and got my brows done. While she was doing the be of my brows she was going to town and when I sat up they didn't match at all, she had clearly taken too much on one side. I have been a brow envy fan since they opened on the other side of the mall. She kept requesting to take more from The side that had nothing left. I'm so upset. Had not been on this side of the mall in a while. There used to be another brow place here but this place took over. Looks the same, nice little waiting area with some magazines to occupy your time if your phone is dry. I came here on a Wednesday in the afternoon. There were two people ahead of me. Only one person was there working so I waited about 30+ minutes. That was fine. The service was okay, not really trying to form a bond, which I get, there was a person after me. All of this is fine to me. Took about 10min to do my eyebrows, paid and out the door. The reason for the 3 stars, in ALL my years of getting my eyebrows threaded, I have NEVER gotten cuts. They sting, I can't touch near the brow area, I see the little scratches. When she scratched me I really felt it and I moved because it caught me off guard. She didn't apologize or anything. I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt the need to leave a review for the service that I have just received from Kamala or whatever her name is. I had called in prior to arriving asking if I could do a walk-in and they said I could. I then asked for the price and she went on to tell me that the eyebrow tint was 35, eyebrow threading was 20, and them together was 55. I had told her I just need the tint because I had just got my eyebrows waxed a couple weeks prior, and my eyebrows don't grow very fast and are fine and I don't have a lot of them so I don't wax them, thread them, or tweeze them very often. Now the first issue was I could not find it the store. I literally walked around the whole mall and ended up having to call them to get exact location of where they were. Once I arrived at the store, I sat in the chair and I reiterated that I am just there for the tint, and I was not needing or wanting the by threading as I literally just got my eyebrows done. Well she went ahead and started cleaning up is what she's called it my eyebrows and when I tell you, this girl pulled out maybe five hair She literally pulled out maybe five hairs. I had nothing to clean up. She was just trying to make more money. After the service when I went to go pay, I was expecting to pay $25 but she proceeded to ring up 55 and tells me that she had threaded my eyebrows after I had told her multiple times that I was just looking for the tint, I did not want them threaded. I just wanted them tinted. She ignored me and did whatever she wanted to do to make the most money that she could, and in the end, she got $55 from me. So I suggest you beware about going there unless you are fine with pushy eyebrow techs providing services you don't need. read more

Very rude. I drove all the way here because Yelp hours said they were open. However, the lady working on a Sunday afternoon said she had just closed her register, even though her door was still open and she was obviously not in a rush. I explained that I had driven all the way because of the hours posted, but she just brushed me off and started mocking me. Horrible customer service.
