Been coming here for 2 years. I would have raj (I believe is her name) do my brows, she was amazing! Ever since she left the girls have been terrible. I got threaded today and this young girl with glasses left my eyebrows patchy and didn't even bother to trim the top. Paying $15 to get my eyebrows threaded just to come back home and have to pluck and trim them myself is crazy. Don't even bother coming here. read more

Went earlier today and service was great! Just a little suprised that eyebrow threading was $12 last Feb and now it's $14. I was attended to with care. Wasn't able to ask for her name but I also like how she recommended castor oil for my sparse brows will definitely come back! Thank you thank you!! What a convenient clean little shop inside the courtyard at the very busy International Produce Market. I was immediately seated after the previous customer and professionally attended to for a quick threading of my wild eyebrows long neglected due to Covid closings. She also attended to my beard that has been growing under these masks I have been wearing in the warmth - haha!! Seriously, there were actually hair on my chin I never had before. Went for Microblading and while Mona was very nice and constantly offered a free touch up until I'm happy, my eyebrows are blue/gray which is not the color I picked. They are extremely patchy and I've had people tell me it looks like someone took a pen and drew on my face. Very disappointing since it's on my face semi-permanently. Mona is very nice and assured me she would do touch ups until I'm happy but I was not interested in coming back. Probably not coming back she kept pointing out that my eyebrows were really bushy, bad choice to come here one looks thinner than the other one, I'm thinking maybe miscommunications in regards of how thick I wanted them but no excuse on how uneven they look. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable at what she does. She was very down to earth and professional at the same time. I randomly stubbled on this location while doing grocery shopping. I really needed my eyebrows done and saw the place was somewhat crowded so I figured they are doing something right! Initially they were adequately staffed and the wait wasn't too long. I liked Puja's bubbly personality and the way she did my eyebrows. The price is reasonable as well! But now, after coming for about a year, I'm seeing issues. I came in yesterday, and sat down. There were 3 other people also waiting. There was one person working, inside the room where I think they do waxing/facials. We were all just sitting there... looking at each other. How long will the wait be? Can you come acknowledge us? For all we know we may have to wait out here for an hour! Finally, someone came out, peeked her head and said the wait is going to be 35 minutes. She didn't even see the people sitting on the other side of her room, which led me to believe the wait is going to be even longer than that. Myself and two others decided to leave.
