Azi has that rare skill where she looks at your eyebrows and just knows exactly what they need. And let me talk about the pain level or lack of it. It genuinely felt like no hair was being removed at all, until I looked in the mirror at the end and realized how perfectly shaped my brows were. This is not a quick in-and-out threading place. If you're looking for a simple 5 minute thread and done, this is not it. She does an excellent job and really takes the time to get the exact eyebrow shape you want, that will look good on you. She is very sweet and makes you feel instantly at ease. She has a home studio and it's street parking. I didn't have any issue finding a spot but you do have to let her know you are there to enter. I went to Azi's Threading and received excellent service. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Azi was able to take me. My brows had not been threaded for a long time and Azi worked her magic. I went on my lunch break during work and that was enough time for me to get my eyebrows AND lip threaded, she's so quick! She also gives the best customer service! Ok let me start off by saying I was a bit nervous at first because this was a last minute appointment. But I really needed my brows done as I had a flight. Nope, not a hot date--maybe one day LOL! Anyway, luckily for me Azi had an opening. When I tell you she slayed my brows!!! My brows are BOMB!! Didn't over or under shape. Perfect!! She uses the threading method and pays very close attention to detail. I mean she got every pesky hair on my brow, lip and my chiny chin chin!!! I was very impressed. I had a brow threading appointment scheduled for 2 PM that I booked three weeks in advance at my last service. I'm also taking a trip tomorrow, which is why I made sure to book my appointment ahead of time. At 10:30 AM, I reached out to confirm that the brow lamination and tint were included with my appointment. They responded that the brow artist (the owner) who was scheduled to do my brow threading had to leave early for the day and asked me to come in at 12 PM or 1 PM instead. I explained that I would not be able to make either of those times because I had already planned my day around the 2 PM appointment, which I had booked weeks in advance. I ultimately rearranged my workday and moved several things around so I could make the appointment, especially since this was such a last-minute change on their end. I drove 30 minutes in the middle of the day to get there and arrived at approximately 1:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't see me because I wasn't able to make the 1 PM time and arrived at 1:20 PM instead. Before I even arrived, they had already told me over text that the only option would be to reschedule for Wednesday because they were closed on Tuesdays. I explained that this was not a realistic option because I'll be taking a trip tomorrow and that I should have been given more notice about the schedule change instead of being asked to rearrange my day at the last minute. Now, at 4 PM the day before my trip, I'm left scrambling to find a new place to get my brows done, which has added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a business owner, your number one priority should be taking care of your customers, especially long-term customers who have supported your business for years. Instead, the only response I received was essentially, "We changed your appointment, and it's your fault that you couldn't make it within the timeslot we provided 2 hours prior so we can't see you." It goes to show that as the business has grown, the level of care and consideration for long-term clients has gone down. I understand that things come up, but as a business owner, she should have been the one accommodating me or trying to figure out a solution rather than leaving me hanging after the changes were made on their side. After six years of being a customer, I expected much more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others.

It wasn't work-related, and I felt completely ignored. As a paying customer, I expected at least to be acknowledged instead of feeling like I was interrupting a conversation. During my appointment, she also asked whether I had been getting my brows done somewhere else and where I had gone. I found those questions unnecessary and unprofessional. I even asked for advice on my eyebrows, hoping for some guidance, but my question was brushed off and I didn't really get an answer. The actual service took about three minutes, + 10 min tint. and unfortunately the brow tint didn't turn out well. It looked very blocky and uneven instead of natural. I expect businesses to be welcoming and treat their clients with kindness and attention. Repeat customers are what keep a business going, and good customer service is just as important as the service itself. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome, rushed, and disappointed with both the experience and the results.
