GO HERE!!! They have so many beauty services and such good staff! I love Kim's work I always go to her for my gelx nails! They went above and beyond today by fitting me into the schedule as I reached out last minute. Loveeeee the nails and over service 10/10
This is my second year coming to this salon & this is my 3rd review (yes, I love it here that much ) I really only come here for lashes with the one and only: NANCY , but I know they have other great services that won't let you down (brows, lash lift, mani, pedi, waxing). It's always a pleasure coming here, I almost always fall asleep during my extensions. Nancy is THE BEST, she's so sweet & always knows how to execute what you want so well. This is a hidden gem spot in the valley for sure.

I absolutely love this salon! From nails, to waxing, to lash extensions they have all kinds of services for such a decent price! I've been coming back here since 2021 for my lash extensions and my girl Nancy never fails! She's the best most sweetest person ever and she makes you feel so beautiful right after every session!! I've trusted her with my lashes from my very first set back in highschool and now i'm a sophomore in college still coming back for my extensions whenever i can! 10/10 salon , i recommend to all my friends and family actually LOVEEE THE BEAUTY SPOTTT LOVEEE NANCYYY GIRL!!!
I originally went in to get a lash perm but was convinced to get lash extensions was told 18 years experience but did not feel like that I was in a room that was very unorganized when she started the nose was strong and burning my nose when i asked what kind of glued i was told it was very good and to push through she finished my eyelashes felt heavy itchy and they burned she said it was normal since the glue was not done drying. I left paid 80 and when I got in my car I saw chunks of lashes and my real ones clumped together my eyes were itchy I went inside to get a removal was told to sit 30 minutes after i washed the solution there was still lashes on my eyes were burning with the solution but instead of round 2 she proceeded to take me back to the room and started ripping out my lashes forcefully while pulling the fake ones off i would've preferred the burning over my eyelashes being ripped out. When I got up and looked in the mirror there were spots on my lash line and my lashes were less full and there were still extensions on my eyes. I got my money back and went to the car and cried because i was devastated with the horrible experience i had just went through Ive gotten my lashes done at other nails shops and have never experienced this kind of service Don't come here to get your lashes done quality was awful
June 2020: New COVID precautions at 'The Nail Spot!' - new plexiglass barriers - maintaining 6ft distance from each station - MASK on in the store - employees always have mask on and gloves - employees wipe down stations after every customer - APPOINTMENT ONLY, CALL first. (for now) But one thing that does stay the same at this nail salon... amazing owner, employees, VERY CLEAN and always makes the customers happy when they walk out with their new nails. Thank you Nancy for cutting my nails especially my Ingrown Toes You are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails (and facial waxing :) ) barriers - maintaining 6ft distance from each station - MASK on in the store - employees always have mask on and gloves - employees wipe down stations after every customer - APPOINTMENT ONLY, CALL first. (for now) But one thing that does stay the same at this nail salon... amazing owner, employees, VERY CLEAN and always makes the customers happy when they walk out with their new nails. 2019: I broke my big toenail last year and everytime I went to another nail salon, I would get foot fungus (both on my nonbroken toe and broken toe) underneath my nail bed. I would have to deal with the foot fungus for almost two months until I get another nail appointment. It was very painful when I would stub my toe. I stumbled on this nail salon here one day after school and was very impressed and happy with their services. 1. Everytime I come here the staff is super friendly and nice. They greet me with a smile and ask me "what would you like today?" 2. I see returning people come back ready for their monthly nail tune up. Lastly 3. The owner is very big about cleaning their instruments that they use to cut and clean our nails. When I see the nail instrument being opened in front of me in their sanitized bags, I know it has been properly CLEANED and ready to use for their customers. This is a huge one for me because after my first nail appointment with them, my toes were clean, neatly trimmed and I never had foot fungus again! I have brought my two best friends and my mom to this nail salon and they are always happy with their services. Wait time is sometimes a little long, but its because they have many loyal customers (like myself) always coming back. SO.... make an appointment and come over here if you're in the area :) I recommend this place 5/5. Thank you for taking care of my nails Update
If you want to have customers coming back pick the best nails techs. That's all I have to say. I have money and I'll take it with someone else who actually cares about good quality work.
I got an eyelash perm here done by Nancy. She was fantastic. She really cares about her clients. The first time I got my eyelashes done, the result wasn't the best. She immediately made another appointment for me to fix it. She was the one who offered to fix it- no extra charge because she actually cared about customer satisfaction. The second time, she used a stronger formula and my lashes curled perfectly. I was so happy with the result! She was quick and efficient and made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. My mom got eyelash extensions here and they looked natural and even. She loved it. And the price was right too. I also got a gel manicure and it was done quickly. I wish i took a photo. Overall, i would recommend this place. They're professional and kind. The results are impeccable whether you're getting an eyelash perm, extensions, or just getting your nails done.
I recently moved to Northridge and found this spot and meet this amazing lady name nancy she's lovely and very nice she did my nails and lashes and i'm so obsessed . Thank you so much
I came here to get my nose waxed. This is the worst experience I have ever had. She did not have the right equipment, I still have wax on my nose and beard, and she didn't remove all the hair. I guess this is what you get for 6 bucks.

If I could rate a zero I would! Asked for a gelx with a chrome tip instead I ended up with a French tip and some weird glitter that she claims was chrome. The nails were so clumpy and when I told her about a piece of lint stuck on my nail she blamed it on the fact that it was something part of my natural nail. She painted on the French tip but left the residue behind... the nails were all different shapes. Yet she claimed they were "elegant". I had to call her so she could fix them because they were so bad I couldn't just waste 75!! She never apologized for the situation and she made me feel like I was the problem when Im the one spending my hard earn money for a service that was shitting. NEVER GOING BACK IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE DO! read more

The beauty spot is a lovely place ! I have never done my lashes before , but I wanted to give them a try. I was looking for something natural/ classic. They look amazing. Nancy is so sweet and caters to your preferences! I love her. My mom and grandma thought they were so lovely, and came in the very next day ! My pedicure was nice as well. Great first visit today with Nancy! My nails look amazing, so clean and natural. She introduced me to a new technique as an alternative to acrylic, and they look 100 times better than my old acrylic nails. She's very friendly too! I'll definitely be returning! read more

Amazing service, i came from New York trying to find a good nail salon , i found this beautiful nail salon , i came in w acrylic nails and underneath were horrible, but luckily Nancy helped me and referred me gel x nails and i loved them she assured me they would help my nails grow back to health VS getting the acrylic which i totally agree with. I went and had my eyeliner done. I was assured over and over yhat I'd have it done EXACTLY how I usually wear it. And that everything would be ok. Well it was a disaster and completely UNEVEN. She kept telling me she did NOT need a stencil. ( I insisted but she said she didnt need it). I left sooo upset and so ashamed to go out in public. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. I waited a couple days in Hope's my liner would somehow even out. Or at least not look as bad. But that never happened. I didnt want to go to work and cuz I deal with the public) I didnt want to look at my own husband. I got depressed and wouldnt leave the house. Finally I drove to the salon.(Wearing sunglasses of course?) Showed her how awful my eyes still looked. She did offer you fix the other wye to match the messed up eye. Which I was NOT about to let her do! No way. She gave me a full refund and some. There was a little going back and forth. Her trying to explain why one was so thick. But bottomline was one was thin with definition and one was a thick straight line across my eyelid. Totally uneven. I've spoke with a few clinics who specialize in fixing botched tattoos like this and they also stated that this tech had no business tattooing on eyes. My kids couldve done better. So if your going for EYELINER TATTOO DONT!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!.she She says no problem she can do EXACTLY what you want and how you want. That's BS. I am now having to pay EXTRA just to have it fixed. And I cant afford it. It's not cheap!!! Sorry for the rant. I'm an upset customer. read more

Review long overdue! My sister and I went to go see nancy last week to get our Mani-Pedi done and she fit us in her tight schedule with no hesitation. She is literally the SWEETEST, funniest, and best nail tech/ person ever. She also does some gorgeous lashes that I have gotten them myself before and she's super fast too. She's amazing and has gained two forever clients Can't wait to go back after this quarantine!! read more
