I've been here a couple of times. They do a pretty good job not the best but great to be honest. One of the owners or family of the owner(s) has a lot of experience and knowledge about the nails,products ,wax , maybe hair too and the now new microblading etc....very nice lady. (One of the older ones) sorry I forgot her name. I usually get stiletto nails. They do organic gel here. I'm still thinking about getting my eyebrows done. Ill post an update/pic if I do. read more

We came in today primarily for haircut for my mom and pedicure for myself. My mom had been coming here for years. she doesnt come too often because she has hard time walking. She had haircut done by the guy sometime last year before thanksgiving and we were charged $30. Today, I asked for the guy again bec he had been cutting my mom's hair. To my disbelief, today i had to pay $55 for my mom's haircut (3 inches) bob style apparently because she has a lot of hair. If he was going to charge us almost DOUBLE, he should first tell us and ask us if we are ok with the price. I didnt want to make a scene so i just paid the amount i was being charged but we will look for another salon. $55 is ridiculously unreasonable for a haircut esp for a repeat customer. Love love love this salon! Yvonne is absolutely wonderful. She's so detail oriented and really takes her time to make sure she gets the shape right. My nails always look so natural with her. The price is super affordable, color options are extensive, and service is lovely. They do hair too, although I've only ever gotten my nails done there. There's plenty of parking which is a plus. They've also been able to squeeze me in last minute or take me as a walk in which was much appreciated. read more

I asked the older lady if she can remove my ingrown. & she barely removed anything. so I asked her again if she can remove my ingrown. & she gave me a blank stare and just looked away. Literally leaving with my toe hurting because she couldn't remove it. Besides that I waited an hour. This place is very clean, the woman working here are very nice and overall they have a beautiful selection and wide variety of nail polish brands and colors to choose from. They also do other services like eyebrows/waxing, and hair as well as facials good to know for future, this is a full service salon. Very clean and just overall great. Nicki is BRILLIANT! Bad eyebrow situations don't get worse than mine. A year ago I had microblading done and it was a disaster. They were too thick, each had a different shape and were uneven. I was depressed for a year about that. I finally decided to try to correct it so I went to a place near my home in the Valley. They turned out WORSE! A few weeks later I went to my nail shop and the lady who does the waxing saw my eyebrows. She was very kind to not mention how horrible they were. Instead she referred me to Nicki who had done an amazing job on her eyebrows. I called Nicki. It took a while to get an appointment as she is busy and high in demand but I finally got in yesterday and just in time! I was offered a role on a web series that shoots in a few days and wasn't sure what I was going to do about the brows. BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE! First off...the shop is lovely. Nicki is a tall, classy-looking woman with such poise and grace. In about 2 hours she gave me my confidence back. I wasn't sure these could be fixed but she did a color corrector, reshaped them and thinned them out. She is patient, methodical and uber professional. I've been going to Creative Salon since it opened around 3 years ago. All of the ladies are friendly and very efficient. I can walk in, without an appointment and get a mani, spa pedi, and waxing (lower leg, brows, lip - shh don't tell), for less than $80. The owner (Samantha, I think) just branched in to doing hair as well, and gave me the cutest boy-cut I've ever had. The last time I was in, they only had 2 hair stylists - their main business is their nails & waxing. The spa pedis are amazing tho - sitting in a comfy massage chair while your feet are soaking in a "foot jacuzzi", is the best way to end the day. I always go after work, so I rarely have to wait. read more

I just went yesterday around 5:30 p.m. The place looks nice and neat. I just got a mani,pedi & that automatically comes with the spa chair. Not bad for $25. However, I was not too pleased with the lady that did my nails. She was an older woman and she was a little too careless. While she did my hands, she scuffed off the polish that SHE JUST PUT ON not once- TWICE. She also asked ME to take of my nail polish. Umm, isn't that your job? The lady that sat next to me seemed pleased with the women that did hers. It's just funny how they were asking her to open the nail polish. Overall, the place is aesthetically pleasing but I'm not happy with the service I got yesterday. I'll just go back to the same girl that I've always gone to. read more

This was the second place I went to to get my nails done, and the staff there were very nice and helpful! I was in a rush and looking for a place to go, and this was a perfect get-in-get-out salon in the valley. The woman who did my nails was very thorough and fixed them up to my liking-- even though she knew I was in a hurry and did them in a rush as well. The price is slightly higher than I expected, but I will still be going back there for sure! EDIT: Okay, I just went back for my second time (on a saturday) and it was pretty busy. The first person i went to, Nicky, was really really good with my nails. However, this time I went, she was busy so I went with another woman--whose name I won't mention. She was careless and impatient. She didn't seem to understand what "evenly trimmed" meant or looked like. One of my nails was cut at an angle that made it curve diagonally and I pointed it out to her and asked her to fix it-- but she just cut it again with a pair of clippers and then started writing me my invoice. I had to ask her to file it to smooth out the edge and after that she asked me in an annoyed tone, "is that fine now?" Yeah, no tip for you. Next time I'm asking for Nicky again, thanks. read more

So worth going to. The last place I went to was closed and I was in need of fills and a pedi. I was looking for a place and found this place on Yelp. I said why not give it a shot? I arrived and everyone was so nice to greet me. The place is very clean and sanitary, very very important to me! Holly, she's one sweet & nice woman and does a great job with pedicures. I looooooove my pedi, she did french tips with designs. Nikki did my fills and made my nails look very natural. Very very nice lady as well! This place does everything!!!!!! Facials to hair to nails!!!!! PRICES are reasonable. Fills and Pedi came to $45 which to me with great services is not bad. I will most definitely be coming back. I want to start by saying that I am saddened to write this review, 1) because this was the first salon to wax my eyebrows 17 years ago 2) because I expected more. On Saturday I walked in with perfectly healthy brunette hair, I went in for a ombré balayage look. I showed Tan the picture of what I wanted (see picture of before and after) and I sat down and let him work. When he finished his job I was shocked, shocked at the color and the feel of my hair. The color was orange and my hair was burned. This was my biggest fear, when Tan kept checking my hair and adding more time I told him "make sure you don't burn my hair" and he assured me he wouldn't. My overall result is a mess! My hair is uneven and it's definitely a look that I am embarrassed to show off. I work in sales and I cannot go out in public like this! When I went back to show him what he had done and told him I was dissatisfied he proceeded to tell me it looked good and it probably got burned with the straighter. BS! Because it was healthy when I walked in and I had him cut my hair! He offered to give me back $30 from the $110 I paid him and I told him I wanted half or more and he said he spent too much money on the product he used. I told him that I am going to spend more money correcting my hair. He offered to try to fix it but there was no way I was going to let him touch my hair again. He was so adamant that my hair looked good so now I asked if he would be proud of his work if I posted he pictures and he didn't respond. At the end of the day he gave me $40 back and I've already spent $100+ on repair masks and leave in conditioners to repair my hair, not to mention the $200 another hairdresser is going to charge me to correct it. Beware and do your research before getting your hair done. I am disappointed that he didn't have any sympathy and was trying to justify his work. I posted 6 pictures of the results and two pictures of what I showed him that I wanted. Now you tell me if it looks good or not. read more

I have been going to this place for 2 years to get my eyebrows done and they do a really good job. But when I went yesterday to get it done, it was horrible. I had a lady that was older than the rest of them. She waxes and them rips the skins on both eyebrows. When she was finished, both eyebrows were uneven. I had to get a second lady to finish it. The second lady did a really good job. Overall, I would go back to get my brows done as long as the older lady doesn't do it. read more

People here were nice but the Worst place to go for a mani pedi!! This is the 3rd time that I went here and the last! I thought I would give them a last chance but I guess I should not have wasted my money and gone somewhere else. Manicure- worst ever!! Lady did not really remove any cuticle. She just kind of went over it. She had polish all over the sides and did not clean it up very well after I brought it to her attention. My nails look like they have some sort of design cause they are all filled with bubbles!! Well 7 out of 10 are! The pedicure - was not as bad. Only thing is the lady was very rough and kept poking and cutting to deep so I have some battle wounds from that. 3 strikes and this place is definitely out!!! read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! I came in yesterday with my fiance for our first time and we both loved it. My fiance got a regular pedicure while i got a fill. And they did such a great job!! This is the first salon i go to that has extremely good customer service. My nail lady spoke good English and was actually making convo with me while doing my nails. As for the lady doing my fiance's pedicure she had a bit of an accent but she also made convo with my fiance. What i also liked about this salon is that they never spoke in a different language from English the whole time we were there so i never felt like they were talking about us in there language! Now the nail work was awesome as well! I'm a little picky when it comes to my nails. The shape, length, and polish job has to be done good. I know nothings perfect but the closer to it the better. i honestly don't have any complaints about there work. Another plus is that this place is the whole package from Manicures & pedicures to facials, waxing, massages, and even hair care. They do everything in this salon. Now no place is perfect, were all aware of that. The only little things this salon would have to work on would be the temperature inside. It was hot and toasty in there.As well as the nail polish station the selection wasn't to big there was a lot of dark colors not to many bright light colors. This place is very neat and clean and everyone is always very attentive when you come in. I've literally been coming to this place off and on for the past 15 years when they were in a prior location. Why the 4 stars then? Because they aren't always consistent. I always get my eyebrows waxed here for $10, which is a good deal, however it depends who does them. When Nikki (the co owner along with her husband) does them, I feel absolutely fabulous. Like literally, I just left and feel so HAWT!! She knows how to shape your brows to frame your face perfectly and when I make an appointment I ask for Nikki. But when I don't, its sorta hit or miss. I've never been unhappy, but just don't LOVE them like when she does it. I have gotten gel manicure and pedicures and have always been very happy. They also take walk ins. read more

I only have my nails done here and also have my hair cut several times a year. This is great to have a salon like Creative Salon around the corner from your house. It makes it easy to take the relaxing time to have your nails done. The technicians are friendly and thorough - equipment is autoclaved for sterilization. Everything from the choice of magazines to read to the colors of the new nail polishes is easy and clean. The owners are great, Niki and Than, have a wonderful group of clients who keep coming back. I highly recommend the gel manicures as these last for almost 3 weeks! They also do waxing. You know its a great salon when you see your neighbors there as well. read more

The place is also very clean & serene. No wait and I was a walk-in. I would check for eyebrow waxing hours before walking in though. I believe she does not come in until 2pm. This salon used to be good. I used to go for two years in a row but after December 2011, all the usual workers disappeared, as like they revolted against the owner and all left all together. Afterwards, the quality of manicure and pedicure was not good, I asked the owners where did the old workers went because didn't want to have anyone else do my nails but they acted like they didn't understand me. I recently had a facial and I end up been scar and in pain :(. I wasted my money here, I can recommend anyone a better place for your salon treatments, for the money you pay for. read more
