I had the most amazing experience and if I could give more stars I would. My grandma recommended Beige to me and she told me she felt great after going and now I definitely see why. I had a smart gel pedicure and medium gel-x. I want to start off by saying the pedicure was actually the best pedicure I have ever had, the attention to detail was amazing. Anna was extremely sweet and she kept asking if I liked everything if I had any pain if something was uncomfortable which my leg gets shaky when I get pedicures and she was able to do the polish even with my leg shaking like that and she kept adjusting so that I could be comfortable. My gel-x was done by Mely and she was also incredibly nice and did an amazing job with my nails she asked before doing anything with shape/length/ and even how deep I wanted my french tip. I also want to add that this is my first time ever going somewhere that I didn't feel any type of pain whatsoever start to finish. I also want to say the girl who greeted me at the front was extremely kind and offered me coffee/water before starting, the entire staff was just incredibly kind and welcoming which I know alot of places that's not the case. I also loveddd the entire vibe of the salon it was the cutest and so relaxing I have yet to see another salon so aesthetically pleasing and clean. Smart pedi was a 1.5 hour spa service. It felt rushed and not luxurious at all, tech was aggressive at the cuticles and and left gel on my skin causing irritation and contact dermatitis reaction. My friend who got a pedi service was cut and rushed. The chairs smelled moldy as if cleaned but not left to properly dry. There was another lady vacuum right at my seat 10 minutes into my service it was uncomfortable and over stimulating. It's 'aesthetic' inside but nothing more. I've attached photos that show the condition they were left in. In all my years of getting my nails done, I have never experienced an infection or had my nails filed down so aggressively that they remained painful and fragile for months -- until this visit. At no point did I demand money. In fact, your manager proactively offered to reimburse any medical costs without me even asking. That offer was never honored. I am fully within my rights to share an honest review of my experience. The pediatrician mentioned in your response treats adults as well, and the other doctor you referenced is a licensed provider who offers holistic medical care. As I explained, I am a breastfeeding mother and unable to take antibiotics, so my treatment plan looked different. There was nothing inappropriate or suspicious about the medical documentation I provided. The larger issue remains: if your tools were properly sanitized, this would not have happened. After my previous experience I was contacted by the business owner. The business owner was very polite and apologetic. Offering to fix their previous mistakes. I went in to get my nails fixed to which they let me know it was best to redo the entire set and the design I had initially desired. Kristina was the one to fix this for me and she was amazing. My nails lasted over 3 weeks with no lifting. My following service was also great with my short gel x set lasting again for 3 weeks with Kristina. I went back to her today and got my gel x set removed and replaced with hard gel with the goal of growing out my natural nails and I am satisfied with the results. I came here for my wedding nails, within a week, me and all my bridesmaids had black specks in our nails. Additionally, my nail tech was rude. She didn't even rub lotion on my hands. 4 of us went, every other nail tech was friendly and did the hand rub, mine was rude and put the lotion on my hands and said "rub your hands". I called yesterday for a last minute reschedule and they were able to take me in the same day I called which worked out so well for me! Beautiful nail salon aesthetically pleasing. My first time with my sister we both got pedicures $65 (not including tip) each including callus remover. It was our first time getting a Russian style pedicure. They did a good job Super clean and neat. I got Ana and my sis got Iza. We just both felt that it was rushed :-(. They put different masks, creams and scrubs, but didn't even let it soak in for a couple minutes or even distribute the product right :-(. It was just soon as they put it on you put your feet it was in the water right away to clean it off. We just felt no TLC. I had always heard of Russian manicures and wanted to try, and then I heard of Russian pedicures. I found one girl about an hour and a half away from me, and because of that, I never tried but kept thinking of booking. Then, in comes beige nail studio. I believe the service was called e file for my pedi, and I don't believe they refer to it as a Russian mani or pedi but I THINK it may be the same, if you're looking for that, I THINK these are the same super detailed services they offer. I saw this as soon as they opened and immediately thought it was gorgeous, and looked up their menu to only see they also offer the same services. The reviews were great, and it looked stunning inside. I finally got to try and it did not disappoint. I had the most incredible pedicure I've ever had. My feet have never felt this soft and the attention to details are immaculate. My cuticles look... non existent? But in the best way. It was so intense and detailed. The actual name on the website was the efile pedicure. She buffed my soles with what I think? Was the efile. My feet have NEVER been softer. Genuinely. I used to do pedicures every week elsewear, consistently, and they've never been this soft. I generally take very good care of my feet and keep on top of them, and have never had them look and feel better than they do after that pedicure. Even the attention to detail with the gel was incredible. She literally painted and then still got the teeeny tiny thin paintbrush out to get all the nooks and crannies in my feet. This was beyond incredible. Customer service was also friendly, kind, and warm. They have little stools for your purses. The seats were comfy. The bathroom was very nice. The receptionist offered me coffee and water and brought me the water with two little lindor truffles on a little gold plate. It was very nice. This service was definitely on the higher price point side, but worth every last penny, and has forever converted me. It'll be something I don't mind, and find worth it to add into my budget. I felt cared for, and it felt worth the money. A gel pedicure typically runs me $55 or so everywhere else, and the job is not nearly as nice, and the experience isn't anywhere near as good as it was here. And that to me, is worth the extra cost. As someone who's also in the beauty industry, I understand that times are tough and everyone's pinching pennies and prioritizing which services they can fit in their budget, and they find are worth it. We get beauty treatments, 1 because we like how they look, (weather it lashes, manis, pedis, etc.) but 2 because the experience used to be worth it and relaxing, and fun, feeling pampered. That's not really the case anymore. Everywhere is just in and out, rush, no care for attention, and you almost feel like a burden being there and super awkward, that was not the case here. This made me feel pampered, and the actual job itself exceeded my expectations. THIS is worth it, THIS is a service and experience I feel good saving for and putting my money towards monthly. Even if it is more expensive. The quality of work and experience correlate with that price tag. So happy I tried and so happy it's close by. read more

My friend and I made an appointment for Russian pedicures. The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing. It's clean and spacious. A little empty when we went as we had made appointments later in the evening on a weekday. I think we were the only 2 clients in there at the time we walked in so it was quiet which is rare at nail salons. I always break my big toe nail because I wear sneakers often so my manicurist did a builder gel and the perfect frenchies for me and my pedicure lasted 4 weeks! read more

the salon is cute with their decor and attention go detail like a place to put my purse. they also are nice for offering water/coffee and candy- but actual customer service as well as skill for nails (in my experience) was lacking. i went in to fix one broken nail and asked for hard gel on top. i was told the breakage was too deep to put hard gel on top of, despite having fixed it this way at other salons prior. the lady at the front, who translated for my nail tech said, "that's not how it works". i said okay but of course when my nail tech tried to cut my nail so she can add the extension, it hurt a lot and i started to bleed. i asked for gel on top (again) and then she agreed. then when i got to the front to say i got a hard gel coat instead of the extension, the lady at the front said, "i know" . that was not really a reply i was happy hearing edit for ani: i understand that there are certain ways to fix broken nails to prevent infection. however, i still think that it was common sense (based on just looking at how deep the breakage was) that cutting it was inappropriate. also, the original hard gel was taken off with the electric nail file (not sure why you said i'd asked for that to stay on, because i didn't, but maybe that was a miscommunication). instead of filing it down (after she applied the new hard gel), she left it in that shape read more

I have only positive things to say about these guys because this was the nicest nail experience I have ever had. They took me the same day, but I called an hour ahead. I wasn't aware at the time, but this is a DRY/Russian manicure method salon which is actually way better for your nails and in my opinion looks better as well. The feel of the place is so different than a regular salon, it's quite chic. The owner herself brought me coffee and chocolate, even for my friend who wasn't getting anything done, just accompanying me. Do not sleep on this place! I got a soft gel manicure but I am certain they do a good job for everything. Also, my manicure took exactly an hour from walking in to paying. I really had good expectations about this place, but I got so disappointed. At first look, the staff (the receptionist) gave me a side eye and was talking rude. Second, I clearly ask her for gel removal and to file my nails, specifically to get my nails shorter. I got the gel out, but it hurting me so bad. The "technician" made a bad movement and with the gel remover machine broke the side of my nail. I felt my nails pretty fragile before she took everything off, but after that what she did, my nails are what's next of fragile. I'm not going to talk about the bathroom either, because it's already a waste of time. In summary, go to naughty nails if you want a WAY BETTER experience Pd: the answer about "a THIN layer of gel" it's not true. The technician told me a completely different thing. When I mean by "talking" it's her tone of voice. No, if it's not supposed to break, how you explain the fact that ALL of my nails are broken now? And the bad movement that broke my nail? And the fact that it was hurting when she was doing that? The fact that I didn't say anything doesn't mean that she was doing a good job. And she was being rude too, my boyfriend is a witness of everything too, including the staff treatment. For starters, they require you to put a credit card on file, to confirm your appointment. This is my first time experiencing such things. That was the first thing that was a red flag. Secondly I came in for a polish removal. The manicurist removed the nail polish, and basically left all the dust and debris on my hands and nails. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted anything done to the nails or to even clean up the little bit of dirt I had under my nails. I had to ask for where the bathroom to clean up all the dust and debris off me. It's not like they were swamped. Plenty of manicurist on site. And just one customer besides myself. The doors did not open until 10:06 am, ( called the IG number at 10:03 am , no response).and when the front desk girl came in to unlock the door no acknowledgment or greetings.
