I walked in to get my feet done for an upcoming trip! I came here a few years so this is updated review on my new experience! The weren't busy when I came and that was around 10am on Friday! The technicians took their time. I ended up getting my nails done as well! However results were just okay not special and definitely not worth price they will try to convince you to do a lot of add ons which is typical in a nail salon, I got callus removal and they did not shave off dead skin they just did the bare minimum for a large price point! I don't recommend there are way better places with better quality in their end results! The lady asked for a tip before like it was a requirement it felted forced! Of course I tip but don't like to be asked before I get a chance to offer. I won't be back again. Nails are coming off day 2 avoid this place! read more

Unfortunately all the reviews here are true, i went on Valentine's Day I only came here because my husband was referred here since we just moved here but i decided to give it a shot regardless of the reviews and my nails came out looking bad. Definitely don't get GelX here the lady put them on and some came out crooked, and she kept asking me if I was sure and you can definitely see it even the lady next to me noticed and did a face of how surprised she was that the lady working there was questioning me. She ended up doing a removal but seemed like she didn't know what she was doing I was there with her for a while until I got fed up and I asked to be switched to another lady and that lady ended up making the process quicker but I wasn't satisfied with the the way the gelx was put they have lifted from the ends and they get stuck on my hair my thumb nail has came off on Tuesday the 24th keep in mind Valentine's Day was the 14th, the First Lady over put the extend gel that it was burning as she was curing and then she also went in and used a brush with acetone to clean the inside of the nails from the gel and she created a hole so now literally everything gets trapped in there, I asked for basic French tips and hearts the hearts look so deformed it looks as if a toddler drew them and the French tips are not the best either you can see the outlines are uneven and my nails look horrible I will definitely not be coming here at all I rather make my drive all the way to sun valley where I know my gel x nails will look good and last me a while and be straight with good nail art even if it's just a basic French tip, these pictures I took as soon as I got home on Valentine's Day I've never had any nails done this poorly and for 165 total I'm disappointed and embarrassed to even have these nails on. read more

This is simply the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Quality of work and professionalism is very poor. The bad reviews are unfortunately not lying. Communication to customers is very poor. And while I have no problem with individuals that do not speak English, I find it problematic when they can't at least communicate about the service and give accurate pricing. Also, the Orange delight pedicure is very gross. They used old oranges and juiced them on my legs and then used the dirty pedicure water to rinse my legs off. I had to ask them to use the clean water so I wouldn't stay sticky. Update for the owner: this is more than just a training issue, there is an unfortunate culture within the business that unfortunately results in mediocre service at best, and harm/infection at worst. There are too many negative reviews for this to not highlight a more significant issue. The fact that your employees thought these practices were ok, is a significant issue. It means that the training and hiring processes are significantly flawed. I will never return, even with a discount. read more

Regret coming here for a gel manicure and pedicure. While the techs seemed nice enough, much of the service for both was rushed and at low effort. I got a callous removal on my feet and had to keep asking her to get my heel. It was the biggest waste of an up charge service, I could have done this job in my shower with a pumice stone, not an extra fee with professional equipment. I've had this service at other nail places and came out with baby soft feet. I have basic dry skin spots still left on my foot, and all the callouses too. The nail polish is splotchy (reg not gel) and does not match the color samples at all. Color looks streaky and she was fine to leave it that way, as well as nail polish on the skin of my toe. Cuticle skin left that should have been trimmed off. Even on a basic level this did not hit at all. I asked for several corrections and we aren't getting anywhere I'll probably go home and PAINT OVER! Looks so terrible. And the gel manicure is super mid and rushed. Never coming back. read more

I truly loved the salon & the owner & ladies were super nice. But I feel they did a rush job on my nails. I was still removing extra nail coating when I left & they had closed 20 mins after I left. I had to fly out the next day so they couldn't make corrections. During my travel my nail edges kept snagging my dress. She did not file a smooth edge vet irritating . I had to file my nails again to smooth the sides.. its almost a waste of $$ when your nail are rough & Lumpy.. maybe they should concentrate on quality more than the dollar..... I live nearby and shop at the Super King Super Market in the same lot, but have never been to this nail salon. Walking pass one day I looked inside and thought it looked good, but it was empty, which made me pause. Last week I really needed a mani-pedi, so I just walked in to Top Nails. I was immediately seated. There were only 3 other customers in this huge nail salon. I was nervous. The reviews were mediocre, and other than the two friends getting their nails done together, no one was talking. Turns out, my fears were unfounded. The ladies did a great job on my hands and feet and a week later even with some major gardening and home improvement, my nails show no sign of wear or tear. My gel nails and spa regular pedicure in matching pink cost $63. The two things that made me take off one star was that I originally wanted Cat-eye gel, and they didn't tell me that it would cost $10 more. There were no signs for such an upcharge, and my last place didn't charge more for it. I was lucky that I just happen to ask a question that revealed that it would be more before she started with the color. I told them I didn't want the charge and just changed my color to pink. The second thing was that they just turned off my massage chair while I was enjoying it, without saying anything to me. If the massage was making me move too much, then at least talk to me and let me know and I can change it or turn it off -- but to turn it completely off unceremoniously was a bit rude. I'm sure I'll be back. It has a convenient location, I can just walk-in, and the quality of the work is good. read more

While my pedicure was nicely done, the surprise cam at the end when I tried to pay with a gift card (which I had mentioned before the pedicure) and had to look up the balance for my lady. I went in the next day and they offered to redo them. From that new set, 2 of my nails came off a week in. And my gel pedicure also only lasted a week. Great pedi not so good on the manicure and gel x nails. If you are into details and have had clean work done before I wouldn't get a fresh set here. I showed up at 6:20 and they close at 8. She was rushing and I had to point out many flaws and corrections needed (crooked nails, cuticles not clean , dead skin not removed , glue not removed ). I also left the place with the bottom of my nail glued to a bunch of skin after I asked twice to make sure she removed it.
