The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the staff was friendly, and the lady who did my pedicure was sweet. However, the quality of the work was extremely disappointing. My toes don't even look like they were just done. When I pointed it out, she blamed my natural nails, which I found unprofessional. I have a wedding to attend, and now my toes look like a child did them. I don't remember her name, but I left feeling very unhappy with the results. Been on a valley wide search of trying out different nail salons and ended up here. I was unable to make an appointment so came as a walk in and although they were supper busy they had one manicurist able to see me. Gel manicures are $30 or $33 if you have gel currently on and you need it removed first. They were friendly and had lots of colors to choose from. Tony, Kim & Cindy have all done my acrylics & gel manicures and always do so well!! They all make sure you leave happy! My favorite for pedicures is Lisa and she did not disappoint this time around, she made it painless and my toes look cute!!! Kim did my bio gel this time around, and was honest with my nails since they were a month grown out she did her best BUT THEY STILL LOOK SOOOO GOOD!! I don't know why I didn't go to my usual nail salon but I didn't and ended up here at C & T nails. I will never go back. Was going to get a gel pedicure up until they made me very uncomfortable. Now one good thing I have to say is they are quick to seat you. The women doing my pedicure was quiet the entire time but as for the rest of the nail salon I cannot say the same. My friend also came in and she wanted a repair on nails they had done a week prior. She asked what the price was and since she had been there before they it would be $4 more than usual. They made it a big deal and started to speak rudely of us in Vietnamese. We know this because my friend speaks Vietnamese. Once she spoke up they didn't say another word for the remainder of our time there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. And the pedicure I ended up getting was half done. Came twelve days ago for a much needed fill and pedicure after my Dr appointments. Cindy did my fill, she is quick and does a really good job. Didn't get the lady's name who did my pedicure but she was decent. They were busy on a Tues and I did have to wait awhile. They charge 2.00 if you use your card other places only a buck. My fill was also 7 bucks more with gel polish than my usual spot. They are nice here and it's convenient with plenty of parking. read more

Having been a customer here several times, I feel my review is fair. Tony does decent acrylics, however he's unfriendly and can be rude towards customers (I've gone to him many times, and he has NEVER said hi, smiled, nothing). I had a gel pedicure done and they RUINED my toenails, making them PAPER THIN. Kim did my acrylic fill the last time. I keep my nails very short (my preference). I asked her to file them short (and she seemed to start complaining about me in Vietnamese). I realized later that she did not keep track if the number of coats on certain fingers because the color is different on them. Throughout my fill, it was obvious she was talking about me to her coworkers. She'd look at me, talk in Vietnamese, and laugh. SO RUDE!! This is one reason I refuse to go back. Every time I'm rung up, it's never the price I expect (based on their price list). They nickel and dime you for every possible thing. This time was ridiculous! I came in with two nails that were broken but did not need repair, just acrylic overlay. I was charged for THREE nail repairs. They also charged for a CUT DOWN which I did not receive. My nails were filed as they would be in ANY OTHER FILL. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and their work is JUST OK. If you want to be overcharged, treated like crap, and horrible/nonexistent customer service, then you should try this place out. read more

This was possibly the longest I've ever sat on a chair for a simple pedicure .I told Tony the owner that I have an ingrown & asked for someone who knows how to take it out.He assigned me to this lady who had noooo idea how to cut / take ingrowns out, she kept pushing it in more and more After 2 hrs!! and multiple attempts to try and tell her how to take my ingrown out my back was hurting so much from sitting down too long that i gave up When she polished my nail i let Tony know how i felt and he said well u had ingrowns that's why it took so long !! On top of that the colors look nothing like the sample color. The original one I picked was too light according to the manicurist so I pick another and it comes out way darker than the sample. She did a sloppy job painting my nails and the end product looks horrible. I have had this manicure done before and it normally looks so much better. Overall this is NOT money well spent. It seem like it was starting from half of my nail and when I got home the acrílic looked okay but he used too much of the liquid and made the tip to get weak and not be a strong and hard tip. So guess what happen when I try to do something all my nails just folded in half and broke. I went back and show them the same day and they said there was no fix for it. Nope. I like supporting local businesses and thought I'd give these guys a whirl but the experience wasn't great - even though my nails do look good. I wanted white nails but was told repeatedly "what about gel?" "No thank you" "gel is better!" "Do gel!" After reiterating that i really only need regular polish, I was advised quite persuasively not to do white. I'm not the expert so I heeded the stern advice. Now I don't expect my hands to be treated like swan feathers but I also don't want to be wincing and having my fingers jostled about like baby carrots about to face the chopper. Having my nails filed wasn't relaxing and a few times it hurt but my technician didn't really care: she had a job to do. The job was to get me out as quick as possible. Absolutely fine as we all have things to do. I was just a little annoyed when I was about 4-5 mins into drying my nails when she barked "Ok your nails are dry now" and motioned to the door, conveniently as another customer came in and they needed my seat. I totally get it, and the more customers the better, I just felt like it wasn't the most relaxing service and I'm more than willing to engage and play by the rules if there is politeness involved. Not expensive though - $19 for a file / reshape and acrylic fill. Don't expect to be pampered though! read more

Worst experience! I was in need of an acrylic nail fix and color change. I spoke to the man in the front who specifically works with acrylics, he told me to pick a color and he would be with me in 5 mins. The 5 minutes turned into 30, he took another customer who didn't have an appointment. He began to work on a full set, looked at me and said 2 minutes, more like 30 more minutes. Long story short, I waited for almost 1hr 30mins and still didn't get my nail fix and so I walked out. Appalled! Vahn (sp) was very rude to my mom! She should be glad I wasn't actually there. This review is in behalf of my mom who told us the appalling story. This one day Vahn did her nails, she was very rough with my mom's toenails and it was hurting my mom so - as any one would've done - she casually told her that it hurt so that the lady can ease off a little bit. Vahn may have even not listened and mom had to repeat herself. Vahn rudely HANDED MY MOM THE TOOL SO SHE CAN CLEAN HER NAILS HERSELF. How absolutely appalling, embarrassing, and NO ONE should have to be subjected to that humiliation! When we asked why she didn't complain to mgmt, my mom said she liked the owner and didn't want any problems. That's how sweet my mom is! I usually don't give bad reviews unless I'm really unhappy, so with that being said let me explain why I'm giving this nail salon ONE STAR. I got a gift card for Christmas to this salon and thought "why not get pampered" I've been doing my own nails for the last three years. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was cool- the salts and scrubs felt minty and fresh. The hot towel following the scrub literally burned my left foot and it was hurting up until I woke up this morning and it's fine now (thank god). But that's not the bad part....I felt her cut my cuticle and it hurt and she quickly applied blood stopper so I wouldn't see and she said everything was "ok"...had to keep using it because my cuticle wasn't ok and kept bleeding. Jump to the end of the pedi, everything LOOKED ok until I got out the shower this morning and looked at my toes again. They looked so sloppy and my cuticle was bloody all over again! She cut me so deep that my second toe is sore. I came back in the next day for tony to redo my toes because he said he would no problem when I called prior to coming. I get here- off top they're rude to me. I showed them a video I recorded of my toes with the flash ON because it's hard to see without flash since I chose a flesh tone polish. Tony tried to tell me that the toes in the video weren't mind (ridiculous) and then he switched what I was complaining about. He said I was complaining about my color choice which I wasn't. I've been getting OPI Samoan Sand on my hands and feet for the past 2 years now. He said my nails look the way they did because The color I chose was too much like my skin color!!!!!!! Let me upload the video so you all can see. Nonetheless they fixed my pedicure but with TONS OF ATTITUDE! I didn't even want to do it but the lady who did my nails yesterday was the only nice one and said don't worry they'll fix so I stayed. They did fix it and they do look better but honestly I will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! I don't even want to use the remainder of the gift card I will throw the $15 away and they're so rude!!! Oh and this put the cherry on top for me, tony came over to me and asked if he could "take a picture" of my toes because the thought I was going to leave a bad review which I wasn't at first but after he said he wanted a picture for "record" that they fixed it.
