But it's clean enough and the girls work SO hard to make your nails look good. I came in right at opening and they got me all set . The vibe is reminiscent of nails shops in the early 2000s, don't expect the white fur and new chairs. They have massage chairs and keep it classic. And the price is right! For a nail salon in Woodland Hills that actually has great service and reasonable prices! I don't remember the woman's name who did my pedicure BUT she took her sweet time on my feet enough to even take out an ingrown nail . She was so patient and sweet. She really wanted to take out the rest of the ingrown nail but she tried her best but couldn't but my foot never felt better!!! Other places are quick to see you and get you out the door by charging you crazy prices. Everyone there seemed so humble, even the lady who was also doing a pedicure on my sister. Im Hispanic and she asked what my name was and said "oh what's your last name Garcia". Out of respect I just said no. I was so angry. It didn't end there she showed me a picture of her son who married a Spanish girl and said "Look my daughter in law is Spanish too maybe your related". I could have handled this situation differently and walked out without paying for being treated this way, but I still paid for horrible service and being racially profiled and bad nails. read more

This place goes up in my top 5 of the worst places I have been for gel mani and pedi. These days we can't be picky, I was just glad to find a place that was open. You would think that after having a 3 month hiatus these women would be glad to be working. Their attitudes were as if we never had a lockdown and they are overworked and burned out. To make it worse, the quality was horrible. My spa pedi had cold water, my feet never even soaked for 5 minutes, it was like dip your foot in and let's go. It seems when I couldn't be talked into a deluxe service off of a menu she handed me, it went downhill from there. Next, to the lady doing my nails. ZERO personality, even mean energy. She acts like she hates people. I'm sure there are plenty of people wanting work and who would appreciate it. Why is she even here? Her attitude and work suck. As if the attitude wasn't enough, she was careless with the manicure. My nails were jagged, I had to ask her to file one when she was supposedly ready to paint. She was so sloppy with the polish, it was all on my fingers and outside my nails. This is terrible because now the gel polish will lift and catch on things in about a week. Maybe if she took pride in her work and stopped the Vietnamese chit chat across the room it may help? Maybe not, because she hates her job and people and it shows... Please don't waste your money here. They really don't appreciate customers. read more

Bad service and a terrible job! I never had such an ugly French nail design done. May could not get it straight or curvy. They all came out crooked and weird. She even agreed that it came out weird. So, I had to stop her when she couldn't get it right in the middle of it. She had done a regular polish instead. I thanked her for willing to let me change my mind and tipped her 20% tip but she ignored me leaving me hanging. This was the worse nail salon I have been to. Never going back! read more

I got dip powder set and gel pedicure. The callous removal is well done totally recommend it as part of the deluxe pedicure (I think that was the name). Staff is always friendly and sweet. This time I accidentally forgot my sweater (with money inside) and they called me to go pick it up with everything still there. This place has to be THE worst nail salon I have been to...first and last time, I don't care how much of a rush I am in. The nails and the cleanliness of them speak for itself. But...the place is dirty and dusty. The nail polishes are old, so old you can see the liquid separating. My tech did this horrible job on my nails.... I also got a pedi. The tech doing my hands thought it was a hygienic move to dump the water that my hands were soaking in, into the tub my feet were in...pounded it over my feet. Wow. Then, the nail clipper fell on the floor, and instead of getting a new sanitized one, she wiped it off and used it. My fingers had even more polish on them, she only wiped them off when I asked her if she's is going too. read more

I absolutely love coming here since I found them 6 years ago. They never turn away a client and stay open late for convenience. Annie is my favorite for coffin acrylics but Diane & Amy also do a great job. For toes I always go with Jerry she gets everything so if you can take a little pain go with her if you'e sensitive I'd recommend another tech like Annie she's real gentle to the touch. read more

I came to this nail spot based on a recommendation from my coworker, i decided to give them a try for my pedicure. I needed a new place that wasn't over priced and this was it! There's a big parking lot making parking a breeze. I love easy parking where I can keep an eye on my car lol. Walk in's are welcomed! I recommend calling ahead of time though, Typical wait was around 15 min. They were pretty busy when I came in. The lady who was giving me a pedicure was super sweet, I really wish i got her name! She was nice and friendly. She suggested my boyfriend who was waiting for me to go next door and order some food at this tasty Mexican restaurant! When I get my pedicure sometimes whoever is doing mine will get too close to the cuticle or something, but she was excellent. The only issue I had was that right when we were about to paint, (I'm assuming the manager) stepped in and took over so the lady could start another client. It's my first time here and I love the service I received today. I didn't know it was a cash only place. Before I got my nails painted, I asked to go to my car and luckily I just happened to have cash in the car. Heuf! But they were so sweet and understanding about it, they even said no need to worry, I can go to my car to get money after I get my nails done. Usually places want to be sure you have money before they do anything. I got my nails done by Annie and she was so sweet! I didn't have much cash with me, just enough to pay the price of a mani pedi and a $7 tip. On top of her super politeness, she even offered herself to do a complimentary flower art on my nails just this time because she knew I was being genuine.
