I decided to try a new salon and the staff were incredibly kind, but unfortunately, my gel manicure experience was one of the worst I've ever had. The technician who worked on my nails did a poor job. She cut my cuticles too short, and one of my fingers actually started bleeding. I had to ask her to file down my nails because she didn't do that. The polish wasn't applied properly either--there are spots where the color is missing on the sides of several nails. To top it off, she didn't apply any oil or lotion afterward. For the price, it definitely wasn't worth it. Would not recommend. read more

I've been coming here for pedicures for 10 years. First, I've never had fungus. Something I wish everyone would comment on since it's so problematic ... This is primarily where / why the 4 stars comes in. Yes, as they become better known & more popular OR if they are busy, the customer service does seem to vacillate a bit. But tell me a place that doesn't treat you better when they are slower ... They're not the absolute cleanest but I'm not looking for the cleanest, either. I'm talking about some pieces of cotton on the floor & Kleenex here & there. Again, not their working utensils. Their timeliness also vacillates. But it's prime mani/pedi hours here on a Saturday. The best part. The girls are sweet. They have NEVER broken skin. Not once. The popular colors are with the girls. So just ask for whatever you want. The service is outstanding during off hours! If you're into designs they're good. All of them. Sometimes if you want something different you need to draw it out & show them but they can pretty much do any design I've ever wanted. I went in without an appointment. I was told they were short of staff and would I come back later. When I came back I requested a mani pedicure. I was shown to a spa chair where I was made to wait for about 15 minutes. My pedicure was completed, then the nail lady told me her other client was there and if I wanted the manicure I would need to come back in an hour and a half. I then asked another employee if she would be able to complete my nails, she spoke to the owner momentarily then said she had to take another customer. I felt that this showed a lack of professionalism. I should not have been started if they were not able to complete the agreed request in its totality. If I had been told that they could only do a pedicure, I would have had the option to take my business to another nail shop. Very disappointed! Will not be going back! read more

Vivian does such an amazing job when it comes to shaping my nails! She gets them perfect every time! Most of the time I get a color but, I've been going colorless lately and just opting for a clear coat (photo attached). Don't get me started on the pedicures!!! Amazing!! Doesn't matter who does my pedicure, they just get it right! They will dig and clean out your nails which is amazing! I always get callous removed as well which helps make my feet super smooth!
