Finally I start getting my nails done and the nail tech is literally rushing through the service and I am paying for this service and it is not affordable $62 for a bio gel nail fill just for the bio gel to lift on the cuticle bed less than 24 hours later. I gave a generous tip of $15 so it came out to $77 nearly at $80 and then now already started lifting so now I have to fix it myself. Very frustrating. I will not be coming back here.

I have been coming here for a long time! Best nail salon in West Hills! Ask for Rose and she is best!

Although my technicians were friendly, I wouldn't return. I wanted my nails done for my wedding and if you don't look too closely, my nails look fine.

It's a pretty straightforward setup. Tons of spa chairs on one side, and manicure stations on the other. The chairs are comfy, equipped with a drain system and nice massager thingies. Debbie took out a plastic packet with all the needed implements in it, so I was totally at ease, knowing bacteria wasn't an issue. The spa pedicure was $19, and very nicely done considering that it was the very very end of her day. Prices are really reasonable considering it's el valle.

They now have this thing that goes over your legs to do your nails but last time I used it to work on my laptop while I got a pedi. Yes that means WiFi too!! The waiting front area has these cute pink chairs, pink curtains, with candy, waters and nail polish sample boards with decor. I said a 9 bc I believe it could use a fresh coat of paint but no biggie. I love the nail booklet too. Service 10/10 - Amy (new owner) the first day I met her I liked her she done my pedi and it lasted from Sept 15th until I had it taken off on Nov 2nd and I promise it looked good the entire time. She's sweet and I believe it's her husband is super nice so are the other workers. They ACTUALLY listen to your needs and wants and do an amazing job. The prices are still AMAZING and with luxury spa services you get a complimentary beverage including champagne. Once again MY KIND OF VIBES!!! This is a true nail lounge. They're more focused on getting people to upgrade their services when they can't even do a good job for the basic service. Every time I have, I'm there I feel uncomfortable because I know that they're talking about me for not wanting to upgrade, but not all of us can afford the ridiculous upgrade that at the end aren't even worth it. We each got a gel mani/pedi done. Things were great, the place was clean, people were nice, it was inviting and even had a little painted wall that was nice for IG pictures. And then the slow decline. The nail polish selection wasn't great. The women working on my hands was so harsh with the cuticle cutting that she made me bleed not once, but TWICE. BLEED. It was painful and I'm sitting in my chair cringing. For how much of my cuticles she had cut off, she didn't even paint the nail fully so it looked like it had grown out and it's only been a day. I had asked the lady who had done my feet to use white and she ended up using this off-white color that even with 3 coats was still sheer and it looked pink, not white. After speaking up, the last layer was finally an actual white color. How thick was she trying to have the polish on my toes? On top of that she ended up putting lotion on my legs and never on my actual feet that were soaking and she was spritzing with alcohol. As for my girlfriend, her nails weren't even filed evenly. Honestly, the best part about this place was how well the massage chair massaged you. Not coming back here.

Another shop didn't do a clean job and wouldn't really fix it when I voiced concerns. Lynn was an angel to me when I came in as a walk-in not long before closing. As soon as she looked at my nails and heard it was for my wedding, she resolved she'd stay longer after the client she was finishing up with. I rarely get my nails done and find it difficult to express what I want comfortably. Lynn painted multiple comparisons on my nails to test out, would offer her opinion, and make sure the style and color what I wanted. She even had us step outside to compare the nails in natural light! She was so patient, kind and funny, so comforting after I came in so nervous. She truly cares for the happiness of her customers and receives a lot of joy from her work and relationships. Her kindness is reflected in her clients, as one popped in just to say hi and introduce her baby grandson. I feel so lucky to have met her and experienced her care!
