I've had an issue once with the polish and after calling to let them know, they were immediately helpful in fixing the issue. I can tell that they do their best. We walked in 5 minutes before their normal closing time, but the manager Debbie and Sandy (the only other employee left) stayed behind to take care of my friend and I. It's a pretty straightforward setup. Tons of spa chairs on one side, and manicure stations on the other. The chairs are comfy, equipped with a drain system and nice massager thingies. Debbie took out a plastic packet with all the needed implements in it, so I was totally at ease, knowing bacteria wasn't an issue.
