Amazing quality of work. Had my nails (gel manicure) done by Jacob. He's polite, gentle and quiet. Very relaxing place without TVs screaming and people. Super happy with how thoroughly he did the manicure. Will be back for sure.

If you have OCD or are incredibly particular about your nails this is the man to see. I have never had anyone pay more attention to the edges and the cuticles and the underside of my nail than Jacob. He pays extreme attention to every detail and goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable. He has a very mild manner and is the sweetest human being ever. My nails stay perfect for weeks at a times. This is nothing short of a miracle . I have a terrible habit of picking at any imperfection on my nails and usually have to go get my nails redone every few days. When I see Jacob I know they will stay good for weeks and weeks. He also does the most amazing, hand detailed, masterful designs check this out https://instagram.com/p/BH8IX5CgUx1/

Jacob and his Wife Linda are wonderful! They are now my go to manicurists. They took care of my mom, sister and I. They took their time and are so detailed! They were able to do my nails the way I requested. They made my nails perfect for my wedding! Thank you so much! I'll see you guys soon!

AMAZING! That is all I can say. He can shape your nail perfectly. He is fast and his work is flawless. Nail art is gorgeous. From real flowers, stones, and designs there is nobody better out there for the cost. Then there is Linda her pedicure and massage is so relaxing. she takes pride in everuthing she does. She is very meticulous. There suite is clean and all the tools they use including the soon to scoop out the scrub are sanitized. I can't say enough great things about them both. They are also very accommodating with their appointments. They are a great and amazing team.

Awesome work! I've had my nails done by both Jacob and Linda and they are both talented.

First time here and I am pleasantly surprised! I don't get my nails done often at all so they needed A LOT of work. Jacob was so delicate and focused intently on every detail! He really took his time and made sure the end product was up to par. I got a gel manicure for $30 and while it is on the pricier side, I'd say it's well worth it. Linda was doing my sisters nails and hers also came out beautiful! They both created a welcoming and chill environment. Highly recommend!

Linda does amazing pedicures and beautiful work on my nails. I never thought I would find an alternative to acrylics. And then I found nails by Jacob and gelx. My nails last for a solid three weeks and they can go even longer sometimes. Its amazing! Jacob also does perfect nails! I'll never go back to acrylics!

Shay B.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jacob's work! I have been going to him and his wife Linda for many years now and can't imagine anyone else as my nail technicians. They are friendly, creative, and most importantly clean! Over the years I have given them many challenges and ideas. Never ever have I been disappointed. I want everyone to go to them, but not get so popular that I can't get an appointment!

Tami S.

A wonderful experience and great pedicure! Linda is meticulous in her work. Look no further. I'll be getting both a manicure and pedicure next time.

Jacob fixed this horrible ombre style which was done at another nail shop called Kelly's Beauty Spa.

Cassandra I.

The nails were beautiful. He listened carefully to what I was requesting, which is a bit different than what most people want. He is a nail designer and artist. If I want to do a special design, he will be my go to because I am confident that he can do a replica or create a unique nail style. I had done acrylic, ombre style, polish gel with the airbrush. I am so happy I found him. The price is not cheap but it's worth the experience and quality. I recommend him and trust him to do another style where not many other nail places can do.

Kat N.

Jacob and Linda are the best nail artists! Jacob is really good at making the perfect shaped nails, flawless paint job and incredible nail art! Linda does the best pedicures, and if you get ingrown nails like I do she's really good and gentle at getting them out. Wouldn't go to anyone else but them!! So happy they have their own place now!

Larissa P.

Just got a full set of acrylics with gel done by Jacob ! He was so nice and so focused with his work ! He made sure each and every nail was perfect! His materials were clean and sterilized and sanitized his hands with alcohol frequently . My nails are GORGEOUS ! They are exactly the length, shape, and color I wanted . Jacob and his wife Linda (I remembered ) are so very sweet and the price is great ! Will come back again ! Oh! I was also a walk in, just browsing the salons ! And they took me right away ! So glad I found this gem!

Audrey G.

Perfect is all I can say! The way he fixed my broken acrylics and made it look so beautiful and strong, very observant and takes his time to do the work and very detailed! I've been to many nail salons before, and Jacobs work is the best of all. also very friendly and have a TV in the room!

Jacob and Linda are hands down the best nail technicians in the valley! I am ridiculously picky about my nails. I research nail places like I do doctors. I was in search of places that can do an ombré in gel. Surprisingly there are not allot of places that can do that. Jacob is a master at it! And Linda is METICULOUS at pedicures! If you're looking to go on the weekends I recommend booking early, cause they book up fast!! read more

Small family operated salon in the area. Very professional and detailed and thorough. Linda is so friendly and nice , answers her messages quickly and tries to make her schedule work even though she is booked solid most of the time.. will come in early etc. Pricey compared to avg. prices for the area but you are getting your moneys worth.. great massage and a perfect pedicure. read more

AMAZING WORK! I absolutely LOVE Jacob and Linda. I've been to so many different nail salons, and they are THE BEST. I've been going to them for years. They are SO DETAILED in their work and use QUALITY nail polish. My gel nails literally last FOREVER. I've never had a chip ever! The only reason I have to get them re-done is because my nails grow out. Their rates are reasonable, and their schedules are flexible. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

Let me start by saying I've gone to Jacob for about a year and a half now and I am so proud of him for branching out on his own and starting his own new shop. Him and his wife Linda have been doing my nails and toes since he worked at the other nail shop and when he left there I hadn't had my nails done for about 7 months because I wouldn't let other techs touch them! Him and his wife will make you laugh while doing perfect work on your nails and toes and now that they're on their own they really get to be to be bosses. Quality products, perfectionist work and they're still quick! They are literally the only people I will let do my nails and I'm so glad they went into business for themselves! My boyfriend and I go here all the time and I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this amazing duo. Love them!!!! Come visit! read more

Jacob is a really nice person and did a good job on my nails. However, he told me that gel nails were $30 with an extra $15 to take off the vinyl nails. (I wanted to go back to my own nails). It should have cost me $45. He ended up charging me $68!!! I was flabbergasted. I paid him but I wont be going back. Jacob, I understand you have to defend yourself but the price you charged me was outrageous. I've been doing my nails for years, never has anyone charged so much. You did a great job but it wasn't worth the price. read more

My mani pedi was basic and with regular polish was $55 which was kinda pricey. I paid with Zelle to avoid the 4% fee they charge if you use a credit card. Although my technicians were friendly, I wouldn't return. I wanted my nails done for my wedding and if you don't look too closely, my nails look fine.

Lynn 100% saved me after I got my wedding nails done elsewhere!…read more I wanted a really soft French tip in gel for my natural nail length which I keep fairly short. Another shop didn't do a clean job and wouldn't really fix it when I voiced concerns. Lynn was an angel to me when I came in as a walk-in not long before closing. As soon as she looked at my nails and heard it was for my wedding, she resolved she'd stay longer after the client she was finishing up with. I rarely get my nails done and find it difficult to express what I want comfortably. Lynn painted multiple comparisons on my nails to test out, would offer her opinion, and make sure the style and color what I wanted. She even had us step outside to compare the nails in natural light! She was so patient, kind and funny, so comforting after I came in so nervous. She truly cares for the happiness of her customers and receives a lot of joy from her work and relationships. Her kindness is reflected in her clients, as one popped in just to say hi and introduce her baby grandson. I feel so lucky to have met her and experienced her care! She is a gem in West Hills; I would highly recommend anyone to meet her and have their nails done in her shop.

I added the callus removal and it was worth every penny. They use this clever block that sits on top of the water bowl and under your heel during the callus removal. It looks like a yoga block and it's brilliant. It keeps you comfortable and gives the technician a perfect angle to work. Small detail, big difference. The chairs are really nice too. Great massage features, super comfortable, and the whole place looks clean and smells good. No harsh chemical smell, which I really appreciate. All of that, plus a little foot massage at the end, came out to $40. I really enjoyed my time here and left feeling refreshed. Kim did a great job and I'd definitely come back.

I wish I would've kept my grown out set because this place ruined my nail beds. I was originally going to get a new set. When the process of getting my old set removed started I immediately got cold feet. It was a guy that worked on me. Not the guy with the tattoos but the other one. His drill was set way too high. He drilled my nails way too thin and you can see the drill burn on my pinky. You can see the drill marks on all my natural nails. I had to stop him from trying to rip off the acrylic off my natural nail by trying to lift it. Telling him I wanted him to remove my nails by properly soaking them. He ruined my nail beds that I'm gonna be forced to let them grow out until they get thick again. The receptionist was nice and the place looked good inside. Its just crazy that he would hurt my nails this bad. A licensed nail tech knows what the rings of fire are and he cause so much damage you can see it in the pictures. The acrylic set I had on before was the first one that I had in months so my nail beds were healthy. This is beyond heartbreaking and disappointing. Reply: blaming the customer for the technicians wrongdoing is so unprofessional. As a licensed nail tech, you should know how not to ruin a customer's nail bed. My nail beds underneath the acrylics were healthy and were not thin. I normally go to a private technician because salons are so irresponsible. they work so fast trying to rush through every client. And you prove my point right because your technician was working way too fast. I shouldn't tell him how fast he should control the drill or guide him to do a simple soak off. I moved my hands multiple times telling him that he was burning me with the drill and that he had to properly soak them off . That had been my first set of acrylics in a year my nails underneath were thick and healthy. regardless of the thickness of the nails an artist should still be able to soak off and scrub off the acrylic when doing a proper removal without thinning out the clients nails. You're just creating ridiculous excuses trying to deflect without taking accountability. It was a HUGE mistake on my behalf for sticking until the end only so he can ruin my nails. He did permanent damage to my nail beds that I am now forced to grow them out because they're so delicate, thin and they keep breaking. It was my mistake for thinking that a salon with good reviews could catfish me, and for thinking that you guys knew what you guys were doing as technicians. I hope that you guys can learn from your mistakes and never do this to another woman. I left us alone, crying with my fingers hurting. Waking up the next morning with my fingers being sore from how bad he left them.
