I went in for a full set of gel, X nails and a gel pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was great she was so sweet, but the lady who did my nails was not. I mentioned that my index finger nail was literally pointing to the right and she got annoyed when I asked her to fix it. A week later, three of my nails were lifting I went back and I asked her to fix them and she clipped off the piece that was lifting and just added builder gel. Needless to say, all of my nails popped off as if they weren't even glued on. I won't be coming back here. Others, please look for someone who cares about proper nail retention. read more

I've tried a bunch of places and it's a miracle if my gel mani makes it two weeks. I've gotten a couple gel manicures here and they have been absolutely perfect and lasts at least 3 weeks! Natalie is Amazing! She is clean, professional, precise ,and thorough. My nails went from rags to prestige. My feet is smooth like a babies bottoms. Update: I had to go to my 96 years old grandma suddenly and canceled my appointment same day (which I explained to her) and apologized for it. She wanted to charge me 50% of what I was gonna pay in my next appointment. I thought that was steep and told her wow. DO NOT GO!!! Unless of course you have plenty of time and money to throw around. This woman is completely unfair to her customers! I've been going to her consistently and after a scheduling mixup she tells me 3 weeks later that I owe her 50% of the appointment for cancelling. First of all she doesn't tell you this In advance and second it's an outrageous price to pay. Life happens. Especially for someone who's a regular customer and never missed or been late to an appointment. If you're willing to pay steep prices even if you don't get anything done this is the place for you. Also if you have hours of leisure time, this is the place for you. Natalia is beyond slow!!!! At least 2 and a half hours each visit. I've had non stop problems with my nails since I've been going to her. Always a broken nail and quickly after the appointment. Even after telling her I need stronger nails because my nails will break she just charges me more and more for every nail. Almost like she wants you to break a nail so she can charge you more. And you better ask how much colors cost because apparently some are more expensive than others and she doesn't tell you this until after you're done.
