TP Nails is my absolute favorite spot to get a mani-pedi done! Zen, Tom, Tri, and everyone else who works here are all fantastic and funny folks. Zen's attention to detail is unparalleled. Tri is hilarious and does amazing work. I don't do acrylics, but that's Tom's game and I know he does great work, too. My mom loves coming here and they always ask about her when she's not around. They totally make you feel like part of the family. I'll forever make the drive out to the west valley to get my nails done here! read more

Hands down the best nail salon in the entire valley. I've tried other salons but none of them can beat this salon's prices or service. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and does a fantastic job. I've gotten polish, gel, as well as designs and each time they never disappoint. I also always get almond shaped nails and I swear this is the only salon that can actually do almond shaped correctly, evenly, and comfortably! They are always accommodating when making an appointment and they take scheduling very seriously. I've never had to wait for my appointment to start like some other salons where you'll be waiting for 30+ minutes because they overbooked appts. Usually, you can get a same day appointment here, however other times if they are too busy for same day, scheduling an appt for the next day is completely worth it!! The prices are also unbeatable. It's very affordable and you get amazing quality. Also total transparency with prices, there has never been a surprise or extra tax/fee once I go to pay. I've been coming to Tom for many years now and he is a master at his craft. I am super rough on my nails and his manicures and pedicures last for 3-4 weeks. I also have the worst toes on the planet and Tom somehow makes them pretty and keeps my ingrown toenails in check. Love this place! read more

My friend and i went to this place and unfortunately had a very bad experience it was raining outside earlier in the day my friend and I had tennis shoes on but still wanted to paint our toes. They refused to give us the nail salon flip flops because there were still puddles outside, their problem solving for this was to get gel instead so it wouldn't smudge in our shoes. Obviously this place just wanted more money, we left without polish and still payed the same price for it as the owner refused to discount it. In response to your message. yes it was offered at the very end when we were ready to leave as a last resort. That was after minutes of discussing and being denied the flip flops already by someone else as well. We understood the chance of slipping and falling as I have worn these many times. I didn't get nail polish because I wasn't allowed to have flip flops and asked if a discount would be possible. Thanks anyway! :) read more

Back same day for pedicure I scheduled before gel Fill was done and they were so busy. Best massage chairs!! Soft comfy leather seats. I have almost the worse toenails with ingrown toenails & thick cuticle that grows very quickly so I get toes done almost every 2 wks. Best service and value for acrylic gel manicure! Na and Kim are fantastic, detail oriented, and make sure you're satisfied. I drive 30 mins just to go to them even though I could walk to places near me. They have lots of experience and I trust them a lot. I got every 2-3.5 weeks (nails last the entire time) by just calling in an hour before I want to go to make sure I can walk in. They can do some designs on nails and have lots of colors to choose from. They are really cool at shaping nails. The one pedicure I got was good. Very affordable (I honestly think they should charge more). read more

Found this gem on Yelp. Wanted to get my nails and toes done before my birthday week in Vegas! This place definitely lives up to its reviews. The service is very good, the lady who did my pedicure was very kind and smiled the whole time and helped me get into my sandals afterwards. Tom did my nails and i love them! The first time i got a male manicurist and he was great. I went with acrylic extensions with ombre gel powder and a marble design. It was fun chatting with Tom as well. First time here and I really loved it, I usually go to at-home nail techs and stay away from nail salons because they are usually very rough and rush the process, leaving me with sore and sloppy nails, but this place was great! Tom did my nails, he was very funny and kind! He really paid attention to details and made sure I was happy with my nails, asking if I liked them several times throughout the process. It's unfortunate that I have to write this review but it's well deserved. Tom is good and the best one in that salon but for some reason my nails break every single time I get them done. If it is my fault I obviously totally understand and I wouldn't make it a big of a deal but when I had just been there a couple days ago if I'm calling in to say why is my nails breaking and you're fully booked and you cannot take me to fix my nail but you took all of my money to charge me for the service it's unacceptable. I got my nail fixed and there's a huge lump in my nail I'm going to attach a photo I will never be returning UPDATE- I came in on Friday, it's been less than one wk and my acrylic broke and - this is the 3rd time now. I have paid you every time it broke, even though it's inconvenient to have to go back because you were fixing it You use cheap products, you reuse nail files when legally according to state board you have to use new ones for everyone. Clean your salon it's filthy, get better supplies and then maybe instead of using a pencil to book your clients you can use a system. You're constantly booking new people because you can't keep your existing customers. I think the best thing to do is to report you to state board. I was going to leave it with just the review but your clients deserve a CLEAN SALON THAT FOLLOWS PROTOCOLS. Save your money and go somewhere you don't risk an infection, you'll know as soon as you walk in, ask for a new file too and buffer, it's the law read more

My friend and I came in yesterday to get our nails done with acrylic sets and designs. Everyone was so friendly, cracking jokes and having conversations. Was such a lovely and welcoming salon. The two guys working on our nails did such amazing work. I'm in love with my nails and my friend was ecstatic with with hers!! Usually when I go to nail salons, I get worried that I am going to be sitting there for an hour or two in awkward silence. However with this place when I came, I was pleasantly welcomed by Tom. He was super nice and patient with me and since I have never done matte before, he offered to try it on a nail first before going through with it. Other places would definitely not offer or would do so with attitude, and my nails turned out great. He would ask questions during the process to make sure I was satisfied with everything. One of my favorite sets I've ever gotten and although I don't get my nails done too often, Tom and the other employees will make you want to come back often. read more

After looking for someone with an opening on July 5th for a polish change, i came across TP. I got a fill two days before from my usual nail tech and the polish didn't cure. I had a full weekend planned and am very anal about my nails being perfect at all times, so it was imperative I got this polish done. I called at 2:45ish last Friday after seeing all the great reviews and explained exactly what happened and what i needed done and was able to come in at 4:30. Maya sat me down right away and i explained again what I needed to her and two others and they all wanted to make sure I understood that taking off the gel polish that my hard gel may not be smooth. I knew it wouldn't be a problem since they were freshly filled and went ahead anyway. Maya and everyone in the shop was GREAT; the color selection, the time, and just making sure I was happy/knew what she was doing. I'm not picky, just anal about my nails, so I am glad she went above and beyond just for a polish change. I will definitely be back in the future with such great service! read more

I called and tried to make a appointment but they were booked. Until a woman called me back not even 10 minutes later to say they had space so I rushed over. I'm just getting into doing my nails so looking for a decent nail place. The gentleman Tom was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and spoke to me about what I wanted. Both my mom and I come here, they are so nice and so skilled. Everyone here is incredibly thorough, it's always a really fun atmosphere with a lot of laughter. They do such a good job and this is now officially the only place both my mom and I will go for manis, pedis and waxing. Can't recommend them enough. I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure to clean up my nails, toes, and cuticles. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the start. The man who did my manicure wasn't friendly or gentle. He never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and immediately started filing. My fingernails are now uneven and crooked, there's still dirt underneath them, and my cuticles look awful. It was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who did my pedicure was nice, but the quality of the work was just as disappointing. My heels actually look worse than they did before I came in, and my toenails are crooked and jagged and I'll be going home too, even them out on my own. I can't believe I spent nearly $60 for such poor service. To make matters worse, when I was checking out, the woman at the front looked at my tip and asked if I was going to leave more. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. There seemed to be no attention to detail or pride in the work, and I definitely won't be returning or recommending their services!

Every single time the polish is applied it's sloppy and uneven. It seems if you're getting a basic $29 pedicure they rush through it. I personally don't need callus treatment so I always get the basic service. They barely massage your feet or legs. Today the nail tech (Liz) didn't even clean up the cuticle area or around the nails. She clipped and quickly filed them. The polish had bubbles, was uneven and sloppy. I still tipped her $10! Perhaps they need to wear magnifying glasses so that they can see their work. Plus she was running 30 minutes late for my appointment. Months ago I had a pedicure with Derek and he did an outstanding polish job but a so-so pedicure. He didn't bother to file my nails or clean up the areas around the nail. 30 second massage on each foot. When the man working the front desk asked me if everything was good I told him no and he didn't seem to care. They also re-use their nail files and buffers on the clients. Not very sanitary. I'm at the point where I am just going to move on and find another nail salon. It's too bad because it's such a beautiful salon and most of the people there are very nice.

I did voice how frustrating it is to be pushed back because I have an appointment at said time I expect to be seen in a timely manner not 30 min to 1 hour later each time when I have other things to do.

I'm writing this review after attempting to receive service at this nail salon on three separate occasions, only to be turned away each time due to being told there was "no time available." While I completely understand that businesses can get busy, it has been discouraging to arrive more than once and be denied service without any clear effort to accommodate me or offer an alternative appointment time. After repeated experiences like this, it has unfortunately left me feeling unwelcome and concerned about whether I'm being treated fairly as a potential customer. I would appreciate better communication regarding availability or the opportunity to schedule an appointment rather than being turned away upon arrival. I hope management can address this, as every customer deserves to feel respected and valued when seeking services. read more

After coming here for over 4 years I absolutely love this place more and more! Tom is always delivering on everything I want. No matter what crazy idea I have he's always willing to execute it and flawlessly I might add. But it's not just Tom, the entire staff is literally the best! Lena and Zen are always so wonderful and welcoming, I have been to almost every salon in the valley and TP is truly unbeatable. Their prices are reasonable compared to everywhere else and if you don't like something they will always try their best to fix it. The salty 1 stars are just Karens. Honestly the most hard working and kind people I've ever met. Update: I just wanted to share how freaking cute these nails are and how everyone should come here. That is all. Love love LOVE this salon! I made an appointment for a pedicure during my lunch break and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was how incredibly clean this salon was (It also smelled great as well). I requested to have my pedicure with Zen as I had heard great things about her from my coworkers. I was asked to have a seat in a spa chair as soon as I walked in. I really appreciated the fact that they respected my time and made sure that I was serviced at my appointment time. Zen did an amazing job!!!!! She was so thorough yet fast, you could really tell that she's a master of her craft. She was friendly, welcoming and it was overall a very positive experience. TP Nails is consistently one of the best nail salons I've been to in the valley. Every staff member is so funny and kind, and always does clean work. Tom always goes along with and executes my crazy designs perfectly. Tom is my go to guy and Lena does my toes, every time I walk out feeling flawless and I didn't need to break the bank to do it. This is my local shop went in after 2 weeks and UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT the inside has a nice new layout and the new owners are really nice and the place is clean. they had over 300 colors way more then before and the nail guy Tem even mixed together a special tip color for my nails. they do more designs now then before which I love. I found my new shop well my old shop but Revamped lol. read more

However, the technician was extremely rough with my nails, and the salon itself felt very lackluster. Instead of using foils or a fresh soak to remove my HARD builder gel nails, she had me place my hands in a bowl of acetone that looked like it had been used by multiple customers--it was cloudy with dust and other particles floating in it. Not only did that feel very unsanitary and plain gross, but it made my hands and nails feel so weak and brittle. I felt so uncomfortable between just soaking my hands in the dirty acetone and filing (she did this routine 3-4 times for both hands), but even after all that my nails weren't fully clean. After I got home I realized there was still gel on my nail beds. If this was just my experience with removal, I don't even want to experience what getting an entire new set would feel like.

My nails either come out crooked or the polish job just looks like a child did it. Extremely disappointing I don't know why I keep coming back with. This is my last time.
