I came here over the weekend and Jon and Lisa were so delightful. They did an amazing job on my nails and the price cannot be beat! My dip nails were $30 and my pedicure $17! I've been trying out a lot of nail salons in the valley since I've moved to sherman oaks, but I always find myself coming back to this one. I wish it was closer but luckily traffic isn't terrible going this directions. If you want great nails at a great price come here! The only thing is sometimes it can take a bit longer. read more

When's here I got my nails done by Danny who ridiculed the job he was doing as he was doing it stating that my nails no beautiful 4 times he repeated this phrase to me (your nails no beautiful ,your nail no beautiful I wouldn't recommend this shop to my dog..they are very dirty and rude speaking to customers and should be closed down for uncleanliness .they constantly speak among them self with customer at hand in front of them very rude and inconsiderate to customer they don't care for blacks either.very clear read more

I went to this nail salon once and got gel manicure and regular pedicure. My nail broke two days later and on a completely different finger the gel polish chipped which I have never had happen. I decided to try them again, but they only have two or three employees there so they are not equipped to handle walkins. Bottom line is this is a hole in the wall place and I would not recommend it. BRING DAT CASH. Feel a bit paranoid going here as a heterosexual man once in a while, but hey, I care about my nail appearance. At least enough to get a manicure (hell its in the name!) once every 6 months. Seeing a bushy, dark, bald, hairy middle eastern man just rolling up his socks and putting on his shoes as I entered made me practically invisible to the ladies anyway. I make appointments with Helen, the legend it seems at this place. What else could I say? Top it off with clear polish; I am now shining like the porsches I drooled over at the L.A. Auto show a few months ago. $12 dollar-dont make you holler, plus $3.00 tip. Thank you please drive thru. P.S. came on a thursday parking is a fucking bitch! OMFG! No idea why this place has 4 stars or how it's even in business. The place is really gross. When I first walked in I thought it was just me being super picky but when I saw they lady pull out cuticle clippers from the filthy "barbicide" solution (there were nails and particles of some sort floating around in the solution) to use on me I excused myself, got up and walked out. Not only was the "disinfecting" solution filthy but who uses that anymore anyway? All nail spas I've visited in the past 3 years have upgraded to disinfecting in individually sealed pouches which go into an oven-like machine to kill any germs. Aside from that, it almost seemed like people were living out of that place. There were old dirty tennis shoes tucked under dirty couches and from where I was sitting , the restroom was pretty gross too. I really don't know how this place would pass a health inspection. read more

Thank you John and Linda for your many years of service. I'm saddened to say that I can no longer support your small local business and must search for another salon. You've been so wonderful and kind which is why I rate 3 stars. However, the quality and talent of your nail techs has declined over the past year... 1ST STRIKE several months ago: bad pedicure with dark maroon polish... had to ask nail tech to remove the polish on the skin around all nails. I feel I should not have to ask for this. 2ND STRIKE this week: I did not know I had a crack in my big toe nail until after the tech put nail polish over it... Me: "What is that dent on my big toe nail?" Tech: "Your nail is broken." Me: "Can you repair it?" (Tech proceeds to cover it with more polish to fill in the break.) Me: "Can you repair it?" It was then when I realized she did not know how to repair it and Linda had to step in- remove the polish, acrylic powder repair, reapply polish. Thank you Linda! It would have been nice for your nail tech to tell me about the nail break and offer to repair it prior to applying polish. 3RD STRIKE same visit: I was so concerned about the crack in my big toe nail that I messed up the polish on my finger. The other tech simply dabbed it with her finger and reapplied topcoat and left it bumpy and thick instead of starting fresh. John and Linda- I wish you the best of luck in your future. I always have a great experience every time I visit. The staff is friendly and do a great job. It's a no frills salon which is nice...Just the buckets with plastic liners for pedicures. I personally like this instead of spa chairs anyway due to hygienic reasons. They have a good selection of colors to choose from. read more

Just got my gel pedicure and acrylic nails done. I was curious to try the gel pedicure because I have never tried it before, I heard it lasts like 4 weeks. I tried it out and I liked the work they did. They massaged my feet for a good while, a lot longer than most other nail places I have gone to.
