I have only recently moved to Los Angeles and having to find, hair and nail salon. Nails were first. I maid an appointment with Diva nails and Lam did my nails and Sing did my pedicure. The nail appears to be well maintained and they are using techniques to keep the areas and tools cleaned. For my pedicure there was a liner added to the soaking tub. Tools used in the service had been sanitized and packed individually in sealed bags. To keep areas sanitized alcohol was used as well. Sing was careful on the pedicure. He did an excellent job and would book him again for my toes. Lam did my nails. He was meticulous and took the time to take off my old nails without removing the layers of my nails. He installed new nails and shaped them making them look gorgeous. For the nails and pedicure I spent approximately $150 before tips. I moved from Marysville WA (40 miles North of Seattle) the local pricing fell right in line for what I was charged at my prior nail salon. I would recommend this shop as these two gentlemen did an excellent job! read more

This has been my go-to spot for my nails for about a year now. So glad that I've found a crew of nail techs that all perform really well. I've gone in for multiple cute designs for every season and most recently went in with Lam on my gel-x manicure and he did amazing also with such quickness too! It was honestly so impressive. I found this salon on Google and decided to try them due the fact that they offer Gel-x manicures and they had great reviews. My experience did not disappoint. They were packed but I was able to walk in and get my service within 10 minutes. I showed Ken a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that. The icing on the customer service cake was that I found a speck of dust under the polish on one of the nails. I was able to go back and get it remedied in two minutes. I would definitely go back to Diva Nails. read more

Tiffany is easily one of the best nail techs I have ever worked with. She is extremely helpful, friendly, gentle, and always willing to share her opinions and advice on what kind of colors/designs would look best. I've been seeing her consistently for Biogel nail designs, and I'm never led astray -- basically every nail design I've ever gotten from her receives compliments for her creativity/detailed artwork. I recommend her to everyone looking to get their nails done. Also, the salon at Diva's nails is welcoming & clean, and I really appreciate that they don't keep you waiting long for your appointment. The receptionist in the front is also friendly and the salon lets you pay for your service via various payment methods including Zelle which I found to be very convenient. The first time I went in as a walk in and they were transparent, if the next appointment didn't show up I would be seen... unfortunately for me they did but fortunately for me my wait wasn't too long. I can't recall the name of the girls that saw me but they were awesome! I asked for gel x and a pedi, the pedi was amazing, I asked for my nails to be short and square and they met my expectations... as for Gel X I did a French tip, the firm took her time and perfected every single nail. I stopped by on 02/18, and from the moment I called to see if I could come in last minute, the front desk man was very sweet and kind , I was able to get my manicure and pedicure without a long wait, and the service itself was amazing. I came into the salon on a Saturday morning without an appointment. They were busy but were able to accommodate me which I was grateful for! I really enjoyed my experience at Divas Nails. I was recently there about three weeks ago get and I decided to try out the bio gel service. I want to say I'm highly impressed. It a little different than what I normally get which is a Gel-X. I'm surprised that the biogel has a lot of hold and for so long and do the dishes. I'm very active with my hands in the sense of like domestic chores and around the house I would definitely get it again. I think it's gonna be my next option for service perhaps not go with a French tip and just do like a regular full based color. I went to this salon for the first time. I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was fine. However the lady that did my manicure took a very long time to complete the service, was extremely rough. She cut me on my nail bed on both pinkies. She was file and file and file over and over and even thought I told her I wanted to keep my length she filed so much my nails were left short. My nails at the end looked like I needed a fill by how much space was left. She was cut away at my skin over and over, leaving my cuticles area extremely sensitive. A manicure is not included when you ask for bio gel, I had to pay extra... never heard of that before! I would not recommend this place. My appointment took over 2.5 hours. read more

This place is amazing. I always struggled with a damaged nail after my acrylic but not anymore since I start coming here, . I started bio gel with them and finally I can see my nails growing and healthier. The stuff is amazing, super friendly, and nice. The environment is so welcoming. The nail technician I went to is named "Lee" she was incredibly skilled and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each nail was perfect, and also asked me if I liked my nails . From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles from every employee. I had called shortly before arriving, and the check-in process was professional, smooth, and welcoming. I was seated quickly and offered a variety of beverages and sweets, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Self-care has always been an important part of my adulthood, and I chose to get a Gel X set, a spa pedicure, and lash extensions. The quality of the work was absolutely incredible. Beyond that, the kindness and compassion shown to me meant more than I can express. The staff offered their condolences, were extremely attentive to my needs, and made what could have been a very heavy day feel lighter. I initially came to this place on Thursday 3/12. I wanted to try a place relatively close to my job initially I went in and got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. Everything looked good. I was happy but a couple of hours later my nails started looking weird and wavy. The next morning they started peeling. I called them made an appointment for Saturday morning went in. Had them change the nail color we applied the same color. After the color was applied, she then informed me that it was an issue with the color which I didn't see possible because that same color is on my toes in my toes. Don't have that issue.. she asked me if I wanted to change my color that day. I let her know that I would just stick it out because I had already been waiting around for several hours. The next day, a couple of nails started peeling again the color underneath was not completely cured or dried and that's why they were peeling and that's why the waves were happening. I went in this morning to have a color change to something similar, but not the same colors since they blamed it on the polish the last time when I called to make my appointment for this morning, they probably promised me a discount because of their mistake. I ended up being charged full price $30 for a color change plus I paid a tip. I explained to him that it was their mistake and I shouldn't be paying this. I was already extremely late for work and didn't have time to sit down and go back-and-forth. Long story short. I let him know I'd pay the money and I would not be returning over. I paid $190 for gel X nails and toes and three trips to the salon from my house it makes more sense to go to a higher quality salon. Pay the extra money and save yourself the headache. read more
