I don't really get my nails done, so the front desk employee kindly explained my different options. I ended up getting GelX nails. I was paired with Fiona who did an amazing job, checking throughout our session to ensure I was satisfied. I have only recently moved to Los Angeles and having to find, hair and nail salon. Nails were first. I maid an appointment with Diva nails and Lam did my nails and Sing did my pedicure. The nail appears to be well maintained and they are using techniques to keep the areas and tools cleaned. For my pedicure there was a liner added to the soaking tub. Tools used in the service had been sanitized and packed individually in sealed bags. To keep areas sanitized alcohol was used as well. Sing was careful on the pedicure. He did an excellent job and would book him again for my toes. Lam did my nails. He was meticulous and took the time to take off my old nails without removing the layers of my nails. He installed new nails and shaped them making them look gorgeous. For the nails and pedicure I spent approximately $150 before tips. I moved from Marysville WA (40 miles North of Seattle) the local pricing fell right in line for what I was charged at my prior nail salon. I would recommend this shop as these two gentlemen did an excellent job! read more

I will not be returning to this nail salon. On 4/14/26, I went to get my nails done and requested Laam. However, Laam was on vacation and the only other person that does my nails when Laam is gone is Nick. Nick only works on the weekends so that was out of the question. I went to get my nails done by someone else mind you at the time I did not know her name (now I know her name is Lee). The next day all of the gel on my nails was lifted up and they looked terrible. They did not dry at all. I called the next day, 4/15/26 and requested them to redo my gel nails. I went at the scheduled time 12pm or so and Lee was helping someone else. I waited over 30 minutes. So the receptionist Ben took the color and gel off and didn't even care to wash his hands PRIOR to taking the color off of my nails after he was outside smoking a cigarette. I let it go because I was already pissed. After 45 minutes to an hour Lee finally redid my nails. Fast forward to yesterday 7/20/26, I called to schedule an appointment and was told Laam is on vacation. I asked the receptionist to have someone good to do my nails and she responded "okay Lee is good just tell them Laam referred you to her if anyone ask" I didn't think too much of it so just said okay. Mind you, I still did not know Lee's name at the time until today, 7/21/26. Today, 7/21/26 I went to get my nails done at 6pm my scheduled time and was told by Ben that Lee refused to do my nails. At that moment, I realized Lee was the lady that messed up on my nails previously. Ben said this in front of the whole nail salon which was so unprofessional to say to any customer. I'm glad Lee did not do my nails overall, she's careless and will rush your nails and your gel will not fully dry. However, Zee is new and did my nails. My nails turned out okay but not as good as when Laam and Nick does them. I say this to say, I've given this nailshop multiple chances even instances that I did not mention in my review. Do BETTER and be more professional. Ben should not be touching anyone's nails after smoking a cigarette outside, EXTREMELY unsanitary. But if that is how the nail shop is ran so be it. Thought I'd try this place again after 3 years. Bio gel on my NATURAL nails. Woman doing my nails was incredibly rude. Started filing my nails and I told her many of them were really crooked over and over. She refused to make them straight or fix them. She was incredibly rude constantly rolling her eyes and scoffing. Finally she decided she wouldn't be doing my nails and they were going to find me a new nail tech. I trusted my gut and decided to make an appointment with a nail place I trust. (Blink nail spa). However the lady that did my manicure took a very long time to complete the service, was extremely rough. She cut me on my nail bed on both pinkies. She was file and file and file over and over and even thought I told her I wanted to keep my length she filed so much my nails were left short. My nails at the end looked like I needed a fill by how much space was left. She was cut away at my skin over and over, leaving my cuticles area extremely sensitive. A manicure is not included when you ask for bio gel, I had to pay extra... never heard of that before! I would not recommend this place. My appointment took over 2.5 hours. read more
