I've been going to Tee for about 5 years now, and I even followed her when she moved from her old salon because she's just that good! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. She's incredibly talented, so sweet, and always makes me feel comfortable every time I come in. Lee always does my toes, and Tee and her brother do my hands. They're all so talented, take their time, and always make sure everything is perfect before you leave. The whole team is so welcoming, and every appointment is a great experience. I'm adding a picture of my most recent beach set because I'm obsessed with how they turned out! I can't recommend them enough. read more

Tee is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She is professional, honest, and always explains everything up front, including exactly what she's going to do and what the cost will be. I really appreciate that transparency. She completely transformed this salon. It used to be owned by someone else, but now it feels first-class. Everything is beautiful, spotless, organized, and brand new. You can tell she takes pride in her business. Tee is incredibly talented and a true perfectionist. She pays attention to every detail and doesn't rush her work. Worst experience I've had with the new management. I rarely speak up when it comes to my nails because I'm usually pretty easygoing, but this experience was honestly so disappointing that I feel the need to share it. I came in with long, strong natural nails that had taken me months to grow out. When I was asked what I wanted, I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my length and square shape, only change the color, and get gel. Immediately, the male technician working there (not Tom or Eric) began using an electric file to remove my gel. I politely asked if we could soak them in acetone instead because I wanted to protect my natural nails. He immediately seemed bothered by my request. He continued using the electric file and began rounding the corners of my nails, so I asked him to please stop. He eventually brought over what appeared to be used foil and ripped pieces of cotton to soak my nails. After putting the foil on, he almost immediately removed it and said he still needed to use the machine. At that point, I decided to trust the process and let him continue. However, he didn't just remove the gel .. he continued filing my natural nail as well. I genuinely feel like a layer of my natural nail was filed down because my nails are now extremely thin, soft, bendable, and breaking, which they absolutely were not before this appointment. Then, instead of gently shaping my nails, he quickly filed them down and changed the shape. When I questioned it, he told me he had to do that because my nails had round edges .. even though he was the one who had created the rounded edges after I specifically told him I wanted to keep my square shape and length. At that point, my two hands were noticeably different lengths. My left hand was longer than my right, and I politely asked if he could please correct them. Instead of simply fixing the issue, he became increasingly annoyed and told me he could put tips and acrylic on them, but that would cost me more. I explained that I didn't want anything extra.. I simply wanted the nails corrected to now the new length I was given since what I had originally requested wasn't respected. When I expressed how disappointed I was, he became aggressive, raised his voice, and told me to leave and not pay. I was still trying to remain respectful and explained, "I'm paying the $40. I'm just telling you how I feel." I was honestly so uncomfortable and upset that I felt like crying. I then asked one of the other employees if she could please take a look and help fix my nails. The woman at the front desk had heard the entire interaction, but when I initially approached her, she got on the phone and walked away. I eventually asked her again if she could please look at my nails because the difference was extremely obvious. She initially sided with the technician, but once I physically showed her both hands, she agreed to fix them. I'm not upset simply because I didn't love my nails. The biggest issue was how I was treated when I politely expressed what I wanted and pointed out that the service was not what I had asked for. Customers should be able to communicate their preferences and concerns without being met with aggression, rudeness, or dismissal. I came in with healthy natural nails and left with nails that are now thin, soft, bending, and breaking. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously because the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. read more

You can tell there's real attention to detail and care put into the work that they do here. Everyone there is friendly, and I genuinely felt like they cared about their customers! They made sure I was happy with the results & not just rushing through or treating me like another transaction. The whole process felt relaxed, and I never felt rushed. Super happy with how my nails came out and I'll definitely be coming back!!! It's such a relaxing vibe in there and it makes it an over all great experience!! I showed a reference photo and asked if they could recreate the design, but without the 3D flowers. Tee ended up hand-drawing the flowers instead, and I honestly couldn't believe how she pulled it off! They look even better than I imagined!! read more

I've been going here for a while now. Recently, it changed owners. I called a couple of days ago and made two appointments for today at 11:15. After my fingernails got started, I was waiting for a pedicure that was supposed to happen at the same time.. They finally got around to offering me one at 12:30. Absolutely unacceptable I would expect this only if I were a walk-in customer without an appointment. They did not seem empathetic or apologetic or seem to care that they would be losing my business. Said it was a busy day. That is why I made the appointment. Do not recommend. read more
