But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, pharmacist Sagar repeatedly questioned me and argued about why I couldn't take amoxicillin. I even had my doctor's office on speakerphone, ready to explain the situation, but she refused to speak with them. Then another employee, Farhat, threatened to withhold my prescribed pain medication because a signed paper had blown away after the pharmacy drawer was opened. I explained that I had just undergone a root canal and was in pain, but she showed absolutely no compassion. I have multiple serious medical conditions, and I have never experienced such disrespectful, hostile, and unprofessional treatment at a pharmacy. Patients deserve compassion, dignity, and professional care--not arguments, humiliation, and threats to withhold medication. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by how Sagar and Farhat treated me. Walgreens management needs to investigate this incident and hold its employees accountable. I would give this pharmacy ZERO STARS if I could.

She often comes across with an attitude, slams items around, and makes customers feel like they're an inconvenience. Even simple products like Colgate toothpaste are locked up, and when you ask for assistance, she responds as if she doesn't want to help. The only positive experience I've had is with Leo, the cashier. He is always kind, patient, and respectful to customers. Another ongoing issue is that the store's machines frequently break down, and customers are made to feel like it's somehow their fault. The store also doesn't seem to have much in stock. I've noticed other customers complaining that no one comes when they ask for help, and when someone finally does, they often seem annoyed or upset about having to assist. Since many people in this neighborhood are elderly, it was especially upsetting to see them being treated this way. I hope management addresses these issues because every customer deserves to be treated with respect.

Where do I begin? This place was beautiful, I had high hopes for this place. The owner Jenny is actually not a terrible person, but I don't think she understands how to communicate softly. I'm also Asian myself, so I understand. My first time here, since I understand Vietnamese, I can tell all of the nail techs were talking poorly of me saying they don't want to do my nails, saying that I'm going to be a problem customer. So Jenny came to do my nails, she isn't bad at them. But she tried to force services on me that I did not like that I repeatedly tell her I don't like and it made me super uncomfortable. I didn't understand the attitude in trying to convince me to do something I don't want to do. I also just can't handle the rudeness here, it's a condescending tone every single person you speak to and Jenny just claims we're so busy we're so busy, yes which they are, however I feel that she will be losing a lot of good clientele because she doesn't book appointments, she doesn't write it down, none of the other staff members do either, they just take walk-ins and it's understandable, do whatever makes the most money. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! They all do an amazing, detailed job. I come every month for a gel pedicure and always leave very happy and my feet feel sooo relieved! This is hands down the BEST nail salon in southern california right now!!! The staff is VERY COURTEOUS. When the process of getting my old set removed started I immediately got cold feet. It was a guy that worked on me. Not the guy with the tattoos but the other one. His drill was set way too high. He drilled my nails way too thin and you can see the drill burn on my pinky. You can see the drill marks on all my natural nails. I had to stop him from trying to rip off the acrylic off my natural nail by trying to lift it. Telling him I wanted him to remove my nails by properly soaking them. He ruined my nail beds that I'm gonna be forced to let them grow out until they get thick again. The receptionist was nice and the place looked good inside. Its just crazy that he would hurt my nails this bad. A licensed nail tech knows what the rings of fire are and he cause so much damage you can see it in the pictures. The acrylic set I had on before was the first one that I had in months so my nail beds were healthy. This is beyond heartbreaking and disappointing. Reply: blaming the customer for the technicians wrongdoing is so unprofessional. As a licensed nail tech, you should know how not to ruin a customer's nail bed. My nail beds underneath the acrylics were healthy and were not thin. I normally go to a private technician because salons are so irresponsible. they work so fast trying to rush through every client. And you prove my point right because your technician was working way too fast. I shouldn't tell him how fast he should control the drill or guide him to do a simple soak off. I moved my hands multiple times telling him that he was burning me with the drill and that he had to properly soak them off . That had been my first set of acrylics in a year my nails underneath were thick and healthy. regardless of the thickness of the nails an artist should still be able to soak off and scrub off the acrylic when doing a proper removal without thinning out the clients nails. You're just creating ridiculous excuses trying to deflect without taking accountability. It was a HUGE mistake on my behalf for sticking until the end only so he can ruin my nails. He did permanent damage to my nail beds that I am now forced to grow them out because they're so delicate, thin and they keep breaking. It was my mistake for thinking that a salon with good reviews could catfish me, and for thinking that you guys knew what you guys were doing as technicians. I hope that you guys can learn from your mistakes and never do this to another woman. I left us alone, crying with my fingers hurting. Waking up the next morning with my fingers being sore from how bad he left them.

I had one person and the other guest had two. There were no other customers. The price was also not as reflected on the menu. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place and had a bad experience overall.

Hieu is also very good but only works limited days of the week so it's hard sometimes to schedule with her if she's booked. I've tried over 5 different nail techs for my pedicures. Every single time the polish is applied it's sloppy and uneven. It seems if you're getting a basic $29 pedicure they rush through it. I personally don't need callus treatment so I always get the basic service. They barely massage your feet or legs. Today the nail tech (Liz) didn't even clean up the cuticle area or around the nails. She clipped and quickly filed them. The polish had bubbles, was uneven and sloppy. I still tipped her $10! Perhaps they need to wear magnifying glasses so that they can see their work. Plus she was running 30 minutes late for my appointment. Months ago I had a pedicure with Derek and he did an outstanding polish job but a so-so pedicure. He didn't bother to file my nails or clean up the areas around the nail. 30 second massage on each foot. When the man working the front desk asked me if everything was good I told him no and he didn't seem to care. They also re-use their nail files and buffers on the clients. Not very sanitary.
