It had a new remodel, fresh paint, new decor and Paula is the new owner with great taste she is a nice lady! The place is managed by Paula, Jonathan, and Ben and the staff has always been amazing. I am very detailed and love clean natural well done nails. Jenny has now taken over my nails since Jonathan is managing the location they both do great work. Jenny is precise, clean and a very well rounded technician my nails are natural and I like to keep them a very classy. The place is clean and always great welcoming happy staff. The place is well lit, chic and inviting, you can either watch music videos in the TVs surrounding the walls or you can take a nap or put your ear phones on and zen out. I have had my share of pedicures here and the technician that I recommended at the moment is Steven he has great energy he does not say much but is very polite and his hands are soft and gentle he makes you feel relaxed. I recommend getting a 10min extra massage with Steven his amazing at pedicures! Overall this has been my place for nails and pedicure. Following Jonathan the perfect technician! Even though his busy I am glad Jenny is back to take over my nails can not imagine my life without great work from this two nail technicians! Niña very much exceeded my expectations. I had kindly asked her for my request on trimming the nails short along the edges with a clean cut. The package I got was the oh Lala pedicure with a 15 minute foot massage and warm towel. Bonus: they used new sealed pedicure tools and not used by washing them to reuse for the next customer which was a bonus for me ! She was very gentle and attentive. Along with the massage chair for my back after doing a good workout in the morning. First off, the receptionist was not very welcoming and had an RBF that just made me feel like she did not want to help me I was directed to nail tech Van who greeted me very warmly. I communicated to her my current nail health and asked for her advice on how to proceed, she was very helpful and suggested gel x to help my nails grow a bit straighter. When discussing my desired nail shape, I chose coffin shape. Van proceeded to fit the gel x on my nails. After applying the gel x, it was too tight and was squeezing my nails bed (too small). She insisted that "skinnier is better" and that the gel x was already shaped as coffin so I should just keep it. But honestly, it felt and looked unnatural on my finger. After arguing with her for a good 5 minutes, she agreed to change the size to something more comfortable. Once the right sized nail was fitted and cured onto my nails, Van then asked what shape I wanted. I told her coffin shape. She then proceeded to shape my nail but it still looked square. I then asked her to shape it more like coffin and even showed her pictures of my desired shape. She then gave me a huge *sigh*, complained and said "this is why I told you to keep the other shape, it was coffin". I then reminded her that the nail was too tight, but I still wanted her to give me the coffin shape. Honestly, it just seemed like she was lazy and didn't want to do it. She then shaped my nails a bit better but it was still square. I didn't even want to argue with her anymore and just wanted to get out of there ASAP, so I just kept it as is. During the nail design, I asked for a halloween themed nail design and she actually delivered. She struggled a bit, but I was decently pleased with how it turned out. Van then proceeded to complain to her other coworkers about my grievances with the shape. The RBF receptionist rung me up and my total was $85. I tipped because the service was delivered. But customer service was terrible, and because of that, I will not be returning. Do better! 2 Stars for Van's warm greeting, service being delivered, and design executed. -3 stars for receptionist bad customer service and Van's bad attitude during service If you hate your job, then don't work there lol

The technicians took their time. I ended up getting my nails done as well! However results were just okay not special and definitely not worth price they will try to convince you to do a lot of add ons which is typical in a nail salon, I got callus removal and they did not shave off dead skin they just did the bare minimum for a large price point! I don't recommend there are way better places with better quality in their end results! The lady asked for a tip before like it was a requirement it felted forced! Of course I tip but don't like to be asked before I get a chance to offer. I won't be back again. Nails are coming off day 2 avoid this place!

Needless to say I am absolutely happy with the work Sharon did. She paid great attention to detail and even helped fix a few nails that were starting to split. The manicure itself was perfectly done, paint went all the way from edge to edge with no missing spots, the shape turned out perfectly and for the first time in a long time I didn't have to fix anything when I got home! I received a message stating her work hours and to "Please respect my business hours and do not text or call me after hours." Funny because just one day prior to my appointment I got a text from her telling me she was getting over a cold and she needed to reschedule me for Thur at 2pm." Guess we have to "respect" her texting hours but she doesn't respect your time. I had to switch my schedule around. Yes if you were still getting over a cold, you knew you were sick and could have used a mask OR given more than 1 day notice. Alright, made it to my appointment. Nothing feels more welcoming then arriving and being told that you are not allowed to have your phone while she does your manicure because she "needed to concentrate." I was like, "so am I not able to use my phone for an hour?" Jamie told me that she doesn't allow it so she can focus. Uhm ok, my phone shouldn't distract you. So I had the option of staring at the top of her head or look outside at the FedEx truck, I chose to look outside. Jamie tried to make small-talk asking if I had a manicure prior and blah blah. Really I wasn't interested in chit-chat. Anyway, thank God for my bestie who was in the neighborhood and came to see me! Things got real uncomfortable at the end when I told my bestie that she did a good job I just wasn't happy with the color selection. Jamie looked mad and said.."for being independent I don't have many colors? I've only been doing this for a year." I told her that I would rather say the truth and say NO, the selection is very limited. She has like 12-14 basic colors and 10 that she charges extra for because they have some type of "design." So no, showing me one ring of colors compared to many places that set out 5 + rings is nothing. To top it all off after 2 days my nails look dull and my gels already have a chip and my cuticles are jagged:/ (picture included). Jamie didn't use any cuticle oil, no lotion or hand massage. I'm very unhappy, but best of luck sorry it didn't work out. I still like the salon and have been to Sharon. She is super sweet. My mom and sister like her too! She has a lot of gels and a bunch of new colors that she showed me last time. She never makes you put your phone away and if you text or call her, she will get back to you quickly with her availability. Make sure you ask for Sharon. :)
