I came here just to get a simple gel removal, but the experience was terrible, which is very tough for me to say as I'm sure the owners and staff are just very nice and hardworking. However, the technician was extremely rough with my nails, and the salon itself felt very lackluster. Instead of using foils or a fresh soak to remove my HARD builder gel nails, she had me place my hands in a bowl of acetone that looked like it had been used by multiple customers--it was cloudy with dust and other particles floating in it. Not only did that feel very unsanitary and plain gross, but it made my hands and nails feel so weak and brittle. I felt so uncomfortable between just soaking my hands in the dirty acetone and filing (she did this routine 3-4 times for both hands), but even after all that my nails weren't fully clean. After I got home I realized there was still gel on my nail beds. If this was just my experience with removal, I don't even want to experience what getting an entire new set would feel like. read more

Tough to leave a bad review when you know people are (probably) doing their best, but this place is simply not for me. 1. My nails are sore from being filed down too short. 2. The shop is cramped and staff feel unfriendly. 3. Gross plexi glass, dirty gel light machine. (First, the plexi glass I was seated behind was so filthy I couldn't even see the color when they showed it to me. I had to pull my hand out from behind the glass, look at it, then put my hand back underneath. Last, the gel/light machine thing you put your hands in....was so disgusting that I took a picture IN CASE it was something they thought they were going to use on my manicure. Then when they put it right in front of me and tapped on it (language barrier?) indicating to me to put my hand in it,....I just couldn't believe it. Are these just really hard to clean? I don't get my nails done often, so maybe it's not uncommon to see a filthy machine.) Either way, I won't be going back and I don't think they'll mind very much. This was a $60 mistake. Positives: -parking was easy -they accept same day appointments -the photos of nails on Yelp here are really pretty so they do seem to have talent there. read more

Recently moved to the area and was in desperate search for a nail place. I checked online and found this little gem. James is honestly amazing! I don't typically get big elaborate designs, because of my job I'd get them simple. Originally I wanted to try bio gel but after speaking to James we went with gel X. I loved how he was informative and not pushy! He really informed me on the difference and I was so appreciative for that because that is what got my nails so thin years back. He is a busy guy but if you see and experience his work you'll know why. The prices are also reasonable for the service and treatment you get. The person who did my pedicure was fantastic. The person who did my manicure was pretty rude. She filed my nails down shorter than they ever have been. I wasn't going to leave a review but within the first 6 hours 5 nails are chipped. 5 nails in 6 hours. Absurd. This has never happened before. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I made an appointment 3 days in advanced. Get there on time and in 1 whole hour they manage to only do a pedicure without any color. I had an appointment at 2:30 somewhere else and asked James if I would be out on time? At 1:40 he says, yes yes, as they always say for everything without paying any attention. At 2pm manicure lady finally makes her way to me and when I ask her: "you're really going to be done in 25 minutes?," she replies, "no way!" James, the owner just charges me the $25 for the pedicure like no big deal without acknowledging or apologizing for wasting 1 hour of my time and not being able to do my manicure which was the most important. I'm very pleased with my bio-gel manicure. This is at 3 WEEKS, not a chip! The only thing was that everything felt unnecessarily rushed & not relaxing. I was put in a pedi seat & 1 person started my pedicure but then hopped to another client. Someone else did my gel manicure in the pedicure seat which was awkward with the uv light & trying to balance it on a magazine on my lap. Then a 3rd person finished my pedicure & I had 2 people working on me when 3 new clients walked in. I'll definitely be going back & will hopefully have a more peaceful experience. read more

So I met James and Phun (I hope that's how it's spelled). They were super friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I didn't feel rushed, but I managed to be done with both a mani/pedi in less than an hour! I got the bio gel done and I kid you not, they're still in tact. No peeling, not chipping! He talks to you about all the steps and makes sure your ok an comfortable and most important takes care of your nails. I have tried biogel nails other places in the valley closer to where I live and they have always lifted within two weeks, but not here. I can go 4 weeks and they do not lift at all, and they always look beautiful. The owner seems to care about how everyone is doing while they are there. Love this place. read more

James is by far one of the best nail technicians around. He is straightforward. If he doesn't think a style you want will look good he will let you know from the beginning. My nails have never looked so good and the fact that my nails are growing speaks for itself. I've always had brittle nails and I always had to get my nails done weekly because they would always break. The way he does it and the products that he uses my nails last 4-5 weeks without breaking. So, I went to this place a month ago and liked the cleanliness of the place and the young lady who helped me. Today, I called mid morning to make an appointment for 3 people for a regular mani pedi at 5:30 pm and they asked if it was gel, I said no and confirmed that they would be able to cater to all 3 of us at 5:30. the guy confirmed. We got there 10 mins prior- they started my mom and my husband and 5:40 and the guy(believe he is the manger or owner) told me the girl Will be there soon. They had my feet soaking in "cold water"... time passed it's 6 pm, they take a walk in lady and get her started. I am Still waiting... it's 6:15..... and at 6:30... I take my feet out of the soaking water--they were in there for 45 mins! Still no one to offer a towel or apologize- at 6:45 the gentleman comes with another bowl Of water asking me to soak my hand nails in and says "she will be right here" and that's when I politely addressed and said, "it's been over an hour... I had called you this morning and confirmed. I'll come back another time.. i need to be out of here by 7"... his reponse "we can do both in 30 mins"( my mom n husband are still not done with theirs)! I said I have somewhere to be and that they should have least told me that they won't be able to do all three of us. His response was that they are short on hand. ( I run a business and can understand how crazy it can get when short staffed). I told him He could have called me to reschedule, or given me heads up abt the situation when I walked in or least not have my feet soaking for 45 minns! apologized!! He just walked away....
