My favorite nail place in the valley. My nail tech Binh is the best, always knows exactly what I want and often helps me choose styles or colors because he knows sometimes I pick something wild and end up not liking it haha! They do great pedicures as well and always give me an amazing price 10/10. Can't wait to go back this weekend after giving my nails a break for a couple of months. read more

They cut you and you bleed even after few days. Painful!! Not a good job at all. After a day that I went there and showed my nails, they requested $20.00 for the job that was awful. I would never go back. read more

I've been here a few times and overall the work was okay. I like supporting small, family-owned businesses and it was close to my house, so I kept coming back even though the owner could be a bit rude at times. I usually just listen to my podcast and keep to myself. On my most recent visit, there were no other clients in the salon. I specifically asked for a gel color to be applied before the chrome powder, since chrome doesn't last well on my nails without a base color and you can see the yellowish tone of the natural nail underneath. Despite explaining this, he proceeded to apply the chrome again without a color. When I tried to point it out, he raised his voice and started yelling at me to "pick a color." a few times. At that point I pulled my hands away and told him to stop. Only then did he calm down. I understand miscommunication can happen, but being yelled at during a service is not acceptable. Unfortunately, that experience made me uncomfortable enough that I won't be returning. read more

Stay away!! The male nail tech is very rude and unprofessional!! I will NEVER come back here. He was hurting me with his tool and didn't care when I asked him to stop!! read more

Such a humbling place to enter. This is the second time I take my daughter to get her nails done here. She wanted a Winnie the Pooh design for our Disneyland trip and they came through. I went in yesterday to receive a soak off and the guy didn't even know what a soak off was! He then proceeded to take off my acrylics with a plastic nail! He took off my real nails and now my fingers hurt. He also cut me with the drill. He didn't even take off all of the acrylics off. I would not recommend this salon for nails. They are inexperience. read more

Best Nail Spa is the only place to go for your nails. My nails were a mess; they were out of shape, crooked, and were uneven. I had Danny do my nails on 3/28/15 and he fixed them all and make them PERFECT. He is AMAZING - he is the nail doctor / surgeon. He polished my nails all different pastel colors for Easter so my nails look like Easter eggs. I have been everywhere getting my nails done and not been happy. I found Best Nail Spa and their name suits them because they are the BEST and so is DANNY. I shall look no further for another nail salon for I have found BEST NAIL SPA I AM HERE FOREVER!!! When I left the salon 2days ago they looked great. The lady rushed doing my nails. She had someone else waiting. I took a trip to Vegas 2days after. I called them to let them know that they messed up my nails and that the color was changing. I told them that I was out of town for a few days so I couldn't make it today or tomorrow. The guy was unwilling to work with me. He said that I did something to mess up the manicure. I've worked in salons before they did a horrible job. Don't come here. They are rude. read more

So due to the COVID 19 pandemic and NOT all nail salons opening, I figured I would search for a place that was open near me . It lead me to this salon (wish it never did) I called and made an app and asked Danny (the person who answered the phone ) if he had anyone that was able to do an ombré gel fill. He reassured me that he knew exactly how to do it . So on my way I went , super excited that i was going to get the Pedicure I've been waiting for and a nice fill to complete my day . My nail app was scheduled for 12 (he didn't take me til 12:45) and since they couldn't do both services at the same time , i would have to wait an extra 20 min for the technician to start my pedicure .. we'll be finished my fill and i looked at saw that the powder didn't blend well with my original nail set , so I asked him to add glitter so that it would hide his horrible job .. he said ohh that's gonna be an extra $10 for gel . I definitely don't mind paying for extra services but you're the one that did the crappy job and I'm being nice by adding glitter to cover it up . On top of all that , i told him he was already charging me extra for the gel that i was going to put on my nails . He replied with "oh this is different ." So I didn't put the glitter on and I definitely left without tipping him . I came to another nail salon and showed them my nails and they even agreed that it looked like my fill was a couple days old and didn't blend well at all . That place was dirty and i will never return even if that's the last salon Open on the face of this planet . I'm at a much cleaner salon now , getting a wonderful pedicure and about to fix the nails that Danny messed up ! read more

I loved this place! I first went in to just accompany my mom (first time being there for the both of us) but as I waiting waiting for her to finish her pedicure. I had the urge to get my nails done but was really hesitant because 1 of my nails is sensitive(I've had really bad experiences else where) but I decided to do it anyway for New Years. Their closing time is at 7pm and I failed to see their time on the door till after they had said yes to taking me at 6:50pm They took me at 6:50 and I was really excited to find out they did coffin shaped nails. The guy took his time and I didn't even need to tell him about my sensitive nail he figured out by me tensing up and he proceeded to be Extra gentle when it came to that nail. I can honestly say the whole experience was pain free ( I'm not one who gets her nails done all the time.. maybe 1 or twice a year) and my nails came out great! I'm really glad I ended up doing them. Next time I will be sure to make a appointment and not be that asshole that decides to get her nails done 10 mins before their closing time (: read more

They are a great no-appointment salon. I did have to wait a bit but they were worth the wait. Tons of Essie and OPI. Also lots of OPI gel colors. They also have a mani pedi menu with all the trims and pickings to choose from. I really loved that they are not pushy about their services and are okay if you get basic services. Holly does a great job on pedicures. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful even though they were buzzing with bussiness. They have only 6 spa chairs so don't be surprised if you come at peak hours and have to wait. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. read more

These guys are the sweetest. They were about to close and still insisted on staying open and doing a fill and color change. I didn't get the nice gentlemen's name but he fixed the botched job I had gotten from a place up the street. They look clean and polished (literally) I will be back from this point on. They not only have colors in gel powder and polish but the also have applicators and colored tips and jewels and I can't wait to experiment in the future Thank you! -Alice read more

i USED to love this place. i was a loyal client for over 2 years and i used to always get my acrylics done by Van and my best friend used to always get her nails done by Jenny. I remember on several occasions towards the end of my run with this place that a man would answer the phone and when I would ask for Van or Jenny, he would tell me that he was Van's cousin and that Van was on vacation and so was Jenny. Mind you.. he said this same thing for more than a month. Stupid me.. when my cousin from Washington came to town I was raving to her about this place and about the amazing shell acrylics that Van did. She and my sister ended up making appointments and got the most RIDICULOUS work done ever. Whoever the idiots were that did my cousin's acrylics and pedicure.. I dont even understand how any could ever certify them to do such a shitty job. They didn't even do shell acrylics.. they used some really horrible glitter. and her pedicure was sloppy. And my poor cousin was charged $85. WTF!! This place has definitely gone down the drain. And it's funny, cuz I just called the shop again to see what they would say about Van and Jenny and the same man answered the phone. Atleast this time he actually admitted that Van and Jenny both moved out over a year ago. If i could give this place NO STARS, I would. unfortunately I had no choice but to give them one. read more

This nail salon IS really the best. They are basically God sent. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't busy. Danny did my manicure that came out absolutely perfect! He was so thorough and paid attention to all detail. Kim did my pedicure and totally amazed me! She took her time to perform SO thoroughly and patiently, yet gently, I've never seen anything like that before! Not a single step was skipped or even rushed in the entire visit. I recommend them so much! You won't want to go anywhere else. read more

I came here to get my nails done before the holidays. There were only 3 people working, but I didn't have to wait very long. They had a great selection of nail polish, especially the gel nail polish. Great pedicure, great foot massage. I would like to improve hygiene rules, e.g. plastic bags in tubs

Made an appointment for late in day during week. Was greeted and taken before my appointment time! I had a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Both ladies were excellent and had great attention to detail. The basic pedicure is just that but very relaxing. Gel manicure is one of the best I have had. For both services the cost was $44. That cannot be beat. Place is not fancy , but it is clean. I will be going back! read more

Let me start by saying I'm extremely picky with my nails... like uber picky. ... and already 've been here twice. Both times I got a gel manicure because that's what I normally get. Both times I was very impressed. These nail spots are a dime a dozen out here in the Valley, however I have yet to find a nail spa that I like. That I feel comfortable in and where the staff is friendly... and this place is definitely all that and more. I haven't gotten a full set or pedicure yet... but gels are my usual go to. They did a great job, very pleased with the results and I actually will be going in tomorrow for my gel mani tp be re done. Thank u. I don't remember who it was that did them but I will update my review with their name. Thanks again . You made a client for life. read more

This place is actually better than most nail salons in the valley. Make sure to come when they're not busy, so make an appointment ahead of time or call before you walk-in. On their not so busy day, they really take their time. The ladies here always make you comfortable and they do a great job. I love their sea salt scrub that comes with a 5 minute massage. It's pricier, but it's like paying for gel for your toes. It's so relaxing so I would get it if I need extra pampering. On their busy days, they still do a decent job, but I was kinda just left alone after two coats of nail polish on my own without a word and I was wondering what happened. The lady fixing my nails had to help someone that needed to do to a quick fix. I just wished I got a head's up. Overall a decent place to go to! read more

Horrible!! Made an appt for 1830, showed up on time, and sat ignored until 1900 when I decided to cut my losses and walk out. There was a guy sitting on his phone, I presumed maybe he didn't work there? Maybe he didn't do nails? Then someone walked in at 1859 (place closes at 1900) asking for a fill in - he put down his phone and proceeded to help her. Really???? What's the point of making an appointment? Place didn't look clean, either. Cut your losses, don't bother read more

I practically fainted right after this visit because I was so weakened by what i experienced. They need to understand that they are in the business of dealing with your health and need to know that this is paramount in this business. THEY ARE an INFERiOR salon They cut into my 93 year old friend's skin THEY CUT HER!!: they work too fast. When you enter (as a walk in)they are aggressive about getting you in that chair. They are so intent on getting those greenbacks that their eyes bug out with $signs. Ahhh, you can see the victory when they receive payment. They are always looking at the door to see another person who will gladly hand over money... We are a different culture and need to be treated gently and get rightful answers to our questions ;and not some stupid made up ones otherwise we get really bad impressions and write unflattering damaging reviews. They don't listen to your questions clearly and have silly responses. Now onto the serious issues: SANITATION!!!!! I DID NOT see nor was convinced that they vigorously clean the foot basin part of the chair..just a splash here and there while looking up and talking. So what did my friend get exposed to when they drew blood or what will the next person get exposed to from soaking your feet in a basin that has been contaminated by hundred of skanky feet...would you mind telling me????? I asked then what they said when they conversed and they just waived their hands. The foot "scraper"; the one that removes callises had been rather worn down and used on the homeless who walk barefoot (yes-who knows)! I asked why mine looked so worn..yes she said they use it more: that they cannot do new every time. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS AND ASK FOR PLASTIC TO LINE THE FOOT BASIN ....IF, YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH. I have always liked that oil they put on the cuticles so I asked what the ingredients are; couldn't tell me he just said go to beauty store...and my again question was the same......another random answer. She (my technician) didn't understand why I asked her if she is using the same pumice bar (looked very used). Well, that didn't help relations a bit and now I was on a mission to call them out. I asked how the "cutters" are sterilized? Again, a quizzical look and then I realized I don't speak the "nail salon" speak. The have a makeshift back room where I was wanting to see the Klieg machine. I didn't want to know. Put your phones down for a minute and observe I think I will take my adorable 93 year old friend to the hospital instead to have her nails cut. She cannot afford an illness of any kind and going to this place is chancing this. Are we in America read more
