I've been to this place many times but this last experience on Saturday 4/25 was beyond disappointing. I got a regular pedicure and asked for the regular treatment with no additions from the menu. The manicurist asked if I wanted my calluses shaved a little and I said, why not, thinking it was part of the process. Little did I know, they'd end up charging me double the cost of what I thought my pedicure would be. Next I got a gel manicure by someone who I believe was relatively new. It seemed to be going well until less than 12 hours later the polish started peeling and my cuticles began to sting and look destroyed. I had been coming to this place for 4 years and would take my mom here. I will say the way we were treated today was absolutely disgusting. I made an appointment for a pedicure for myself and a gel manicure for my mom for my wedding this weekend. My mom has Parkinson's, so moving her around makes it more challenging. Additionally, the strip mall where this nail salon is had only 2 handicap spaces, both of which were occupied. The way that this strip mall parking is set up is a hazard on so many levels but that's a different story. So we had to park in a normal space which was further away from the ramp and that whole process took about 5-10 mins to get her out of the car, onto the wheelchair and into the place. The woman came up to me and told me we were 15 mins late. Mind you, I've been late there before and had been accommodated. But she told me that they are booked and cannot assist us. I said we can wait as there was only one person waiting and that we were late because of the extra time that was required to help my mom get here. And they said no they are booked. I told them just do my mom and I can do a pedicure another day. And they said they couldn't do it and to come back tomorrow. We have come there many times. I tip well despite being overcharged. But it's very clear they didn't want to work with us, specifically my mom who is in a wheelchair. And considering how loyal we have been as customers, to be treated like this was absolutely upsetting. And the worst part was that, when I was trying to open the door while pushing my mom's wheelchair, one of the senior manicurist's came up and just opened the door for us as if to kick us out and add to our humiliation. I cannot begin to tell you how angry I am to have my mom specifically treated this way. We are never going back! And I am going to report them for discrimination! read more

The technician didn't properly remove my old red polish, so it's clearly visible and streaky under the new color. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he couldn't have cared less. I went in to get a gel mani pedi 2 days before I was flying out for vacation. The day after the service, my index finger started peeling off so I went after work so they could fix it. Thankfully they were kind enough to do so. But then the following day, my entire manicure peeled completely off. It didn't last 2 days!!!!! I didn't have time to go back and get it re done because I was flying out, and when I reached out to them, they offered me 20% off my next service. But why would I ever go back? details incoming... came here to fix my DIY disaster, based on pictures online. made a same-day appointment at 11am for 3pm, Don (older gentleman) was available for my nails. i needed 3 tips and brought my own biogel and gel color to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. i told him that i moved to the area and i was looking for a new nail tech after going to the same person for 10 years, and he didn't seem interested in being that person. i felt like the service was very rushed, constant alarms were ringing throughout the service to keep track of time for each customer. my nail beds were drilled (which should NOT happen) and the lamp was so strong, it hurt incredibly bad. it felt like my fingertips were going to burn off, and i'm not being dramatic. he had me dry them one at a time, it hurt even more. i had to put my nail in, take it out when it got too painful, wait, and put it back in each time. i did ask for a different lamp, which was provided, it still hurt slightly less but not by much. i have never experienced that much pain at a nail salon, and he laughed it off and repeated, at least 3 times, "if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work," which made my discomfort worse, and is absolutely not true. i said that my nail tech always does 2-4 coats of the biogel and then drills or buffs it down for smoothness, and i prefer my nails to look thin but be slightly on the thicker side to help prevent breakage from cleaning and daily tasks. he put one coat on and shaped it, so i thought it may be okay but it's definitely too thin and i have to be careful of everything i do and touch until i get them done again in 2-3 weeks. two days in, my pointer finger has already cracked on the side. my nails were cut and filed too thin but it was too late to fix it because they are my natural nails. i asked him to cut my cuticles, but he put oil on and told me i didn't need it. i didn't ask his opinion, i told him what i wanted and he made an excuse not to do it. i used a reference picture from their own site/instagram + he said he couldn't do it without doing dip powder. i told him i don't like dip, but i brought my own opi color gel, and if he could ombré the french with airbrush, it would be similar enough to the photo. he seemed displeased with my requests, didn't seem to like that i brought my own products so i couldn't be upcharged too much, and was clearly talking about me multiple times with other coworkers (older woman). Benny did a great job with the signature pedicure, took his time with everything + attention to detail. however one of my toenails is noticeably crooked and the foot/leg massage was shorter than expected, which is what i look forward to the most. the moment i complimented my massage, he stopped to grab a towel. they have comfortable pedicure chairs with sanitary bags for the bowls, the chairs for hands are old and scratched up, and it wasn't clear how sanitary they were or were not. slightly pricier than expected, $85 for nails and $65 for toes. i was quoted $60 for pedicure with french on the phone, ended up getting a signature pedicure solid color and it was $65. it would be helpful if prices were listed online. i do feel they want to: get you in and out, do what they want rather than what you want; they don't have set prices until you walk in. i understand that the service depends on how a clients nails look, how much repair they need, etc., but they should be more clear with pricing, and the fact that they don't care if they hurt you, or if you have a certain request, they make you feel like a difficult client. i wanted ombré french nails, provided my own biogel and color, and wanted them slightly thicker to prevent damage which yes would take likely 20-30 min more. i didn't ask for any super unique design that would take an extraordinary amount of time and effort, very basic requests. and i always tip well (25-50+%) based on service. i only tipped $10 each here for courtesy. they constantly have timers going off so i feel they are more focused on time than anything. i may give another person a shot here because it seems like they are capable of providing quality work, but i was looking for someone i could consistently come to since i am a loyal customer. i went to my last nail tech for 10 years and she took her time (2-3 hrs nails, 1-1.5 hrs toes) and never caused any pain. she also would take extra time to give the best service and results, and i was hoping to find someone similar here. they made me feel like they just wanted to get the job done and didn't care if i returned as a client, and i was mindful to be very patient and kind regardless of how they made me feel. my nails look good, they don't look bad, but it felt extremely painful, cracked in 2 days, and it's not exactly what i wanted and i really wanted to love this place! salon aesthetic: 4/5 service: 1.5/5 quality of work: 2/5 (rushed, painful + didn't listen) pricing: 2.5/5 sugar coated nails: 2.5/5 read more

It's so rare I go to a nail salon because I do my nails myself. Sometimes, once in a long while I want to get them professionally done. I came without an appointment (but I suggest making an appointment) and they were able to assist me. I wanted a regular pedicure and acrylic gel nails done. I was done with the pedicure within half an hour. I waited a little bit (again because I didn't have an appointment) for Bee to be free. She did my nails so cute and I absolutely love them. Again, I don't get my nails done so I kind of felt duped when I was paying. I was told it was $30 for a regular pedicure with regular polish and when I was paying it was $10 more because of something I didn't understand what. Of course, if I'm getting a service done it has to be clear between client and business of pricing so there are no surprises. I got a surprise when I paid. Whatever. The gel manicure and pedicure came out great but the eyebrow waxing that followed although the technique was fine left me with irritation of my skin above my eyebrows it's red, puffy, and a little itchy at times. I already tried to tell the business about it after my appointment on 11/15 and they asked me to send pictures which I did but they didn't get back to me like they said they would.
