Julie the owner is fast and doesn't cut corners. Had time to kill and wanted a polish change, and she was able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes with a fresh coat of gel polish. Best of all if you love dogs, you're gonna love this nail salon. Molly, the owner's dog will greet you when you walk in with the cutest lil growl (not threatening at all) and the place is adorned with pillows with Molly's face on them They also offer other services listed on their page. read more

Honestly disappointed. My left hand was ok. & my right hand was horrible. The nails were so bulky. Definitely not applied correctly. I'm no nail tech. But I've never had nails this bad. Not squared at all. Absolutely terrible. First time & won't be returning. I got tired of asking for a fix. It kept getting worse and worse. Not a friendly place either. read more

Made an appointment, arrived a little early. Started with 1 last them she had another appointment but had another lady finish. One of the toenails was cut totally crooked from last number 1. I only go for a pedi like 2 times a year before a trip so this was a special thing for me. But other than that they are all nice, of course, and the place is clean. read more

I've been coming here for 5 years and the staff is great. They always make sure to take their time and ensure everything is done well. My sister has inside jokes with them which makes coming in more comfortable. I've seen their encounters with other clients as well and they are always treating everyone great. I'm always very happy with my manicure and pedicure here. Sometimes I come in not knowing what design or color I want and their advice never fails to disappoint. Highly recommend. read more

You guys. The nail technicians here are just phenomenal. I've been going to another salon a bit closer to me and have had mixed experiences. But when they're booked I always turn to this place. No more. I'm happy to drive a little further to get this kind of quality. My nails turn out flawless EVERY single time, no matter who does them. I had a young man do them today (I can't remember his name!!! Ahhh) and I'm just floored. The attention to detail is amazing. Can't wait to be back. (Ps. My toes turned out great too, but the foot massage was maybe 30 seconds on each foot? ... Doesn't matter though. The manicures are worth it.) read more

Best place to get your nails done. My wife loves it here and raves about it all the time. They are so kind and respectful and very quick.

Two stars because my pedicure was decent ! The lady that did my pedicure just wouldn't shut up!! I mean the whole 40 minutes she was blabbering away . It's so annoying to hear that ugly language when you're trying to relax . It's also very rude ! The pedicure was $20 which is $2 more than what I normally pay , its not about the 2 bucks when you're getting a good service. She just didn't shut up the whole time! Ugh ... I'll not go back . There are too many nail places around . read more

I have been to this salon several times since its very close to my house. I would go here because it was more convenient and on my way home most times. I have always known its more expensive than I have EVER paid but I took into account the convenience. a few dollars no problem. I went NYE 12/31/19. I have been going to another salon for like 6 months to get Dipping Powder nails. $38 (OMBRE) I called ahead and made appointment asked the price. Julia said $45. i agreed to that even though it was $7 more than my other salon. When I arrived She asked what color i said the OMBRE,she said ok just show them your picture of what you want. I picked out a nail sample of OMBRE that was white w/ blue tips. The lady that ended up helping me was filing the powder off my nails and cut my cuticle pretty bad.I dont care that happens. As you can see from the picture my nails DID NOT turn out white with blue tips. :( They are PINK with some blue glitter at the tips- but I didnt want to sit there for almost 3 hours to have them fix it. THEN when came to pay, she said $60!!! I said What? I turned to Julia and said that's not what you said on the phone. she said you didnt tell me you wanted OMBRE. I replied with "when you asked me what color and I said OMBRE??? knowing that it costs $15 MORE. You think you wouldve told me that" A few dollars more ok but $20 more than other salons...her response was well its 2 colors and our costs are high. I am the client that will sit there for over 2 hours while they help other people in between me because i am a very patient person and this is the thanks that I get. It sucks but lesson learned!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN read more

They way they treat clients is not proper at all. They responded so rude and did not pay attention to what i wanted to do. The lady did whatever she wanted to do and I totally didnt like her job. worst customer service ever! I will never go again. read more

Seriously??!!!!! $30.00 for a Pedi?? I was offered a flip a packet of pedicures with some special options available (callous remover stone massage et cetera) but nothing was less than $30!!! I settled for the $30 pedicure with callus remover which was nice but nothing more than my old nail salon did for probably six dollars extra on top of the $19 pedicure. Yes the place is clean, the guy was good- but none of it was $30 good!! Wow! Lesson learned. read more

I love Capri Nails! The place is clean, has great options, the techs are well trained and do a good job. The place doesn't smell at all like most nail salons. The price is good and very reasonable to this area. I was blown away by this place and decided to write a review because they close at 7pm and I got there at 6:59pm and the owner called back a tech so my sister and I can get our nails done. Most places stop taking walk ins 30 mins before and most don't care enough to wait to open back up... so thankful they did!!! Excellent service and they have won me over. read more

Horrible costumer service , yes they rip off be aware! The manager is rude and all other stuff who works there barely speak English. I arrived and was not welcome , I stood there for a few minutes till the manager asked me what I want. then I waited another 15 minutes for the appointment . The service wasn't the best The edges are not even filled , the pedicure is sloppy. the worst of all , the manager argue with me about the price and raised her voice in front of everyone . She switched her price very quickly from $8 to $20 with what you call ' hidden fees' ... They don't care about happy costumers . AVOID THIS PLACE read more

RIP OFF!!!! I want to start off by saying the actual mani and pedi jobs deserve 4 stars, but....BEWARE!!! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. I had printed up a coupon offline for $10 off a mani/pedi service. We waited 15 minutes even though I made an appointment. The people who worked there were terse, rude, and spoke barely any English (including the manager). So, when they asked what I thought was "Do you want callous removed? Do you want massage?" "Of course!" I said. This is a pedicure, after all. As did my friend. They failed to mention to mention that EACH additional service was TEN DOLLARS PER PERSON. When it came time to pay not only would they only honor the coupon for one of us (since I didn't print two I guess?) But the total was $90 when I was expecting $40. The workers there were sneaky and borderline dishonest. I was so irritated that I didn't tip- and that means a lot for me. read more

This is the best nail salon in the Valley, they do a great job and are very friendly with all customers. The owner Julia is great. A couple negative reviews were I believe left by customers by mistake, because there are a couple other "Capri" nail places further west. Don't believe the negative reviews, this place is awesome and they have a lot of happy regular customers. read more

Wow, never been to a place with worse service. I came in for a acrylic removal and the lady was rude and asked mr to wait. After waiting a guy came and helped me out. He said nothing and was rushing and even buffed at my cuticles. He forcefully used a tip to get my nails off even though they were tight. They even charge a $1 card fee. So stupid. Don't come here, read more

I was told when I walked in I could get both a manicure and a pedicure for $30 to which I agreed. During the pedicure I was asked if I would like the callous (dead skin) removed too, which I said yes. The question seemed weird because isn't the removal of dry skin apart of the pedicure? Apparently not at Capri Nails & Spa. When she was finished with everything I was told I owed forty dollars. I said no, I was told $30. She said yes but you have the callous removed that is another $10. I wasn't happy that they slipped another fee in with asking if I agree to pay an additional $10. I ended paying without an arguement but I won't be back. read more

I love this place! They are consistently amazing, and such perfectionist when it comes to nails. I travel to get my nails done here because I am always walking out happy with their work. I have the get the callus treatment because my feet are so terrible, they are even better than the podiatrist I see back home. I highly reccomend this place read more

thy are plenty of good salons , just not this one. The staff are loud, they don't speak English , and They actually fight with the costumers. But the worst part - they give one price and double it when you are ready to pay . I Cant believe they got some good reviews... it doesn't make sense. read more

This place is AMAZING! I was recommended to here by my sister, and I can't believe how wonderful this salon is. I have painful ingrown on both my toes and Kye, took the pain away with ease! I feel absolutely no pain anymore and while he was taking the ingrown out I felt no pain at all. I felt comfortable and the staff is super friendly and funny! If our are looking for a perfect salon, look no more because this place is it! Also, get the scrub! They massage you with a nice orange citrus scrub and squeeze hot oranges. Very disappointed in the gel manicure and regular pedicure received at Capril Nails. For starters, the man and woman who performed the mani/pedi are not personable at all. My nails are uneven and there are some bubbles in the gel. Also, the wrong color was applied for my pedicure and they tried to get away with just painting over it with the correct color. read more
