Amazing service! Very professional and VERY REASONABLY priced! They have a great selection of Essie and OPI polish, all the new colors and gels as well. It was very clean and the service was great! Don't believe the negative reviews from idiots that have obviously never visited a nail salon! Everyone knows that spa mani pedi is more expensive and special callus removal is extra - and not even that much more let me tell you! Regular mani pedi is $25 and spa mani pedi in the massage chair is only $30! You can't beat that! The women were very gentle and spoke perfect English. They took their time and delivered a very expensive looking result. I took my mom who had not had a pedicure in years and there were no extra charges for scrubbing her feet! I can only imagine how high maintanence the person is who wrote the previous review. We had a very enjoyable experience and the women getting gels were also thrilled with their result. This is my favorite place for pedicures. I request for Kelly each time and receive nothing less than an excellent, clean & beautiful job. I have not done a manicure yet but I am going in for some gels next time. Love the girls here. Kelly & Julia are so sweet, they talk with you or you can come in to relax. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady was so horrible broke my nail that I had been growing out within 2 seconds. She was so rough. I started bleeding and my finger was literally throbbing/in pain and she didn't give a shit. Wish I never came in here. Their rude, careless, and I could do a better job with my eyes closed. Let me just start by saying I've been coming to Capri Nails for 8 years now. And for those of you who know how difficult it is to find a continuous relationship with any kind of salon, you know this is true dedication. The relationship and trust I've been able to build with the staff at Capri Nails is one like no other. I've been doing gel here for about 6 years straight, every 2-3 weeks religiously! Nails are not brittle, nor weak. In my opinion, they've actually never been thicker and healthy. Julia truly knows the art for nails and the rest of the staff can always get my pedicure just right. I love this place. Was lucky enough to be invited here by a friend a couple of years ago, and I've been back pretty regularly. The owner is amazing, and she's one of the few people I've really enjoyed chatting with during mani/pedi- she's super smart and remembers everyone, and she does the best job. The staff is capable and sweet, and the place is always clean and inviting. Anytime I've had an issue (rare, and always my fault because i'm a klutz) they've fixed me up asap. Rip off ..customers beware ..they make up prices when you are finished. Went in for a polish change on my acrylic nails prices on menu was $6 and $8 ...After quickly finishing them less than 10 minutes no joke she charged me $10 I asked why your prices are 6-8 and she said it was because I had acrylics!! Really !! She had to do more work wow! I argued with the manager and she said that's what we charge I told her she needs to say that on the menu then ..so what is the 6 and 8 $ for ??? I came to do eyebrows and lip waxing and the girl told me $20 when I looked on the menu i saw its cost $18 i ask the girl why she lie to me by the price and she said " its the old menu" all the spa was full with this menu!!! This place is by far the most friendly nail salon I have ever been to. The owner is incredible. She learns your name right away, by the second time coming in, she greets you by name. So welcoming and the service is great! I always walk out with beautiful nails, never a flaw in the polish, and the manicure is gentle and exactly what I ask for. A little pricey with their gel manicures, but its worth it because they are beyond amazing. They treat you as a friend instead of a customer. The salon is always clean, smells fresh, and I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment to start. Capri Nails just has a new owner and her name is Julia. She use to worked at Heavenly Nails and had just taken over the old Capri Nails salon. The place look great after she remodeled it. She does great work on your mani and pedi. If you want a great Gel job then she is the one to go to, but make sure call for appointment because it is very hard for her to take you if you walk in, but she will go all the way to accomodate your schedule (what a nice girl). I've been coming to Julia for 8 years now. She's absolutely amazing and I refuse to go to anyone else!!

I came in on a Wednesday night about 10 minutes before they closed . Ana took me with no hesitation and everyone was really nice . However , I got a gel & acrylic full set ... The next day my gel polish began chipping off . So I went back Ana fixed it no problem . The next day my middle finger nail broke , came back again Ana fixed it with no problem . Two days later my thumb fingernail and ring fingernail broke . Now I am a make up artist , I don't do anything rough with my hands . My nails actually always last about three weeks with no chipping or broken nails . My normal nail lady is out of town so I tried this place . Anyway , Ana is very nice but her craftsmanship is very poor . I have been back 3 times and I refuse to go back for her to fix them and they break again . I just have to wait for my normal lady to return . I am very upset that I have to go around with two broken nails that I just got redone . read more

I live very close by and every once in awhile when I can't get to my normal nail salon, I stop in to see if anything has changed at Capri Nails, but not surprisingly they are still rude (especially the man who works here) and they never enough people working. The ladies who work here are super friendly, the salon is super clean and they have a huge variety of colors. I liked my pedicure - although for a "spa" pedi I didn't get much of a "spa" feel (i.e. no real scrub or special lotion) and the gel nails I got (and I know I am picky) were fine and I liked that they didn't file the top of my nail to make it rough before they applied the gel - but I do have a problem with the gel - when they applied it - the line along my nail bed (where my cuticle is) is not very neat or curved evenly so after about a week of the gels growing out - the gel that was on the cuticle (where it should not have been in the first place) started to lift and peel... kind of annoying when I ended up spending about $55 on a mani pedi. I like this place and the customer service is what got it a 4 stars but i definitely won't be coming back. read more

I go for a Mani/Pedi to relax and get my nails done, this place is a combat zone with nice equipment, the Owner/Julia is horribly unprofessional up front ranting and bitching to people on the phone and the employees working on customers. Its impossible to relax here! The man she has working there cant understand English, so he ruined my nails. I read the other reviews and I have to AGREE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Id rather pay twice as much to be able to relax and know that the business would respect clients and be professional. read more
