My appointment was with Riley, who I understand is also the manager, which made my experience even more disappointing. There was no consultation whatsoever before she started. Riley never asked how I normally wear my brows, what shape I wanted, or whether I wanted my brow hairs trimmed. My brows were naturally full with longer hairs, and she trimmed them extremely short and tweezed them, completely changing the look of my eyebrows. If she had simply asked me beforehand, I would have made it very clear that I wanted to keep my brows full and did not want the hairs cut this short. The service is listed as approximately 20 minutes, but I was in the chair for about 8 minutes. The entire appointment felt rushed, especially for a first-time client. I left extremely disappointed, and now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back. For a first-time client, I believe there should have been a consultation before making such a noticeable change to my brows--especially when the person providing the service is also the manager. Sadly, this was not the experience I expected after reading the reviews, and I would not return for eyebrow services.

During my first few brow sessions with Ronnie my brows turned out great. I prefer fuller brows which was what I got the first few times. She normally leaves the center of the brow full and I've discussed how that's important to me. This time she waxed all the way to the center of the brow. To me it seems like she took off more than she has before. She's also filled them in at each of my previous appointments, but she didn't this time. I drive pretty far for this appointment and pay more than double what my previous brow artist charged for peace of mind that my brows would turn out well. Because Ronnie specializes in thicker brows I expected to have consistency with how my brows were waxed. Unfortunately, that's not what I got so I'll be looking for a new brow artist.

I had a brow threading appointment scheduled for 2 PM that I booked three weeks in advance at my last service. I'm also taking a trip tomorrow, which is why I made sure to book my appointment ahead of time. At 10:30 AM, I reached out to confirm that the brow lamination and tint were included with my appointment. They responded that the brow artist (the owner) who was scheduled to do my brow threading had to leave early for the day and asked me to come in at 12 PM or 1 PM instead. I explained that I would not be able to make either of those times because I had already planned my day around the 2 PM appointment, which I had booked weeks in advance. I ultimately rearranged my workday and moved several things around so I could make the appointment, especially since this was such a last-minute change on their end. I drove 30 minutes in the middle of the day to get there and arrived at approximately 1:20 PM. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't see me because I wasn't able to make the 1 PM time and arrived at 1:20 PM instead. Before I even arrived, they had already told me over text that the only option would be to reschedule for Wednesday because they were closed on Tuesdays. I explained that this was not a realistic option because I'll be taking a trip tomorrow and that I should have been given more notice about the schedule change instead of being asked to rearrange my day at the last minute. Now, at 4 PM the day before my trip, I'm left scrambling to find a new place to get my brows done, which has added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. I have never had an issue with the quality of their work, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As a business owner, your number one priority should be taking care of your customers, especially long-term customers who have supported your business for years. Instead, the only response I received was essentially, "We changed your appointment, and it's your fault that you couldn't make it within the timeslot we provided 2 hours prior so we can't see you." It goes to show that as the business has grown, the level of care and consideration for long-term clients has gone down. I understand that things come up, but as a business owner, she should have been the one accommodating me or trying to figure out a solution rather than leaving me hanging after the changes were made on their side. After six years of being a customer, I expected much more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not be returning, giving this place my business, or recommending it to others.

STOP SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PREJUDICE. I walk into an empty salon, they ask me what i want to get done, i told them I wanted both my nails done and a pedicure. She says okay, one minute, speaks in another language I cant understand, then says "sorry we are really busy and booked until 8 pm can you come back then?" I looked around at the empty chairs once again and walked out. Less than 5 minutes later I called their number, and asked to book a manicure and pedicure and what they had available today. She asked if I can come in 10-15 minutes that would be fine. I said "really? Because i just left there" she said "okay so what time can you come in 10 minutes at 2pm or do you want to come at 2:30/3?" I said "no, im not coming. I just there and asked for a mani and pedi and you said you were completely booked until 8pm, i wont be coming back there and i will be writing a review on yelp." It was a good experience? EXCEPT that a gel manicure should last longer than a regular manicure which is why it is much more expensive to get than a regular mani. Well, to my surprise my gel mani came apart and chipped the next day! Which is completely unbelievable to me as I have been getting gel manis for years and this is the first time it ever chipped on me and on the next day!!!! Really really disappointing! I will have them fix it tomorrow but will I come most likely not! Will I ever recommend them definitely a BIG NO!!!! read more

I was not a customer I was a passer by and I saw an amazing act of of kindness from an employee of somesort that restores faith in humanity. I saw an elderly women leaving the establishment and one of the workers escorted her to her car and helped her get in her vehicle when there was someone there to pick her up. I don't think I have to say more except the place is dirty, dusty, and not friendly at all. I do not recommend, and yes I paid $36 for a manicure and tipped, why in the world did I do that ? Never coming back- please learn how to treat customers better and not force your unhappy son to do something he hates doing.
