Bonus, she also used brown lash dye which is a game changer. I am fair skinned and my lashes are really fair, most places only have blue/black dye which I don't mind but they don't look natural. Chinh had brown dye and fully supported me requesting she use it. Believe it or not, I have been to places before that would not use brown dye on my lashes. I was super eager to try lash extensions and Chinh was kind enough to do a trial test of a few lashes with me. They looked amazing, but we both agreed that the lash lift would be the better fit for what I needed. However, I want to go back next week to get some lash extensions lol. The whole process too less than an hour and a half. I parked in the TJ Maxx/TJ lot as they have 90 min free parking. My advice is if you call Chinh and don't get an answer, keep calling and following up. She is a busy woman, but will answer eventually.

I've been getting my brows waxed by Ronnie for a few months. At my last appointment when I arrived…read moreat the salon only one car was in the parking lot, I asked if she was the only one working and she said a few other girls were there. I never saw another person in the salon, that's not to say they definitely weren't there but had I known the salon was normally closed on Sundays I would have scheduled another day. The appointment was available on her scheduler like any normal appointment. Conversation also seemed in my opinion inappropriate and unprofessional. During my first few brow sessions with Ronnie my brows turned out great. I prefer fuller brows which was what I got the first few times. She normally leaves the center of the brow full and I've discussed how that's important to me. This time she waxed all the way to the center of the brow. To me it seems like she took off more than she has before. She's also filled them in at each of my previous appointments, but she didn't this time. I drive pretty far for this appointment and pay more than double what my previous brow artist charged for peace of mind that my brows would turn out well. Because Ronnie specializes in thicker brows I expected to have consistency with how my brows were waxed. Unfortunately, that's not what I got so I'll be looking for a new brow artist.

I walked in and the girl at the reception desk looked up at me then back down at her phone. No greeting. Nothing. Finally I said "hi I'm Sarah, I have an appointment" and she pointed to a chair indicating I should sit and wait. A few minutes later another lady comes and tells me to sit in a different seat. She didn't introduce herself or ask me any questions. She started aggressively combing my brows and I basically was like "hi, I think you're threading first? please keep my brows as full as possible." She nodded then proceeded to thread off basically my entire eyebrows. Without a word, she then applied a solution to my brows and walked away. Normally, at any type of beauty treatment, the person explains what they are doing eg "ok I'm applying this keratin solution which will stay on for X minutes" -- no. There was nothing. I had no idea what was happening. Eventually the lady stopped touching my face and announced we were done. She gave me a spoolie. I looked in the mirror and was shocked. My brows were threaded into oblivion with an unnatural arch. Nothing else about them was different. Now almost four weeks later my brows are still patchy and look terrible.
