I came here the last 2 times for my nails. I got a gel nail set and a fill, the service was always slow and so I'd have to go back to have my nails finished, because of that yesterday I decided to go to a new place so they removed all my nails and under my nails I had greenies (fungus) on my nails. I got the fungus here, this is the only place I was going to prior. So I came in yesterday to tell them politely, hey look at my nails I have greenies and I came here the last 2 times and the small lady in the from with the WIG that has blonde highlights started arguing with me saying it wasn't them, but what else or who else could have caused it when I only came here. If the lady wasn't so rude when I came to give them advise so other people don't get fungus in their nails after coming here then I wouldn't even be leaving this review.

Got my nails done with Tina and she was the most rude and condescending nail tech I've ever come across. Because I requested builder gel she was buffing off my nails but was cutting into my nail bed and taking off multiple layers. When I told her if she could be more gentle and take off less since it was painful she said she had to do it as part of the process. I told her I understood but just wanted it gentle and she said that I should look for another nail tech. She continued to be passive aggressive and rude and kept cutting me off. Never going again and don't recommend anyone get their nails done here. First picture is what I got, you can see my red nail beds and the cuts the drill made under the nail polish. Second picture is a couple of days ago when I went to get my nails done again (different place). The lady buffed gently for builder gel again and under that you could still see the deep cuts Tina made prior.

After coming here for almost 10 years, I recently found out that Kody sold the place. I decided to give it a chance but I'm so disappointed. I'm sorry to the new owner but I won't be coming back. And to pay $44 for this?? No thank you.

I'm so sad there was a change in management and staff. The quality of service I enjoyed for 3 years is no longer here. I like that they hand water, but the work needs quality. Unfortunately I went in and saw someone other than my go-to tech (Jenny) because she wasn't working & I really needed a mani & pedi after having a baby. Because it was just basic services, I figured it couldnt go bad. Wrong. Tammy did my REGULAR manicure and regular pedicure. She cut me pretty bad (pictured), didn't even acknowledge it, and couldn't apply my color, I had her do it twice and it didn't look good, I asked her to remove it. Yes my feet looked like that AFTER visiting. My hands weren't as bad in comparison to my toes but they didn't look professionally done either. She's a nice person, but not a good nail tech. I was charged $65 which is what I use to pay for a GEL manicure and a regular pedicure. It was my first outing postpartum-I felt like crying lol. Definitely not returning. I hope changes are made.

Terrible customer service. I take appointment around 11 o'clock for 1:30 I came before 1:30 and Tomy take walkin customer before me she went to do another service for walkin customer I ignored my appointment she didn't show up. I am very disappointed this is worst customer service ignoring customer. No respect. Do not waste your time they don't care appointments. Terrible I don't recommend at all don't go there ! read more

Got my nails done with Tina and she was the most rude and condescending nail tech I've ever come across. When I told her if she could be more gentle and take off less since it was painful she said she had to do it as part of the process. I told her I understood but just wanted it gentle and she said that I should look for another nail tech. She continued to be passive aggressive and rude and kept cutting me off. I've been coming to this nail salon for about 2 years now. I always call to beforehand to make an appointment, but lately even though they tell me there's availability I end up spending a little over 3 hours. I always get the same thing. Regular pedi plus gel acrylic nails on my hands. I think for the price they are charging the least they can do for the people that have appointments is to take care of them as most of them are loyal customers. I guess is time to look somewhere else. read more

I went here about 2 weeks ago with my step mom and got a set of acrylics and a pedicure and normally by now they would have chipped or grown out noticeably but nothing!! This is honestly one of the best nail salons I have ever been to! They were nice, courteous and made both my nails and my stepmom Kim's gel mani - pedi look amazing. For all you bad reviewers out there-- poo poo because they were affordable and fast. I will be coming for my fill soon and highly recommended this wonderful nail salon!! read more

Had an awesome pedicure here yesterday with Vivian. She was a delight and didn't hurt me. The receptionist was very sweet. I told him I couldn't make an appointment and had to come in person to ask if they could take me. He said it wasn't a problem and had me wait until a booth was open. Overall, I got a comfortable vibe and the massage in the chair was very relaxing. Lots of free parking nearby. Bring cash and if they don't answer get off and ask if they have availability. Pedicure without frills cost me $21. Lots of tvs available for watching and great color selection. Nice treatment of customers. read more

The customer service was good but because I went late I waited about 30 mins for service then what I asked for was 25$ more which I had no problem but the lady that insisted wanted to do them another color I wanted the Crome color originally. Not sure if the clear is common never had them done like this and to top it off she insisted on doing a design which I did not want but she insisted. My total was $87.00 for these nails I really didn't think it was worth the price but again not sure. I didn't get what I asked for. I was too tired to stay longer to correct this. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would! Terrible ! I asked for almond shape nails and the lady who did them Could not get the shape right. My frustration came from the fact that she didn't know and ruined the nails. I would've preferred her saying she didn't know how to do almond shape than making me waste my time in giving her a chance to try and fix them. I spent over two hours for a pedi and full set after her daughter tried to fix them. Which she did but not the best I've gotten. Will not be going back! Ever again .... Not a fancy place but the ladies did great work. I had May. She was gentle and took her time in getting my nails like I wanted even though it was a busy Saturday and they were running behind. Been here an hour waiting for guy to show up for my 10:15 appointment. Then they say another 15 minutes. Waited. Not here. Outta here and won't be back . They say yes to everyone who walks through the four so people are stacked up waiting... for hours. Don't fall for their trick of putting you in a chair and soaking your feet while you wait an hour or more. read more

My niece's tech was named Bella, and she did awesome all around. She was really nice and easy to converse with, as she kept my niece engaged throughout the duration of her time there. Her knowledge about all of the different types of finishes and nail options helped immensely, as I don't know much about that. Even my niece learned about a few new things. So one of my friends comes here & seen her nails and I really liked them so she recommended this place. So I call and make an appointment my appointment was at 4 PM and I waited for 30 minutes, I pick my color for my nails and my nail tech says "oh there's a girl in front of you she was just waiting in the car and I thought she left." So I waited 30 minutes and I went to another nail tech, and she said "I'm not gonna do short nails they look ugly" and I didn't say anything because I wanted to see what she was going to do, I was looking at them as I was washing my hands and liked them and then another nail tech painted my nails I noticed that one of them was put on crooked and four of my nails were filed crooked they were not straight. Yesterday was my first time getting my nails there with my best friend. Everything they did to make me feel comfortable, they did it. I couldn't stand the smell of the nail polish. So they gave me a mask. They offered me water. Talked about how exactly we wanted our nails. Everything was a great experience. I am LOVING my nails they did for me, and I was like the last one in the salon, when they were closing up. I thought they were gonna rush up on me; But no, they still took their time to get my nails perfect for me. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORKERS. And I'll see them again soon! I highly recommend this salon. I recently visited Sky Nail Spa for a pedicure and found the experience to be overall positive. The location is convenient for me and the prices are fair. The younger girls working there are very skilled and efficient, but some of the older ladies can be a bit slower and less detailed.
