I came across Waterfall Nail Spa while I was out doing my taxes, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and all the ladies were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Bella did my bio gel set, and she was amazing--so detailed, precise, and surprisingly fast without rushing the quality. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be coming back, and if you're not sure who to book with, seriously ask for Bella--you won't regret it. I think I just found my new nail tech!

Service at times can be a hit or miss, for the most part it's been good. This recent service though was quite painful, as the tech was pretty rough on the pedicure. The tech cut my left toenails shorter than my left toenails, and when hard on my cuticles, spent almost 2hrs on my pedicure. I noticed she starte doing gel when I had said regular and appeared to get upset with me... guess I had chosen a color that was off of a gel book and I was unaware. Hoping next time is better as I have had in the past.

Took my niece here to get a gel manicure, after a recommendation from a friend. The place looked very sanitary and they seemed to take their cleanliness seriously. My niece's tech was named Bella, and she did awesome all around. She was really nice and easy to converse with, as she kept my niece engaged throughout the duration of her time there. Her knowledge about all of the different types of finishes and nail options helped immensely, as I don't know much about that. Even my niece learned about a few new things. It was a stress-free experience, and it's nice to know we have a place that we like to go to from now on. I'll be passing along the favor and recommending it to others as well. read more

Trying a new nail spot closer to work and I'm so happy I gave them a chance! The salon is super bright, clean, and inviting. I loved the entrance and easy self check-in process. They also had SO many color choices, designs, and service options. Honestly, I almost wished I still had long nails because the display sets were absolutely gorgeous lol Henry was my technician and he was amazing -- very attentive and helpful without being pushy at all. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. I even brought my own nail polish and he did a fantastic job with it! I was so comfy I nearly fell asleep I think I officially found my new favorite nail place and I can't wait to come back! read more

Thank you Bella for the best service! I usually drive all the way to Burbank at my go to spot but lately they have let me down, so I am glad I decided to stay local and walk into this little shop. I had not been here in years but glad I walked in and met my new nail bestie, Bella! She gave me a beautiful classic mani but I am definitely cominf back for gel x or acrylics. As a customer of this nail salon, I had a very bad experience. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional, and the equipment and salon did not appear clean or sanitary. I came in only to remove existing gel polish, but during the process my nails were injured. Even when I expressed that I was in pain, my concerns were not respected. As a result, the nails on both of my hands became damaged, very sensitive, and painful. Because of this experience, I will not return to this salon and would not recommend it to others. read more

Tracy did not know what she was doing, she wasted my time. When I called I was told it would $55 for a fill gel x set and when I got charged they said it $65 for a terrible job!!! This place is so dirty! What a joke!! Never again! read more

I've had good experiences here but tbh the bad out weigh the good. The work is inconsistent between all the nail techs. I got a gel pedicure today and felt a lot of painful pinching with the cuticle cutters and when he got a little gel polish on my skin he tried using the cuticle clipper to pinch it off my skin and did pinch me with them. I also arrived wearing shorts and a tank top because it is 100 degrees outside and one of the ladies tried to put a towel on my lap and felt like she was trying to cover me up but it is very hot outside. Perhaps she was trying to be nice but it was a little off putting. Probably won't be coming back :( read more

This is my first time experiencing something like this and I'm disturbed. There was so many more that kept crawling in and out from under the pedicure chair AND crawling on the chair too!!! There was even one right by my sandals. I feel bad because I don't want to ruin anyone's business, but this is unacceptable if you're paying money for services. :( read more

I never write reviews but I thought I would let people know because it's crazy. I called this place to ask how much it was a builder gel and they said $60 plus whatever design you get. I told her a wanted a black French tip and maybe add a little Halloween design. She ended up doing design in every nail. Don't get me wrong it's cute and she was nice. But she had to call her boss for the price when she was done. I would just like to know how it ended up being $133 when her boss wasn't even there!! I never thought I would end up playing $133 for a short design set. It's crazy. I paid it no problem and still tipped because I was in shock. But the more I think about it it's insane. First and last time I will be at the place. Please make sure to ask the price before the do your nails! read more

They have poor service ...I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt time and time again. Over the years they never got better. Pure disappoint. One issue I'm always having is that the end result always looks like it could have used more work. Last week I came in for a new set of GelX nails and lazily he offered me a fill instead. Anyone that knows anything about cosmetology knows that fills are for ACRYLIC NAILS ONLY. I should have known things were going downhill from there. After getting my nails done in less than 24 hours I have 3 broken nails in the same place he tried to "fix them". Truly distasteful and I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere if you want quality and great service. Won't be coming back here again EVER. Made me feel like I got used for a quick buck. Well, I deeply regret rolling into that first chair on a Wednesday. The technician--who I'm assuming is named Michaela, based on my receipt--immediately pointed out random grey hairs on my face. Uh, thanks? I told her never mind (and THANK GOODNESS I did, but we'll get to that). She finishes my brows, hands me the mirror, and I take a quick glance. And my first thought? 'Oh great, you just mowed off all my eyebrows like we're back in the '90s.' Still, I chalk it up to my fault for not specifying that I just needed a cleanup. Usually, they ask--she didn't--but given the inconsistency here, I figured I'd just have better luck next time. So, I take my L, pay, and leave. But then I get to my car. I take a closer look and--what in the actual--my brows are not only pencil-thin, but I have visible blood and cuts (see photo). W.T.F.?! She didn't say a single word about this! I have dry skin, but I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 20 years, and this has NEVER happened. And to make matters worse, I have a big presentation at work tomorrow, so now, instead of just filling in these razor-thin brows (which is extra fun when you naturally have thick ones), I also have to figure out how to cover up these cuts and avoid a scab situation. What was she even doing that low on my eyebrow?! At this point, the inconsistency is just too much. While some of the techs know what they're doing, beware--you might just walk out of here looking like Edward Scissorhands had a field day with your brows.

DON'T LET THE YOUNG BOY GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR TOES!! I wasn't going to write this review and let it slide but just yesterday I had to go to the hospital because my toe was swollen and I was in so much pain. I always get a signature pedicure and this boy demanded me to do the orange delight instead which I emphasize I DID NOT WANT. Lord behold he did it anyway and I had to pay for it. He also had long nails which pierced into my toes, I told him his nails were hurting me and in response, he cut the side of my toenails which caused me to bleed. He put a blue liquid on it and didn't even apologize for it... To make matters worst he decided to have a conversation on his phone MID PEDICURE!?! I sat there watching my toe bleed and then he touched my toe with the same hand he touched his dusty phone. A week later I ended up in the hospital with an infection. I do not believe this boy sanitized his tools properly. The only reason I am giving this place two stars is that I like the other staff members here. The lady and the old man are genuinely professional and I would hate to see a business get ruined because of a kid. After 7 loyal years, I will have to find somewhere else to do my pedicures... He is probably still working there and I do not trust a business that would hire someone so unprofessional. read more

I have been coming to Waterfall Nail & Spa for about 10yrs. Even prior to new owner. My loyalty to this location has definitely been Susie. She does an amazing job at my pedicure. She cleans all the skin off so well and takes her time to ensure nails are appropriately groomed. I don't see anyone else doing my pedicure and hope she doesn't retire anytime soon I have found a couple great hand techs here as well. Susie and Henry have great customer service and they've become like family. They keep this place feeling like home and their positive energy is always welcoming. Honesty one of the worst nail salons I have even been. It was my first experience and would probably be my last. I don't understand how they mess up on a simple gel coat but they did. They area is a mess filled with very strange smells and people when I arrived. I tried not to judge a book by its cover and waited a 2 hours for someone after being ignored for 20 minutes. They ladies were rude and very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. The lady keep filing my nail for reason and didn't cover my nail correctly. Very horrible and HOMOPHONIC PEOPLE. I and my man came to this salon store to get our nails done. When we came in the ladies stare at us with a disgusting hideous face. We were very cut off guard by the attitude and body language these ladies were giving us. We sat down for 15 minutes until someone bother to say a word to us. We waited for hours until one of us finally got a seat. When we both were finished the lady had done a horrible job on both are nails. I was disgusted with the attitude of these ladies and their sloppy job. Don't come here even unless you want your nail to look sloppy. read more

My mom and sisters and I have been coming to this place for over 6+ years. They do everything here! anything you need done, my favorite are the massages they give after your pedi/mani.Henry has always done my moms nails he's very attentive to her because she has diabetes so he's extra careful with her when he does her pedicures and that's highly appreciated. I have been here 2 years already when they used to be Jullie Hair and Nail, they just remodeled the shop and changed the name to Waterfall Nail Spa . This place is really nice and the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed for customers. I came here today to get my nail done with 2 new staffs Henry And Susie. I've been coming to waterfall nails both the one on Sherman way and Workman and I love their work, I've gotten my nails and pedi done from many of the workers and I'm never disappointed. My eyelashes I only get them done by kaylee and I love themmmm, I also get a lot of compliments on them.
