Trying a new nail spot closer to work and I'm so happy I gave them a chance! The salon is super bright, clean, and inviting. I loved the entrance and easy self check-in process. They also had SO many color choices, designs, and service options. Honestly, I almost wished I still had long nails because the display sets were absolutely gorgeous lol Henry was my technician and he was amazing -- very attentive and helpful without being pushy at all. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. I even brought my own nail polish and he did a fantastic job with it! I was so comfy I nearly fell asleep I think I officially found my new favorite nail place and I can't wait to come back! read more

Came in for a gel manicure, one thumb nail broken and another chipped, she was able to fix with builder gel. Check in is easy and you redeem points the more you come to the shop. I was taken care of by a younger lady who was very kind and gentle considering we were working with my natural nails. She was quick and didn't hurt me at all, I've been to shops where the filing seems a lil rough, but not here. The shop is clean and quiet so it's relaxing. My boyfriend got the royal pedicure which included multiple luxurious feet pampering products and left him with baby smooth feet. I also got a gel mani with French tips and they came out perfectly. I was charged 105 dollars for a fill with 3 broken nails. She told me just my FILL was 75 and it was an extra 20 because of my v French tip. I took my man we both got pedicures. He got the royal which is 79(the most expensive) without gel. It was completely rushed because a few people walked in for pedicures. And mine was the orange one which was either 76 or 79 with gel, 56 without gel. I was charged 92 for my pedicure because of the French tip. I walked out paying 280 before the tip. I will not be back again. This place over charges severely. read more

The salon itself is clean and decorated very nicely. Got gel x w design with Bella and she won me over. Showed her some references for design and she also had great recommendations so I appreciated that as well. She's so talented and knowledgeable. Shes super nice and worked pretty fast. There is only 1 person who does gel x in this salon and when the young lady was doing my nails half way in they decided to barely tell me that they had no internet . only cash or Zelle. Mind you I was trying to use Apple Pay . So I said okay fine I'll use Zelle . They then charged me $1 extra to send the money through Zelle . ok fine whatever I paid it . so when it was time to paint my nails they had NO COLORS, NO NAIL POLISHES! I literally asked for 10 different colors (not even exaggerating) and not 1 color did they have every nail polish was EMPTY. .. I will definitely NOT be coming back . I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME TO THIS SPOT. If you want something nice even a simple color go somewhere else . read more

Service at times can be a hit or miss, for the most part it's been good. This recent service though was quite painful, as the tech was pretty rough on the pedicure. The tech cut my left toenails shorter than my left toenails, and when hard on my cuticles, spent almost 2hrs on my pedicure. I noticed she starte doing gel when I had said regular and appeared to get upset with me... guess I had chosen a color that was off of a gel book and I was unaware. I went in for a fill at a salon I've been coming to for years, back when it was owned by Lisa. Suzy and Henry seem to be the only ones still there from back in the day, and honestly, I think they're a big reason many loyal customers still come back. Today, I got a fill and asked for a nail design. Back in the day, a design like this would cost me around $10. Today, I was charged $50 just for the design. I could have understood if it was $20, but $50 felt excessive. White drops was all it took and a toothpick to swirl. The owner/manager wasn't even present, but apparently was watching through cameras and instructed my nail tech to charge me $55 for the fill and $50 for the design. I feel like I was done wrong. I didn't take it out on the employee because I know she wasn't the one making the pricing decisions. At one point, I even wanted to skip the design because she was struggling with it, but she didn't give up and ended up doing an okay job. Please be careful and always ask about pricing upfront before services start. Sadly, this is the kind of thing that causes businesses to lose loyal customers. read more

Took my niece here to get a gel manicure, after a recommendation from a friend. The place looked very sanitary and they seemed to take their cleanliness seriously. My niece's tech was named Bella, and she did awesome all around. She was really nice and easy to converse with, as she kept my niece engaged throughout the duration of her time there. Her knowledge about all of the different types of finishes and nail options helped immensely, as I don't know much about that. Even my niece learned about a few new things.
