The only difference was that I didn't book with Kay.I think it's very telling that Kay is always fully booked. Unfortunately, this just isn't going to work for me anymore. I can't keep playing Russian roulette with my eyebrows and hoping they turn out okay. As a loyal customer, I expected a consistently good experience regardless of who I was booked with, and sadly that hasn't been the case.
