I really really liked this spot. I have a different place I've been going to do my threading, but going there with my toddler is a hassle as she cries the whole time we are there. The place is cramped and she hates it clearly. I happened to be at this plaza while my hubby was watching our daughter when I randomly saw this threading salon as walked in to see if they can take me. Take me they did with pretty much 0 wait time; and honestly I couldn't be happier with my whole experience. I got my brows threaded here once and they did a great job. This place does a great job at threading and they're cheap but they need to hire more staff. I tried getting my brows threaded again and I've returned 4 times and every time there's an issue that prevented me from getting my brows done. Once, I came 4:30 even though they close at 5 and doors were locked and there wasn't a line. Twice they've turned me away because I come around 3 and they have a line. I asked if they do appointments and they said no. I get it, "come earlier" but I can't. And for a place as busy as they are they should hire more employees. read more

I've been here about 4 times and they've done my eyebrows good up until now. The customer before me came back and said one eyebrow was thicker than the other. I was planning on leaving but I decided to still give it a try. That same worker left me with my left eyebrow noticeable shorter than the other and my right eyebrow with a semi bald spot at the top. I don't know the worker's name but shes probably in her 40's and she had short dark hair with a head band. I'm just warning you if you see her ask for someone else! read more

Please beware the lady who does brows in the first chair did my brows and literally made me bleed in several different spots , I am not one to write bad reviews but she was being extremely rough and now I'm scared these cuts will scar, on top of that she was not friendly at all. So far this is the cheapest eyebrow threading salon i've been to and they do a decent job at cleaning the brows. Prices: Eyebrows 7.99 Upper lip 4.99 Full face 29.99 However, i only come here for emergencies. If i can't afford to waste time waiting for my eyebrow lady then i'll come here. At first I was hesitant just because of its location, I didn't want to get my eyebrows done by anyone in Pacoima. let me just say, BEST threading salon in the San Fernando/Pacoima area! I always use to drive to Reseda or Glendale to get my eyebrows threaded, but there's no need for that anymore. Lucy is the only one I TRUST with my eyebrows. I'm sure the rest of the girls are as amazing but I have true issues with anything that has to do with my eyebrows and skin. Lucy really listened to me when I first told her that I didn't want my eyebrows thin. Instead, she cleaned around my eyebrows and didn't touch the areas where I wanted my eyebrows to grow. Not only does she clean my eyebrows just the way I want them, she's also very gentle! I use to wax my upper lip all the time even when I started coming here. But Lucy finally convinced me to thread instead of wax and now she doesn't have to plug in the wax machine every time I go! She's very gentle and fast! I didn't even mention the prices. Prices are so reasonable! I end up leaving this place paying less then $20 for eyebrows and upper lip. (including tip!) Don't let the location fool you. It's a great place! read more

I don't do threading, but I got myself and a friend a henna tattoo and it was bad. It lasted 3 days and the girl who did it was sloppy. The henna started to run and the design looked messy after like 20 min. And she charged me $20.00 each one. Mine was a hand and wrist, but my friend's was only 3 fingers and wrist. I love this place, been going with my sisters for 2 years now. I use to get my eyebrow's waxes before I found this place-And I'm so glad I did. Lucy and the ladies are great, if you go on a weekday - The wait time is fast. I always come out of this place looking good. Affordable, fast, and friendly staff! I only do my eyebrows here but I always leave happy. I don't have a preference for who works on my eyebrows, seems like every person working there knows how to do threading not. There is a lot of parking and the prices are pretty good compared to other places in the valley that do threading. The only negative part is the area they are around. May not look appealing based on the plaza itself, but this is a truly a hole in the wall place. Go before they raise the prices! Perhaps this is my fault but I went here for body waxing after the owner told me they provide this service. Let's say, I had to tell her to immediately stop after the first strip for the bikini wax. Additionally, I felt immensely ripped off when at closer examination at home (no mirror was offered to me in the small room) my underarms were unevenly waxed and looked terrible. Total cost for underarms + tip was $19, too much, for a very poor experience. Do not mislead customers about a service you have no adequate training or experience in; this is very dangerous and a health hazard. Please stick with threading brows only. read more

This place is a hidden gem. My daughter had certain requests with how she wanted her eyebrows threaded, they took their time and got them exactly how she wanted. They even gave her an eyebrow massage when she was done. Previously we had gone to the mall where they charge about $14 for the same thing, but they don't even give that lovely massage. I highly recommend this place for your eyebrows! Side note, they had a printing, fax and copy place inside the same location, seems to be a nice family owned place where they can do many things! I didn't clearly ask the cost ahead of time because I've done brows there and it was quite reasonable. Got a shock when she charged $15.
