AMAZINGGGG 10/10!! My brows are SOOOOO GOOODD I got a threading and a tint and I wanted them on the thinner side and they look soo good

I am never one to go out of my way to write a bad review but I just had the worst experience here and I will not be going back. I am a regular, and I went in yesterday to try and get my eyebrows done. I walked in and the two girls working were behind the divider and I could see their face through the glass reflections. They were making faces and whispering amongst eachother. It was clear that they were annoyed that I got there. Finally when one of them walked out, I told her never mind that I would be leaving and that I could see them through the glass reflection and they didn't have to be rude. The girl looked surprised and didn't say anything. When I called and talked to the owner , he said that maybe they were just having a "long day". That response to me was not okay. read more

Overall ok work, but she nicked my skin, didn't bother to tell me, then didn't even try to clean. I asked for the cut to be cleaned and was only offered more aloe. Aloe isn't a disinfectant. I'm not recommending a visit. Over priced for the slow, ultimately unpleasant outcome. read more

I came here a about 3 weeks ago and I am still hurting from what they did to my eyebrows. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came. I told the lady "I like thick eyebrows, I do not go get them done, last time I got them done was 2 years ago, clean up only". What did she do, she butchered them and did not even enhance the shape that I have. I feel like they only know one shape. My BF said they look like an upside NIKE sign. Clean up is just take little hairs out. A LITTLE on top, a LITTLE at the bottom and that's it. Do not need to even give me a shape just CLEAN THEM UP NOT BUTCHER THEM. I get what I paid for. Please LISTEN to the customer, ask questions, take your time by stopping and asking questions not by continuing taking hair out. read more

I've been going here for awhile. Recently they have been going down in the quality of work. This is the second time they mess up my brows. The first time was so bad I've been growing them out since April 2024. Went today for the second time today 07/25/24 since April and they left me another bald spot. She brushed my hair down so I couldn't see it when I brushed my brows up the bald spot is so noticeable. Will never go back here again or refer anyone here. read more

Not happy ! I've been here before a few times it's never been a problem but today was horrible ! I don't understand why they allow new threaders to practice on clients or at least disclose she's new or just learning . My brows are not even, she took off more on one than the other ! The lady towards the back thinned my eyebrow so badly and tried to blame my eyebrow shape saying "it was like that" when the area she took too much hair from is swollen from pulling so much hair. I've been bringing my daughter here for about a year now. They do very good work. All the ladies are very skilled and friendly.

The petite lady with the glasses definitely has her technique down. I asked for a clean up with no tint and I really liked the results. They are nice and work quickly, which I appreciate. Prices are fair and the salon looks clean. I took off 1 star because, I was not expecting the salon to be as small as it was. There is barely enough room for 5 people and that's including the workers. I also called and made an appointment with someone who is based out of the salon, but when I arrived there is no one checking you in. Thankfully it wasn't too busy, but I could see that being a problem if you are short on time. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years & the lady i usually go to wasn't there this last time i went but the one lady that did my eyebrows didn't sanitize her hands after she finished with the client prior to me & was a little shy to say something. she was really sweet tho. unfortunately i woke up this morning with scabs on my brow arch which hadn't happened to me with the prior lady. don't know her name. it's not too bad, just a little skeptical of infection hence not sanitation of hands prior. read more

All three of the employees at this establishment are incompetent. The utmost worst threading I've ever gotten. The old lady should find another job. She does not know how to thread eyebrows. She gave me two completely different eyebrows and their solution was "it'll grow back". I ask you to take your business elsewhere, where the employees are proper professionals. read more

I LOVED IT!! Its a new place inside the plaza on Foothill & Sayre next to the Chase Bank. I made an appt. for 430pm I was taken in right away i had my Eyebrows, Upper Lip, & Chin Threaded. I absolutely love the service & LOVE how Komal did my Eyebrows!!! The whole service was great. My regular threading person moved since then I've been trying to find a new place. Ive gone to 4 - 5 places at least in the SFV. NO ONE I mean NO ONE that I've gone to has listen to me in regards to how i want my Eyebrows & they have even messed them up every single time! I have been going to this Salon since they first opened, even supported them when technically they should have been shut down during Covid restrictions. I went today as a walk-in, knowing appointments had priority. Waited almost an hour and when I was next, a lady that came in 30 minutes AFTER me walks in and announces she can't wait, she has another appointment. The Salon employee looks at me point blank and asks in front of EVERYONE, can she go before you? I'm sorry, it's the day before a holiday, we ALL have somewhere to be.
