I've been going here for the past year. I'm always greeted by the staff and they know the style that best suits my eyebrows. I've gone to other threading salons but I wasn't impressed by the results. I really love the music that is being played throughout the salon, it creates a really positive vibe. The prices are the same low prices at any other salon but you won't be treated with the same friendly service anywhere else. Parking may be limited but you will be in and out in under 20 minutes. They also provide a variety of services for the same low price. The staff is amazing! They really know how to make you feel welcomed. They definitely know what you are doing and make your eyebrows stand out. A few of the stylist may give you a mini message afterward to ease the pain. In my opinion that's the best part. There is plenty of space within the salon. The neutral tones and the music being played in the salon are calming and welcoming. The salon is cool and fresh, however there isn't a noticeable AC unit so they use portable fans. The salon has large glass wall in front so a lot of nature light enters the space. read more

The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced at a threading salon. I was not greeted when coming in and when it came to my time in the chair, she would merely knock my arm down instead of telling me to remove it -- extremely unprofessional and rude. The threading job itself was satisfactory. My eyebrows were uneven and there were strands of hair below that were missed. To top it off when it came time to paying, I was charged extra money for using my card without being told! Ridiculous. Spend a few extra bucks at a place that will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. read more

Came for eyebrow threading. I was not impressed, it was simply an average job. The sign posted on the window says $6.99 so, when it came time to paying i said, "$7 right and I was told, "no, that was only a promotion" so I said that they should have a disclaimer letting the customers the real price. It's only a dollar but it's the principal that as customers we should be fully informed before paying. Will not be returning. I feel deceived. I started coming here over a year ago jus getting my eyebrows threaded! I have mirocblading done and would jus need for a clean up . Was very pleased with the price and service. Mircoblading only last about a year then it starts to fade and need touch up . I found out they do brow tinting witch last about a week . I was hesitant at first but it's not permanent so why not try it out ! Samiya tinted them and i absolutely fell in love !! I come faithfully every week and get them done . Saves me the trouble of having to fill them in everyday! I love this place read more

Ive legit tried a lot of eyebrow threading places but not one compares to how amazing this one is! Every Time i go somewhere else i expect for my brows to turn out the same way they do when i come here but no never does this happen. You get what you pay for, which isn't a lot. My eyebrows are way too thin and don't even match now. Really disappointed.

I walked in and there was no one in sight. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there after I had to yell "hello" and then a lady comes out and asks me to wait "2 minutes" and goes to a room in the back. 10 minutes later, I'm still waiting.
