I went there yesterday, they are so nice and friendly. When I got there, there was nobody there. So I got my nails done. But then I had to wait about 40 minutes for them to do my pedicure because they had a lot of people waiting. Total of four people waiting, they don't have that much staff. But I love how my nails and my petty came out. The only reason I'm giving it a four is because of the wait. If you can try to get your nails done with one of the girls. Just because I noticed that they cut all their cuticles, and they push them back and took care of them. The men did not do that, and two men did my nails and pedi. read more

Let me start by saying I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple years now, when I first was coming my nails were great! Perfect and never had issues. These last 3 months I've came for acrylics and they were either shaped horribly, nail became loose within a couple days, I recently did gel for the first time and my nail color started to turn black ish why? I don't know but it really upset me. Plus when I went the last time I didn't realize til after I was home that I gave the lady 60 and she actually gave me 8 dollars back in change when I did the math of the my total she was suppose to give me 10 dollar back for a total of 18 dollar in change. It's fine though I knew if I went back they probably wouldn't believe me so I didn't want to cause a fuss. Loved this place back then but every time they do my nails it's always a rushed job and when other clients come they're happy and rush even more. Treat people equally! This was by far the worst nail salon experience for me. A guy did my acrylics, pretty sure it wasn't Andy because everyone likes his work. This other guy was very aggressive. I literally thought he was going to break my fingers. Right before he was about to file them he kept pressing his nail into my skin to separate the glue from my nail. It was very painful. My fingers were hurting really bad after. To top it off, I wanted almond shaped nails which came out crooked and there was lumps on my nails. I paid $55 plus a 10% fee if you use debit total of $60. SO happy I found this place! Silly enough, I live a few minutes away from here and never once noticed it. One random day, my nail lady was not available and I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi. I go on my favorite website, Yelp and come across this location. I called in and was able to be taken in immediately. I will say, parking is terrible. There is a dental office, salon and another shop (unsure what it is) so finding parking is a hit or miss. The salon itself is a decent size. My favorite person to go to is Andy. He is great! He knows what he's doing and does an amazing job. I normally don't like male techs because I find them to be too rough while handling your hands but he is gentle and constantly asks if you're doing OK. His wife is also really good if he is not available. I wish I had gotten her name :( Hands down, I am happy with finding this little gem. My new favorite place and super close to home. read more

I have been coming here for a while and normally get my nails done by Jen but she was busy this saturday so I went for a walk-in. I am extremely pleased with the way my nails came out. The nail technician (I forgot to ask her name) that did my nails was very clean and made sure the edge of my nails were cleaned every time she applied the gel polish. I told her I wanted to design on my ring finger and she was able to deliver. The staff are friendly and fast. I recommend making an appt because the wait times can vary. Aside from nails, they offer waxing, facials and massages. Their services are reasonably priced. I've been coming here for 10+ years and today was the absolute last day I'll ever come again. I arrived at their opening time and they were 35 minutes late opening their shop. I overlooked that, being that the opener lives 40 + mins away, she was apologetic and shared that their were accidents on the freeway. What I cannot overlook is how rude Jenny was with my toddler daughter. I do not take my child to nail studios because I know they are not places for children, but today I did take her. My daughter behaves well, and was her inquisitive self, asking questions, engaging Jenny, and trying to engage me as well, and I've never seen a person be so rude, short, and stern with a child, in a customer service setting, especially a child who is behaving well. I confronted Jenny on her attitude towards my child and she seemed to feel pretty justified. She also seemed to have a problem with me in general, so maybe she's having a bad day, or she's just unhappy, but I won't be giving this place my money again. read more
