I went in at 10:30am for an appt with Annie. Salon was rather empty and quiet even with the massaging chairs. I asked for a gel pedicure with French tip. She did add powder on my big toes for more definition so no acrylic nails. She was incredibly gentle and precise with her work around nail beds and took her time. I did get two extra services; callus removal and a leg/foot scrub. Because she was thorough and not rushing the service my pedi alone lasted an hour. My total came out to 77$ . Definitely coming back to Annie! read more

This review is specifically for Kim. I've had a hard time finding a nail tech who could do a simple gel manicure or even a regular nail polish manicure correctly. Her attention to detail is amazing. She will clean and file nails so nicely. And her application of polish is even and clean. The removal of old polish is also great. She won't buff the gel so much that it causes a dent in the nails or makes them super thin. And she's also super nice. I will be continue going to her for the foreseeable future. read more

I was a regular here I came every month. I let a lot of things slide like their lack of cleanliness and sanitation and them constantly cutting me. But today I came in for a fill. Turns out my fill was MORE than my full set. How was I getting charged more for my fill than my full set?!! No design just plain color. They rob you and change their pricing when they feel like it. Quick Disclaimer: my original post had been taken down. So that should explain why you mostly see the good reviews. So that alone is alarming! BUT what's most alarming is how they do your nails. I literally had to heal my nails for 5 MONTHS because of the damage. Mind you, I only have my nails done every month, and it's only gel. My nails got so incredibly thin after my last visit with them, I had to wear band aids to all my fingers or else they would just peel off. I'm not exaggerating. It's that bad. They dip your nails in pure acetone, then remove it by excessive pushing AND nail drill. I was literally cringing the whole time she was doing it, because I am already feeling it so close to my nail bed. Anyway, I asked for a french manicure. You may look at my photos to see how they did. I was especially infuriated by the lady who did my nails because (as you can see from the pictures), I can literally see white speckles all over the clear portion of the french manicure. So I asked for her politely to remove it, before curing it in the IV lamp. She did not understand me and continued. This time I tried to just point the speckles, and she got irritated and said something along the lines of "Honey it's your nails", implying that it was already on my nails. I gave up, and then went back to my car, and observed that the white polish were so overly done, you can see the uneven texture between the white and the clear. And the gel MANICURE (only!!!) took almost 2 freaking hours to finish, and it's not even good!! Two weeks later, I decided to have my nails removed more safely and gently by another salon. And the nail lady was very concerned by the health of my nails, and was very shocked of how much I paid for my nails, because of how uneven they looked. OH, And the WHITE SPECKLES ARE GONE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER ONE SWIPE. Never went back since. read more

I used to love this place they were always fairly priced and did a good job. I had not been to this in years as I started to do my own nails but not acrylics. I needed basic acrylics done for a wedding I was going to be in and went to get my nails done so they last longer. When I went in to get my full set and fel peti I paid $110 which is fine as I know all the prices went up. But when I went back to get a fill 3 weeks later and peti they charged me the same price $110. If you are new to this they are trying to rip people off make sure you ask the price before you get anything done!!! read more

They run a brush around my nail after they apply the nail polish so that it looks perfect! And they clean under my nail as well. Lots of colors for gel and they're good quality. Timing is incredible too. The last time I came I had to have my set removed and get a new set out on and I alway get gel, and the girl who did my nails did all of that and she managed to finish in an hour in a half! When they told me I needed a new set I thought I was gunna have to stay for over 2 hours because removing them takes a while. I will give credit where credit is due the gel manicure is very good quality and is hard to chip. My daughter's manicure usually will last a 2-3 weeks if she doesn't pick at her gel herself. I found this place on Yelp and thought I would give it a try while waiting for my cousins procedure to finish up the road. Never in my life have I had such a painful pedicure. Never have a bled at a nail salon. It's been less than 24 hours and my toe is showing signs of infection. I am beyond grossed out. It bled yesterday during the pedicure and I understand mistakes happen but I was not happy about it. It bled and burnt the entire time, was extremely uncomfortable. Today it is swollen, oozing and painful. I'm hoping I dont have to go to a doctor for antibiotics at this point. Not to mention the work was sloppy. The woman doing my manicure elbowed my fresh polish and was putting top coat on it while smudged. I had to insist she fix it. She also somehow managed to get polish on the sides of my fingers and flicked onto my forearm. I cant believe I paid 50 dollars here and left with terrible nails and an impending infection P.S. no plastic liners in pedicure spa water tubs. And after getting callus remover I saw them rince the tool with water and place it back into their work bin. Completely unsanitary. Update. 2 days after visiting the spa I am having pain in multiple toes. As you can see in photos chunks of my nails were cut off when they should not have been. Also, I am having peeling between my toes and under my foot. I'm so disgusted. Gonna go checked out at urgent care soon. read more

OMG! This place is legit! Well, let me rephrase... for my first time here this place was amazing! This place is tucked away inside an outdoor shopping complex with plenty of parking. It's right on the corner of Woodman and Chase. Same complex as the 99 cent store. I work nearby and never even knew this place existed if it weren't for my wonderful friend, Yelp! Made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. Arrived 10 minutes early and was taken in right away. The place was pleasantly clean. They had good ventilation which is great since I'm currently pregnant and can't stand the smell of all those strong fumes. They spoke great English which is awesome because I was not in the mood to sign my way through the entire appointment like I often have to in other places. My pedicure was great. The full set was even better. Loved how consistent she was at shaping my nails. She really made sure it was perfectly even. Loved the colors she recommended as well. My only regret is that I didn't catch her name, but I'll know her when I see her again. Only con of this place is that they charge 10% extra if you pay with your card. Wow I wish I read the reviews before i came here. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. The lady I had used the power filer to file down my soak-off powder dip nails. When I told her they are soak-off, she rolled her eyes and continued by harshly filing off the rest of my polish. She then continued to harshly buff my nails and my nails are now super thin and brittle. She also filed my nails unevenly but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. She did an o-k job on my gel manicure but also got polish on my skin. And then I was hastily rushed out the door. The technicians here REALLY need to remember that customers are paying for a service. Reading the reviews now, it almost seems like the good reviews are fake accounts but that's just my opinion. read more

I have gone in before to get an acrylic set before they tell me it's a certain price in cash but if you pay with credit/ debit it's a 10% surcharge which I believe it's illegal. Today I went in for a pedicure I asked for a spa pedicure that included an exfoliating massage nail treatment and hot towels. She finished the pedicure quite fast and rubbed regular lotion and that was the end of it.when I told her I got the pedicure she said oh sorry we don't do the hot towels or foot scrub after Covid or the nail treatments.
