I was sitting here getting a full set acrylic pedicure... signature option & I kid you not the session lasted 15-minutes away from 2 hours but I guess that is what the little "spa" part is for, I'm definitely not used to being in a nail salon that long lol The lady she was a bit older and didn't seem to have all of her tools... for example, nail glue, the right size acrylic brush, or her own nail drill. She really made up with the massage in the end. The vibe for the most part was really calm. Piano instrumental playing, a waterfall, and a couple TVs up playing stuff. Decent experience though. I would come again. :)
I was searching for a good nail place and found Waterfall Nail Salon -- and I'm so glad I did. They were able to get me in right away, and the whole salon felt clean, calm, and welcoming. Everyone was very friendly. Lee was my nail tech and he was amazing -- patient, and really detail oriented. He took his time shaping my nails perfectly and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered even better. You can tell he cares about his work and his clients. My nails looked amazing. Keep up the awesome work Lee- I'll be back
I was sent to this location from San Fernando.. didn't have an issue with it as it was my day off but it could also be an inconvenience.. not letting that bother me. Upon arrival I was greeted by LJ & who my gel x set. He was very welcoming & friendly. Shop was very nice & clean. Not too loud, very soothing place for me I felt. I was very happy with my set, they look so natural & I love them. I will be returning for an eyelash lift, we'll see how I like the lift! Over all I would return here!
I keep coming back to this place because they have great service. I love how there is no wait and their selection of nail colors are expansive. I love their front wall side display of all the variation of cat eye colors you can choose from. They have matte, glittery, shiny colorful display of nail colors that allure you beyond no other. I had the greatest service with Cindy doing my pedicure and Tiffany doing my nails. Cindy gave the BEST left massage that comes with the pedicure. Plus, her attention to detail was so on point when it came to doing my nails. Then Tiffany was so quick and fast in doing my gel cat eye nails I was blown away at her swiftness. Cat eye gel nails usually takes longer but I was in and out of their entirely in the shortest amount I've been in a nail salon thanks to Tiffany and Cindy. It was the perfect breather I needed to get away to get my nail done by sweet and kind nail specialist like Tiffany and Cindy. What a treat they provide.

I highly recommend you go to waterfall nail spa and ask for LEE. He's amazing at pedicures as well, I've followed him from a previous location to this one. That's how much I love him !

I booked an appointment for a fill only but I came with my daughter and I asked if he can do a mani even though I didn't book an appointment for that and he was very friendly and accommodating and ended up doing my daughters nails too! His customer service is always above and beyond! I recommend this place 100%! The vibes are so relaxing as well ! The quality of nails are beyond !
I had the pleasure of getting my manicure done by Lee for the first time at Waterfall Nail and Spa, and I am beyond impressed. He gave me the most gorgeous jade-colored French tip and added a delicate silver glitter line underneath that elevated the entire look. Despite being the team lead and constantly managing calls and helping other customers, he showed incredible care and pride in his work. He paid close attention to every single nail and took the time to perfect each line and detail. You do have to be patient because he takes his time--but the results are absolutely worth it. I only wish I had gone to him sooner. Laura is truly the GOAT of pedicures. I've gone to her time and time again, and I wouldn't choose anyone else. Just like Lee, she puts so much care into her work. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always delivers flawless results. She gave me a matching jade-colored pedicure, and as always, she did not disappoint. If you want quality, precision, and nail artists who genuinely care about their craft, Lee and Laura are the ones to see.
U-032 cat eye color :$75 I had such a difficult long process on choosing a color. The folks here were so kind and patient as I went back and forth on my choices. I knew that the sample colors will always be a bit deeper and richer so choosing one was tough. I'm very happy with my choice as it's a color I'd usually do as regular nail. They had so many choices and styles so I'm sure anyone can find something that suits them ! Walk ins available. Regular color change 35+, pedicure 25 without nail color and cleaning of cuticles /callus. 55+ gel. 15 for cat eye (magnetic nails)

Family friendly Nancy is by far the most kind and patient I brought my daughter for her 12th birthday to get nails done, she exceeded our expectations, created a custom design for my girl. I said I'd never be back but my thumb nail broke & they sent a text announcing they were open on Xmas. I called ahead of time to say I'd be coming to fix one nail. She said $10 & to make sure I go to the Sherman way location because the other one is closed. I arrived about 4:40. A man geeeted me warmly. A lady was getting a mani pedi. A woman in her red Xmas gear said "no, we're closed." I said "no, you're not. I called first. You close at 5." She went back & forth with me until the man came to fix my one nail. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. My cousin came here to get her nails done. First the man was told not to cut her natural nail, and he insisted that "those weren't her natural nails" and he cut them extremely short. After the first nail was cut, of course what else could she had done other than get the others cut (she doesn't do tips at all). Then the polish was applied worse than I could use my left hand to do on my right hand. At the end, when she brought up these issues, they told her "why didn't you say anything and we can't give you a discount". After that, she offered a $5 discount LMAO look at the photos. I have gotten my nails done with Kobe since October and he's the best in the valley! I've had multiple shapes, colors, lengths, and designs- he's excellent! The atmosphere of the Sherman way location is so welcoming, fun and relaxing! He is always so responsive and kind when I schedule last minute or have to move an appointment. I went in the last hr before closing to get regular gel and Lee was so accommodating and suggested I get bio gel to harden my natural nails. He was very helpful and sweet. I've been coming here for years and every experience is always pleasurable. Definitely recommend waterfall nails. read more

This place is really nice and they have several services, ians the vibe is very relaxing/luxurious but the prices are insaneeeee. So if you are looking for something budget friendly this is not it!! I got gelx with brown nail polish and chrome. I paid $90 dollars!!!, mind you they don't even do the cleaning around your cuticle area, I had like a lot of dead skin around my nails and they didn't even mind taking care of that or trimming my nail. They better last until new years cuz Sheeesh, I mean I know nails are expensive but I genuinely feel like they overcharged, gelx on the menu said 65 so idk I guess they charged 25 for the polish and chrome itself And another lady got short acrylic overlay on her natural nails with a bubbly white gel polish and they charged her 75 and she even said 75 for what? and then another lady was asking how much for getting her toes and nails done with some sort of designs and they said 220-250 I didn't fight the price and I did leave a tip but definitely was not expecting to spend 100 dollars on nails, at least not for something basic. So yeah just an fyi for my girls that are on a budget but if you're not and want to feel luxurious then this might be your place. read more

Gave this place another try. Got my manicure, pedicure and lash lift and tint here today. They first did my pedicure and sadly the person that did my nails, wasn't so very good so I hesitated to get my manicure because of it. Then Kaitlyn arrive to do my lashes, told her the problem and she was so nice about it and tried to fix the issue, but sadly it was not fixable :( BUT IF ANYONE COULD MAKE YOUR DAY IT WOULD BE LEE!!!! Such an amazing manicure tech!! inlove with his work!! after getting my pedicure and then lashes, i gave it a try to do my manicure because Kaitlyn recommended it and IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Also wanted to give a recommendation to Kaitlyn!! She was amazing on doing my lashes. She reassured me if anything happens with my lashes or nail they would replace/fix it WITHOUT ANY COST!! I've been coming here for the past two years. And I don't think I will be able to anymore sadly. They just raised their prices again for the 2nd time in two months. It was $37 for a gel manicure. It's now $39 for it. Almost $40. For the area?! That's ridiculous for a regular simple gel mani. They don't even tell you upfront that they raised their prices again. They just want you to be ok with it. Well it's not. Just because groceries are going up doesn't mean nails have to. And the nail techs don't even give you good customer service they just want to do your nails the bare minimum. Guess I need to find another affordable place in the valley. Sucks! No wonder it was so empty no one can afford it Update & reply: I went a month ago and it was $37 today it was $39. That's not a while you just raised it. Be honest. First of all , my pedicure is ugly and the short acrylics I give like a 4 out of 10. $151 down the drain. save your money. The pedicure service I wanted was the cheapest one, I told the guy who did them (older looking gentleman) which one and I thought we agreed and he understood n such and still did a service I didn't ask for and that came out to $76... for a shoddy pedicure... The acrylic nails I wanted originally , they are short with a nice ombre type design, they wanted to charge $140. So I settled for a short set with a simple French tip. Even THAT was still $75. When I had to pay , I told the lady a complaint about the fact that I told the man what I wanted and that he went ahead and did the service he wanted anyway. She just stood there looking stupid and kinda, awkwardly laughed a bit ?? This trip was extremely disappointing to say the least. read more

Still my fave nail shop. Tiffany is always accommodating when I call for and appt even if it's a last min one. Everyone is friendly and always greets me when I walk in. Def suggest you calling for an appt if you are in a time crunch. They do get busy with tons of regulars coming in. read more

Do they offer hard gel?? I'm trying to quit acrylic nails and transition over to growing my nails and I heard that hard gel is the way to go. Do they offer the service?
I don’t go there anymore. Sam and Dori were the best ever and they left 😞! I go to Sugar Nails now. The last time I got my nails done at Waterfall I got hard gel however I didn’t like them but they lasted. If you have to go there ask for Nancy.
How much for a French tip gel pedicure?
