Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been going to nail salons for years and have never been treated with such disrespect the second I walked through the door. I arrived around 4:22 PM, and after seeing signage on the door stating they closed at 5:00 PM, I walked in to double-check their hours. I asked, "you all close at 5?" to which a man replied that they actually close at 5:30 PM and asked what services I needed. Before I could even finish my sentence to explain that I just needed a single nail fixed, he raised his hand and rudely cut me off mid-sentence, shouting, "NO, not that, we can't do that!" He had absolutely no idea what service I was asking for before deciding to shut me down. I hadn't even fully closed the entrance door behind me before being met with an outright interruption. When you work in a client-facing business, basic courtesy is expected. To interrupt a customer before they can even state a simple request is completely unacceptable. If you are looking for quality care and basic respect, Waterfall Nail Spa is definitely not the place to go. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values customer service. read more

I don't even know where to start with how unhappy I am about my pedicure here. I came in for a pedi and a gel manicure, and while the gel mani was amazing, the pedicure was an absolute disaster. The older lady who did my pedicure was rough, rushed through it, and didn't seem to care at all. At one point she even cleaned one of her pedi utensils on my foot, which honestly grossed me out. I had grown out my toenails specifically so they could all be trimmed to the same length, and she completely butchered them -- they came out uneven and just wrong. I don't know if it was because it was my first time here, but for something I paid for, I expected so much better. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because of Jennie, who did my gel manicure. She was fantastic -- attentive, skilled, and clearly cares about her work. If I ever come back, it'll only be for her. As for the pedicure, I'm genuinely so upset about how it turned out. I won't be trusting anyone else here with my feet again. read more

I was sent to this location from San Fernando.. didn't have an issue with it as it was my day off but it could also be an inconvenience.. not letting that bother me. Upon arrival I was greeted by LJ & who my gel x set. He was very welcoming & friendly. Shop was very nice & clean. Not too loud, very soothing place for me I felt. I was sitting here getting a full set acrylic pedicure... signature option & I kid you not the session lasted 15-minutes away from 2 hours but I guess that is what the little "spa" part is for, I'm definitely not used to being in a nail salon that long lol The lady she was a bit older and didn't seem to have all of her tools... for example, nail glue, the right size acrylic brush, or her own nail drill. She really made up with the massage in the end. The vibe for the most part was really calm. Piano instrumental playing, a waterfall, and a couple TVs up playing stuff. Decent experience though. Don't waste your money here! I came in for a mani/pedi on Tuesday around 5:30pm. The mani/pedi was terrible. Both techs did a rush job and left nail polish on my toes and on my fingers. I had to ask the mani tech to remove the nail polish from the tip of my finger. I told her I wanted a natural color in my nails and she chose the color for me and gave me a choice of matte or gloss. My nails looked like I did them myself and they looked dirty. I am so pissed. Not to mention when I was leaving there was another lady on the phone with the manager disputing her bill because she was also dissatisfied with her nails. Also, two of the nail techs got into an argument and looked like they were ready to fight each other. They had the nerve to charge me $123.00. I also got a wax and that was ok. I keep coming back to this place because they have great service. I love how there is no wait and their selection of nail colors are expansive. I love their front wall side display of all the variation of cat eye colors you can choose from. They have matte, glittery, shiny colorful display of nail colors that allure you beyond no other. I had the greatest service with Cindy doing my pedicure and Tiffany doing my nails. Cindy gave the BEST left massage that comes with the pedicure. Plus, her attention to detail was so on point when it came to doing my nails. Then Tiffany was so quick and fast in doing my gel cat eye nails I was blown away at her swiftness. I received BAD SERVICE FROM NAIL TECH LEE. I paid $85 dollars for a bio gel fill the next day my nail CRACKED. I waited over 3 hours to get a fill and I was treated terribly. I am requesting my money back that I paid to Lee $85. This salon does not honor appointments. Disrespectful Service & Unprofessional Owner!! I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. I came in as a returning customer who has consistently tipped the nail technicians, yet I was treated with a shocking level of disrespect over a simple disagreement about a nail color. Instead of trying to understand the issue or resolve it professionally, my nail technician called the owner, who immediately began yelling at me over the phone. There was no attempt to listen, de-escalate, or provide basic customer service. As a Black customer, I left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and treated differently than I deserved. The experience reflected a complete lack of respect that made me feel unwelcome. No customer should be spoken to that way, especially over something that could have been resolved with a simple conversation. On top of that, the salon was not as clean as I expected, and the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. There are far better businesses that value their customers and know how to handle concerns with respect. I won't be returning, and I encourage others to spend their money at salons that treat every customer with dignity and professionalism. Not this one. read more

First the man was told not to cut her natural nail, and he insisted that "those weren't her natural nails" and he cut them extremely short. After the first nail was cut, of course what else could she had done other than get the others cut (she doesn't do tips at all).
