I had such a wonderful experience here thanks to Lin and the staff! Note that the sign outside says "Bio Nails" or similar instead of "Tip & Toe Nails." It was my first time here and was given water and seated within 10 minutes. I shared an inspo photo and Lin immediately picked out 2 similar shades of burgundy for me to choose from. She paid great attention to detail which is important to me as a perfectionist. :) It seems like my nails are sturdy and the design looks great. The total was $50 + tip with the design (I did not get tips added to my nails). Thank you Lin and the wonderful staff for a great experience - I will definitely be back here for future nail appointments and would highly recommend. read more

I found this nail spot last minute, and I am so glad I did! They took me in quickly without hesitation, which was such a relief. Lynn did my nails, and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. She even mixed colors together to help me get exactly the shade I was envisioning -- such a thoughtful touch that really made the experience feel personalized. I ended up deciding to get my toes done too since they had no one waiting and even though they were nearing closing time, the team was so accommodating and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I was in a desperate need of mani/pedi on Dec 31 for new years and found this place which was super close. Lyn did my nails (bio gel) she did a very clean job and was a perfectionist.I didn't get the name of my pedicurist but she was a sweet young lady and she also did a great job. They were pretty quick. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up. The salon has been completely remodeled and upgraded with new state of the art spa chairs and much more. I went for a gel fill and a pedicure. When finished I was very happy. My nails and toes looked perfect and the little flower they did on my ring finger(s) and big toes, were so pretty. They were so friendly and very accommodating. I hate to do this but I am so disappointed with my nails. First of all I kept telling the nail artist what not to do each and everytime but he kept on insisting on doing what he preferred. At the end I ended up hating my nails. He Kept saying "natural this natural that" if I wanted my nails to look natural I wouldn't have been getting gel x. Then it's only been three days and I kid you not two of my nails are already chopped and I can tell two more are on the verge of popping out and worst part is I'm not even on vacation yet!!!! read more

I tried this place some years ago and vowed to never come back, but being the kind person I am I decided to give them another chance. WHY!! Again horrible job...the lady should only do pedicures because her trying to do manicures does not fair well for her. She is not neat, she does not clean her equipment...I saw it with nuy own eyes when a gentleman came in while she just finished me for a pedicure and she used the same equipment! NASTY! I went in the people were super nice and sweet. I asked to get my eyebrows done. Once she finished I didn't even want to step outside. I asked for a clean up only and she decided to do what she wanted. She cleaned one side up good and on my other eyebrow she made it so thin that I stated to bleed from where my eyebrow was at and what she took off. Never in my life have I had a horrible experience with doing my eyebrows at a place. read more

Disgusting worst nail job I have ever received in my life!! Not only did they have me wait 30m past my appointment time, but the only person there who does acrylics took 2hrs after messing up multiple times to do my nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go there again. They were so rude and disrespectful to Me. Even though I paid for the service, and I didn't see him disinfect any tools before or after he used them on me. read more

I needed a place that was close to home and wanted a simple gel manicure, it wasn't busy at all so that was a plus, came in on a Tuesday afternoon. The technician was really sweet but i just don't think the overall quality was that great. She cut one of my cuticles too much that it ended up bleeding and the gel polish was really thick, looks blotchy. read more

I came to this salon to get a gel manicure. My profession doesn't allow for long nails or acrylics of any sort so I opted for a short pixie nail. This salon is very clean. I noticed that the ownership has changed as a lot of people came in while I was getting my nails done to ask for Peter. Susan was the one who did my nails and she did them just the way I asked. I already filed my nails at home so I told her she didn't need to do that. She was very nice. Her English was a bit broken but I definitely understood what she was saying. If you want lashes for a great price go to Nancy! She's been doing lashes for a long time so she gets them done fast, within an hour for a new set and they look amazing! She'll listen to what you want; curly, natural, long, full etc. She cares about her customers and let's you know if there's anything she needs to change not to be shy about letting her know. She's very flexible with scheduling too. I highly recommend getting your lashes done with Nancy! She's very sweet and good at what she does:) They also do a great job with nails and pedicures. I have gotten my nails done at this location for over 5 yrs and always went to Peter. But I went a few days ago to get my set fixed from a previous nail shop and found out that it's under a new management, was a lil sad because I had been going to Peter for a while now. First I was a lil doubtful of what kind of service I would receive. I got my nails done by DON and let me tell you he did an AWESOME job fixing my nails and making them the way I wanted from a picture. I had 1 or 2 issues with my nails and was surprised he didn't get bothered by that...all he said was "no problem I will fix it and make it look beautiful ". Side note: They take cash and credit. Prices are mostly the same from the previous owners. read more

Horrible experience ever!! I wanted a full set and was asked if I wanted coffin, regular, etc... As he was doing my nails he kept filing the sides really hard and burned my skin!! I brought it up to his attention multiple times and he kept doing it! On top of that he overcharged me without telling me the prices first!! It would be nice to know you charge $5 for coffin, $5 for "long" ( which they weren't ), and $1 automatic tip for you!!! Will not be coming back!! This was my first time here because I was in the area and had 3 broken nails. Joe Joe helped and he was very delicate with my broken nail that had been bleeding 2 days prior! Don't go here. They don't have disposable flip flops then I got a regular polish just a regular polish today and the polish came off my nail as if it was never polished. Further more I think they use fake opi. I only gave them 2 stars because they are nice Had to come back and update the polish is just peeling off my nails! I'm so pissed got my nails done because I was going out of town and this polish is peeling off like it's aluminum foil. Wtf read more

I waited 40 minutes before my cup got full & I walked out of this salon. 2 mins later the owner calls me begging me to go back and then Amy called me saying she's so sorry that they double booked her appointments. The owner doesn't know jack shit about customer satisfaction, keeping customers happy or anything. All she cares about is money as she accepts anyone who walks in through those doors but yet doesn't give a rats ass about people who have actual appointments. Yet again, today I called for an appointment with Amy. Unfortunately again the owner answered. She gave me a time for 7:40. & she said Amy will be free. 7:10 came around, I called to see if Amy IS actually going to be available because I don't want to go & wait again for 40 minutes like the last time. But this time the owners sister answered the phone and she said wait let me confirm with Amy. She confirmed with Amy & she got back on the line with me saying 'no Amy can't take you at 7:40 because she's been busy all day today but you can come at 9pm'. I'm sorry, what? 9pm? Your boss sets up appointments for her employees at certain times yet last minute you want to change the time from 7:40 to 9pm? Never will I be stepping a foot in this salon again after the amount of disrespect I've received from the owner herself. I can go on & on about lot of other things I've encountered within the last 4yrs of being a customer here but I'd rather let the Better Business Bureau handle it moving forward. Amy, if you see this. One day when you decide to move to a better salon with better ownership & not someone who's gonna put so much pressure on you & constantly over book you just for her own profit, let me know. I'll come back to you. But other than that, I will never be stepping foot into this salon ever again.

She didn't really do much on my pedicure. She didn't remove any callus. yet I was charged $90. I paid the amount because I just wanted to leave and never come back. the total for my manicure and pedicure was $255 which is an absurd amount. I got builder gel and design on my natural nails - a design that usually cost me about 125 in my regular salon. I only came here because it was closer to me at the time. I have learned my lesson and I will never be back here.
