I made my nails there I asked them to make me a design that I showed them and the truth is that they did something else that doesn't even look like what I asked them apart from that the girl was very aggressive with my fingers and everything I was doing on the run because they were going to close if they can't do their nails calmly and as you ask them, one shouldn't do them to you because part of that is very expensive and they don't know how to do the job. read more

I came here for the first time last Wed. First off it's tucked in the back of the vllarta sopping center. It's a very small hole in the wall with only two pedicure chairs. They do not accept appointments but will tell you how many people are waiting. The ladies are all very nice. Kim did my fill with gel polish and I asked her to do a design of her choice. They charge 17 for a pedicure but 37 for gel and fill. Now this is Ventura Blvd pricing! She did a pretty good job but honestly I'm used to paying 26 for fill with gel that lasts 4 weeks. Lin did my pedicure and there was no foot massage she just rubbed lotion on my legs for 30 seconds and done. She did do a nice cuticle job and painting. Kim did my eyebrow wax and after tip it was 81.00 for everything. Honestly to pay those kind of prices I'll stick to the high end beautiful salons. She did file the sides of my left hand weird to, so the next person will have to add acrylic to fix it. All in All decent job and friendly people. read more

I never get manicures or pedicures.... I usually just do my own nails but, the day before my wedding, I decided I should have them professionally done. A friend recommended this place so I called in the morning and took an early afternoon appointment. It's a quaint little place and the Vallarta parkinglot can be a little nuts but aside from that, I have no complaints. Besides, the nail salon has no control over that. First, I'm glad I made the appointment because there were quite a few walk-ins that the girls couldn't accommodate and requested that the potential customers come back at a later time. So I definitely recommend making an appointment. I spent about an hour and a half getting the manicure and pedicure done and was very happy with the end results! The nail polish on my fingernails didn't last too long, but I don't blame them because I work in the medical field and am ALWAYS washing my hands and putting them.... places. However, it has been over two weeks since I had this done and my pedicure is still going strong! I would definitely recommend this place because I got exactly what I wanted and paid only $35. This place is such a hidden gem! The lovely ladies that work here are really good at what they do and they offer great customer service. I am so glad I found them, AND they are just around the corner from my home and business. I used to be a customer at Sydnee Rose in Northridge and unfortunately their customer service and their "finished product" has gone south. This place is also very affordable. I've decided to stop getting gel manicures and instead allow my nails to heal, but because of that I now need weekly regular manicures - and the pricing here allows me to comfortably do that. I came here after looking on yelp, obviously, and I needed to know the latest time myself and a friend could come in for a mani/pedi. There are no hours posted on their yelp page, and they don't have a website, so I called, and they were more than happy to see us at 7. Awesome. This is a little shop with 2 pedicure chairs, in the Vallarta shopping center, and while it's not super fancy, it is nice enough and clean. What really made this place stand out, was their exceptional customer service, they spent so much attention to detail, and really made my hands and feet look nice. I got the spa mani/pedi, with a callus removal treatment and sea salt. The callus removal worked awesomely, it was definitely a good choice, and the sea salt scrub was super nice, I almost fell asleep! I didn't get any nail designs, but from what I saw two other people get, they do a great job on them! So for myself to have a spa mani/pedi with callus removal and sea salt scrub, and my friend to have a mani/pedi with sea salt, it was $64. I don't think that's too bad at all, especially not with the amount of time they spent working on us. I'm definitely glad I found this little gem, and I will definitely be returning! read more

Kelly and her hubby are so awesome and inviting. I love the mom too. No matter who you get they are going to do an amazing job on your nails and they take their time. No rush here. If you don't have an appointment on a Sat there may be a wait but this is a small, family owned, family run operation so wait for it, it's totally worth it. The best time to come though is on a weekday. You can sit back, relax, and they will take their time on you. Last time I was there it was a Tuesday and I got the whole shibang, pedicure with paraffin treatment for my really dry heels. My feet looked and felt amazing by the time I left.
